“I cannot recommend Joanne enough! I had a last-minute family emergency and she stepped in to take amazing care of my dogs. I will definitely be booking Joanne any time I need a sitter!”

“Anjelica was great! She was very communicative providing updates throughout my trip and responsive when I reached out. My dog and cat were obviously very well taken care of. The house was in great shape when I returned. You’ll be glad you booked with her!”

“Monica is amazing! From the first meet and greet we had with myself and my dog, I could tell immediately she is kind, attentive and reliable. I got regular updates and photos during her stay with my dog, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. I returned to a happy, relaxed, and well cared for pup. She is truly gifted with animals and it shows!! Thank you Monica! Highly recommend reaching out to her :)”

“Emily has turned into a first choice for our fur baby. She makes him feel like a rockstar with walks and cuddles and play time and his own photo shoot. Emily is the main reason I believe in Rover!”

“Alexis was amazing with our 2 dogs. She took great care of them both while we were away for the weekend. We really appreciated all of the communication and pictures from her. Thank you again!”

“Will was amazing with Willow and Wick. He was timely, communicative, and reliable. He was so great even our shy cat came out to hang out with him. He even took our puppy for her first run! He sent us pictures and videos of them everyday and if we had questions throughout our trip he responded promptly to them. We will definitely be booking Will for any future things we may need with our fur babies!”

“Caroline was a life saver! She took our last minute request to housesit with three of our fur babies. Great communication and it was nice to get periodic updates on how they were doing. Such a good feeling to know they were safe and being cared for. Will definitely rebook!”

“Kelly did a great job watching our two fur babies while we were out of town for the weekend! She also did a wonderful job taking care of our house. We definitely recommend her! 😁”

“Claudia is a very genuine and trustworthy person. My dog liked her immediately and I always trust a dog's judgement :) She has this wonderful calm energy that a hyper/anxious dog like mine needs. When he came home, he was calm and relaxed. She played with him, walked him, and just kept him company. He approves and so do we! We recommend Claudia and would hire her again. ”

About: I currently have 3 cats and I’ve had two dogs of my own in the past who I adopted and loved deeply, and they taught me the importance of patience, routine, and gentle care. I’m comfortable with cats and dogs of all sizes and personalities and truly enjoy building trust with each pet. I work full time fully remote during the week which gives me flexibility for lots of day time loves and pets and letting outside. I also love to go on walks on my hour lunch and long walks at mission beach during the weekend! Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I carefully follow all feeding, medication, and routine instructions, keep doors and gates secure, and maintain a calm, clean environment. I provide gentle care, close supervision, and regular updates with photos and messages so you always feel confident your pet is safe, loved, and well cared for!

“Dee was wonderful! Very easy to work with and my little doggy loved her! She sent pictures and videos that put me at ease while away! Will definitely use her services again!”

About: I would love to have the opportunity to care for your dog when you need a pet sitter. I take dog sitting seriously and provide loving care, attention and supervision for your pet. They will stay on their feeding schedule as close as possible and enjoy walks, play and interaction while in my care. I have obtained certifications in Canine Care and Handling and Therapy and Service Dog Team Skills from Yavapai College in Prescott, AZ. I continue to learn and expand my knowledge of the canine species that I love so much. I have worked and interacted with dogs for many years through rescue organizations and animal shelters. I am active with dogs and enjoy training, trail walks and hikes with my own dogs. I will treat your beloved pet as if it were my own. You can have peace of mind that your pet will be well taken care of while in my care. I am trained in canine CPR and have experience with senior dogs as well. Dogs must be house trained and current on vaccines. I am home full time. I have a routine for the morning and evening feeding time. Then we play and exercise. I find most dogs are ready for a morning nap by then. I have a secure fenced yard for the dogs safety. Crates can be used, however it’s always best if the dog has been crate trained.
“Victoria is the best. She took care of my two pups for two days and sent me updates and pictures each day. They loved her. She also left my home cleaner than when I left! 100% would book again!”

“Gabriel stayed in our home and cared for our senior dog, Obie, over Thanksgiving. He was a careful and conscientious house guest and a wonderful and kind pet sitter. We will absolutely book Gabriel again. Thank you!”
About: I’ve cared for many dogs over the years (and recently a young cat) between my own dog, family pets, roommate’s puppies and kittens. My senior staffie lived to almost 16 yo and required a lot of love and care in her final years. I raised her plus help dog sit for family and friends of dogs of all ages. From puppy to senior dogs, I love them all. My old roommate’s cat turned me into a cat lover over the last year of getting to have a kitten in the house, learning their funny behaviors and becoming knowledgeable about cat specific behaviors, illnesses, etc to look out for which made me a cat aunt now! Currently there is a 70 lb Staffy in the home who I adopted over a year ago. She is a tank, but also a big baby and likes (most) other dogs and tolerates/runs away from cats lol. Your pet would need to be crate trained to stay with us as extra precautions for my dog & their safety. I work in the field and from home about 60/40 in home remodel. So if your dog is good in the car and you’re comfortable with it, I’m able to take them with me for rides often times during the day, during the week. Otherwise weekends and evenings I am home the majority of the time. I live in an 1100sf condo with a good sized patio and area for dog potty breaks, fully fenced. I want your pets to feel like they are at home & will treat them as such. Being in a new place can be scary when mom & dad are away, so my goal is to make them as comfortable as possible. :)
“Yesenia is fantastic! She cared for our kitties like they're her own. One, in particular, was going through some health challenges, and Yesenia took extra care to tend to her medication and special diet. She also played with them and kept us updated throughout, including lots of pictures.”

“Jackie was excellent - very communicative, caring, trustworthy. No issues at all and she left the house in very good condition. Dogs were well cared for and I would definitely recommend her. We will be using her again!”

About: I’ve lived on a farm since I was 11. I’ve taken care of dogs and puppies along with many other animals. I raised multiple litters of newborn puppies and their mothers. I’ve cared for them in many ways. I’ve also worked at a doggy day care and boarding facility and have experience with taking care of many dogs of different sizes and ages. I’m walking dogs and doing dog sitting as a side job now while I attend school. I assure you I have plenty of experience taking care of these wonderful fur babies. I’m currently going to school. I take night classes and need something that is flexible with my schedule. I already walk dogs and do dog sitting through another app called wag. It’s perfect for me cause I can focus on school without being worried about being tied down to a schedule since I’m able to make my own schedule. I also need more services so I thought doing 2 apps at a time might bring more income. I let them out every 2-4 hours to go potty or as needed or instructed my owner. I feed them based off their eating schedule and how many time a day they eat. I take them out for walks and to play with them outside frequently. If the parent need me to do anything else for their pups I’m more than happy to do so.
“I highly recommend Enrique as a dog and house sitter! He was incredibly attentive to my dogs, making sure they were well-cared for, walked, and happy while I was away. He kept my house spotless, which was a great bonus. Enrique also communicated frequently, sending me regular updates and photos of my dogs so I could see how well they were doing. It was clear that he genuinely cared about them, and it gave me peace of mind to know they were in such great hands. I’d absolutely trust him again for any future dog sitting needs!”

Bay Terrace pet parents share their Rover experiences
Karmelita took great care of our two dogs and our home while house sitting for us. One of our girls is very shy and timid around new people, but warmed up so quickly to Karmelita and we could see that she felt very comfortable with her while we were gone. I would re-book with Karmelita in a heartbeat and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter.

Trent and his wife were absolutely fantastic with my two boys Astro & Adonis! Astro is my senior and Adonis is still a puppy but super big and super reactive with other people and animals. Trent and his wife made sure to introduce themselves very gently and were so amazing! Both Astro and Adonis absolutely loved them and all their care. I always worry for my boys but I was so relieved leaving them both under Trent's supervision. I highly recommend Trent for anybody who has large dogs like mine. He was so responsive and friendly + extremely accommodating. Thank you both!!!

This is the second time Kaitlin has looked after Lola. The day before our trip, Lola had a problem with her eye, and the vet prescribed drops. Kaitlin reassured us that she was in good hands. She was so patient and loving with Lola. She administered the drops and sent us pictures and updates. Her eye was getting better and better! We were able to enjoy our son's graduation and return home with a happy dog! Kaitlin is the best! I'm so glad we found her!

I really enjoyed having Rosalinda take care of my senior dog and stay at my home. She made time to come meet me and my dog before my trip. She checked in regularly while I was gone, to let me know how my fur baby was doing. I would love to have her watch my dog again. I highly recommend Rosalinda.

Angie was so wonderful staying with my puppy Ruby! She sent photos regularly from their walks and updated me on how Ruby was doing. When I got home, the house was spotless and Ruby was happy and healthy! I highly recommend Angie and will definitely ask her to stay with Ruby again!!!
