This was my boyfriend and I’s first trip overseas so of course I was a little anxious about leaving. Evelyn was very communicative as she sent multiple pictures throughout the day and let me know when she was leaving/coming back. She was also very patient towards my dog Greycie as she can be a little grump sometimes. Overall, Evelyn was great and made this whole experience stress free!”

Norma sent us many photos and updates of our fluffs letting us know how they were doing the whole time we were away. Normally we worry about them with Ash’s separation anxiety but this trip we knew they were in good hands. Norma spent time getting to know each of them and modified her care for their individual needs. I’m pretty sure they didn’t even miss us. To top it off Norma even cleaned our home to make sure that we came home to a nice, clean house. I would recommend her to anyone and will definitely request for her in the future.
