1. Jessica P.

“Jessica was great with our two pups! She administered medicine like a pro and was so accommodating to their schedules. I would highly recommend Jessica and we will definitely be hiring her again!”

2. Tara S.

“We had Tara stay at our house to look after our 2 cats and 1 dog for a few nights. She was absolutely wonderful. The house looked exactly liked we left it. She was so clean and respectful. We felt so comfortable that everything was taken care of and all the updates took our worries away.”

3. Enrique T.

“I highly recommend Enrique as a dog and house sitter! He was incredibly attentive to my dogs, making sure they were well-cared for, walked, and happy while I was away. He kept my house spotless, which was a great bonus. Enrique also communicated frequently, sending me regular updates and photos of my dogs so I could see how well they were doing. It was clear that he genuinely cared about them, and it gave me peace of mind to know they were in such great hands. I’d absolutely trust him again for any future dog sitting needs!”

4. Yesenia Z.
“Yesenia is amazing with all animals. I have 2 small shih tzus who require careful watching when being walked. One eats everything and the other wants to go after large dogs after experiencing trauma himself. Yesenia is attentive, positive, compassionate, and a great care giver. She has walked my doggies, feed them, played with them and done over nights while I travel. The dogs are super excited to see her. Also she is really good about playing with them which is so important. My guys love a good game of tug.”

5. Alexandra S.
“Alex is my partner in rescue. Together we have rescued around 30 animals from either dangerous situations or getting lost. Alex is very gentle and has a lot of patience. We worked together from 2019-2024.”

6. Carolyn Q.

“We love Carolyn and would absolutely recommend her! We’ve used Carolyn for both drop-in visits and longer-term overnight stays. We first discovered Carolyn we had an older, very senior, frail terrier who required much care and supervision. That terrier has (sadly) now passed. But we have two rescued adult terriers, one of whom is a timid, anxious boy. Carolyn has been so good with all of our dogs, even the high maintenance senior and my nervous boy. I’m not sure how Carolyn got the anxious one to warm up to her instantly, but he just had a lovely weekend spent mainly on her lap. Carolyn is both super trust-worthy and super good with all types of dogs. She is our favorite dog-sitter in the valley!!”

7. Kelly H.

“We left Kelly in charge of our dog Wilson and housesit him at our home while we were on a month long trip abroad. Kelly did a fabulous job of taking care of Wilson and the two obviously bonded so well we knew we had picked the right person for the job! She kept in touch while we were gone, and gave Wilson all her best attention....we are very satisfied customers and will no doubt be calling on Kelly in the future...she is a gem.”

8. Adriana G.

“Adrianna was awesome. She showed up on time, and our dog immediately warmed up to her. She sent adorable pictures regularly and updated me about questions. She kept the house very tidy. She was wonderful and we can’t wait to have her back. Highly recommend her.”

9. Dee N.

“Another great experience with Dee - our dogs were well taken care of and so was our house! We really appreciated the quick communication, updates and photos - especially when one of our pups wasn't feeling so well, she let us know right away and answered all our tons of questions (all turned out to be just fine in the end - but we really appreciate the transparency!). When you ask Dee to watch your pets, know that you are in good hands! Thanks again!”

10. Arlett C.

“Vanessa did a fantastic job taking care of my cat and dog! She was very communicative each day, sending pictures, answering questions, and providing updates. She is a great option for your pet care needs and will be my go to rover going forward! Thanks Vanessa!”

11. Skylar F.

“Skylar was above and beyond with her care for Niko! She took the time to walk around the block during our meet and greet to learn his route. She was also very loving; you can tell she is a dog person and puts extra effort into connecting with Niko. She was also accommodating to my requests, I was traveling in Mexico and had spotty data coverage, so she texted me instead. She sent pictures every day and let me know how things were going. When I came home, Niko seemed relaxed and happy, and my house was clean. Overall, Skylar was incredible, and I'll be booking with here again. Thank you!”

12. Ralph R.

“Easygoing, detailed. My dogs appeared to feel at ease with him. Was flexible. Walked my 2 dogs and took care of 3 dogs at the same time. Would hire him again , if I come back on vacation. Kept us informed of the dog’s behavior .”

13. Jason B.

“I have known Jay for over a decade and can attest that he is a trustworthy animal caretaker and would be an excellent choice for a Rover pet sitter. He has taken care of my cat on many many many occasions, and I also know that his own cat and dog are well cared for. I’m a veterinarian and I would absolutely trust Jay with my own pets and my patients. He is very responsible and quick to seek medical attention for his animals when needed. Any pet owner should be happy to know that Jay is looking out for their pet.”

14. Claudia A.

“FANTASTIC! Claudia came over to meet our pets and she asked great questions and was patient while I went over a huge list of comments/instructions. While we were gone, she took excellent care of our pets and our home, and stayed in contact the whole time so we had piece of mind. Do not hesitate to book Claudia-she is outstanding!”

15. Berenice P.
“Berenice has provided excellent service when it comes to pet care for my baby girl. I love the picture updates she sends me through their day. I know my girl loves being in her care because she gets so excited whenever she see’s her.”

16. Teresa A.

“Teresa was awesome! She sat for our two young dogs for three nights- updated us with pictures/videos twice a day. Came home to a clean house and happy dogs! Definitely plan to book again in the future.”

17. Caroline R.

“Caroline was an amazing pet and house sitter. Not only did she take excellent care of our cat and dog, she also tended to our backyard chickens and ducks! On top of all that, she kept the house so tidy that we could hardly tell she had spent a week in our home. It was so comforting to come back after a vacation to find our house and pets exactly as we had left them. We will most certainly book with Caroline again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and attentive pet and home sitter.”

18. Emily B.

“Emily was so attentive to our dogs’ needs and did a great job keeping them on their normal routine. We were provided regular updates so we felt at ease while we were out of town. Highly recommend!”

19. John Z.
About: I’ve owned different dog breeds in my time from cocker spaniels, Puggle, Rottweilers and French bulldogs. Having a pet earn your respect is a well earned attribute as well as one (me) earning a pets trust. I enjoy teaching dogs new tricks, speaking to them in Spanish, playing fetch or even a simple walk. I work full-time, but I have a relatively flexible schedule. I can fully commit to weekends and some holidays. Love to utilize the outdoor time for a nice walk, some fetch, some fresh air or some sunshine. Pets are like kids. They have their own little character and most of them just want some attention. I tend to believe pets are great listeners and at times they want to be heard and have some playtime or downtime.

20. Adriana M.

“Adriana took great care of our senior dog Ellie and our house! When we got home Ellie was super excited and happy. The house was very clean. She sent pictures everyday and we could tell Ellie was having fun. Highly recommend!”
