About: I’ve had cats all my life and have plenty of relatives that also love and have cats. From newborn to old, I’ve catered to milk-feeding from a bottle and cleaning eye boogers. I adapt to their boundaries, Im confident that I can most definitely clip their nails if needed. More frequently in the last 4 years, family members have asked me to pop by and check on and feed their babies (two different households) From one household, there’s only one talkative and cuddly cat that loves attention; second household there are 7 cats that range in age from 1 yr old to 6 yrs old, some are cuddlers, some are distant, but they all trust me. I am surprisingly very good at deep cleaning litter boxes with just a few cleaning products. I’ve applied topical medication to several cats, a few are hesitant but achievable & successful.

My husband is also home most of the time. I don’t leave my own dog home for more than 4 hours (ever) by himself but also have a doggie door (when I’m home only), and a large home with hard floors for the pups to roam. About: In total I’ve had 5 dogs in my lifetime, dating far back to when I was a baby! Dogs of many sizes and kinds of dogs from small to big, a labrador rottweiler mix, bichon frise and the rest being rat terriers. So from about the time I was born until I was 13 (I am now 20), I owned 5 dogs :). I loved being able to walk my dogs, taking them to parks, just being in their company really. I look after my friends’ dogs on occasion as well as my relative’s when they’re busy and decided that I would love to make it into a career. I don’t have a job, and I’m a student at Southwestern, I was full time last semester but the semester ended just last week. I will be fully free for the next two weeks with the exception of Friday’s from 6pm-11pm (can be negotiated if need be!). I’m open every week day and every day of weekend, willing to work anywhere from 8am until about 5pm. I will be taking one class in the summer, ballet (dance), that begins June 15th, ends August 8th and runs Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:25am to 11:25 AM for all three days. I would not be allowed to host any pet in my house as we have two babies in the house and we’re not fully aware of their allergies yet, however, it would be best for me to do drop ins or house sitting sessions for that reason. I think doing a meet and greet beforehand would be amazing so that we could have a chance to meet each other first and maybe introduce me to your pet to see if I could be a good match to sit for them instead of blindly throwing me with them!

I enjoy exercising so if your dog has a lot of energy I will gladly take them to the park or if you dog just wants to walk I can do that too. If they want to relax I can do that too:) ps. I don’t know how to work my availability on the app but on Tue/Thu im busy 1-5pm, Wed 5-9pm, Sat 6-9am I can work around my schedule, I’m very flexible about that. As long as we communicate everything can work. Walking or running with the pet also helps me stay fit :) I have a house with a big back yard. I would have an area where their food would be. (Let me know what food your pet likes or please provide the food if needed)

Hana can be very anxious and temperamental, but Lori exceeded our expectations and was able to form a bond with her quickly. We usually avoid boarding Hana at larger facilities because she becomes overwhelmed and overly anxious. However, Lori was able to provide Hana with much more intimate care where she felt safer. Lori provided daily updates showing us that Hana was active and well taken care of. This made it much easier to feel at ease while we are on vacation. We will certainly be using her again.”
