About: I’ve taken care of dogs all my life! I learned how to bathe, treat and clean dogs at a young age and grew to love dogs. I’ve taken care of puppies and senior dogs, very well-experienced! I’m currently a student and am on summer break! I provide walks any time during any day! I am always happy to help! I am willing to flexible and will always communicate. I have a spacious backyard with grass and shaded areas, as well as many dogs toys. My backyard is fully fenced and safe. I will keep an eye on your pet at all times!
“Janet was great, she watched my dog and cat for a long weekend. She fed them, walked them, distributed vitamins, and was very responsive and communicative. Everything was in great shape when I returned. Will be hiring again. Thanks Janet!”

About: I have grown up with dogs in my household all my life and love all animals. I have my own rescue mutt and extensive experience working with all types of dogs. I would love to help out any families and make sure your animals are taken care of and comfortable! I work for the schools and I’m on summer break now and would love to help look after your pet. I have my own car so transportation will not be an issue. I have 1 dog and take her on multiple walks a day, to parks, beaches, and out on various outings. I am a very flexible person who wants to make sure your animals are comfortable and getting the attention they need. I enjoy taking dogs on walks, hikes, going to parks, being outside, and giving them cuddles.
“We used Emily for a daily drop in for our cat while we were in Hawaii. We were temporarily staying in an RV park in Chula Vista and she was very accommodating. She was great with our kitty and gave her lots of love and affection. She sent lots of pictures every day which we really loved. We highly recommend Emily and would use her again in a heartbeat!”

About: In total I’ve had 5 dogs in my lifetime, dating far back to when I was a baby! Dogs of many sizes and kinds of dogs from small to big, a labrador rottweiler mix, bichon frise and the rest being rat terriers. So from about the time I was born until I was 13 (I am now 20), I owned 5 dogs :). I loved being able to walk my dogs, taking them to parks, just being in their company really. I look after my friends’ dogs on occasion as well as my relative’s when they’re busy and decided that I would love to make it into a career. I don’t have a job, and I’m a student at Southwestern, I was full time last semester but the semester ended just last week. I will be fully free for the next two weeks with the exception of Friday’s from 6pm-11pm (can be negotiated if need be!). I’m open every week day and every day of weekend, willing to work anywhere from 8am until about 5pm. I will be taking one class in the summer, ballet (dance), that begins June 15th, ends August 8th and runs Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:25am to 11:25 AM for all three days. I would not be allowed to host any pet in my house as we have two babies in the house and we’re not fully aware of their allergies yet, however, it would be best for me to do drop ins or house sitting sessions for that reason. I think doing a meet and greet beforehand would be amazing so that we could have a chance to meet each other first and maybe introduce me to your pet to see if I could be a good match to sit for them instead of blindly throwing me with them!
“I was so happy that Anahai was able to dog sit for us on such short notice. I like the fact that it shows where she walked our dog she took pictures and I felt very comfortable with leaving my dog with her. I hope she’s available for future vacations I’d love to have her again.”

About: I’ve actually had all kinds of pets my whole life, dogs, cats, fish, bunnies, hamsters, turtles so I can confidently say I’m attentive to each one’s personality, habits, needs. I’ve welcomed many stray dogs and cats into my home to care for them and feed them and rehome them. I’ve potty/litter trained countless times and I can train them for meal times, to sit or give paw(dogs), to not scratch the couch(cats). In the last 4 years in particular, family members have asked me to pop by and check on and feed their babies. One household has two very loving and hyper dogs ages 2 & 3 yrs old that have a specific diet and meal times. They are potty trained outside so I walk them 2-3x a day depending on the hours I watch them. Second household has one 14 yr old dog and a 2 yr old cat, also with their own diets and meal times. The dog uses pee pads as she’s older and potty trained outside as well. Third household has 7 cats that range from 1 yr old to 7 yrs old. They’re all more free spirited and independent as they look after each other, they all eat at the same time and have indoor and outdoor privileges. I currently have full and open availability. I’d love to gain more experience looking after pets. My cat is very independent and clean, as long as I feed him in the morning and evening and keep his litter box clean, he’s a very good boy. It gives me the confidence to be able to help someone else with their fur babies either for work or trips. I can do from simply check-ins or stay in nights at a time with them. Im super flexible. As of right now, unfortunately I don’t have the proper space to bring others pets in ): but I am more than dependable and respectful to care for furbabies in their own home. Anything from simple and winging it to a list of instructions, your furbaby won’t see me as an intruder, but as their company.
“Thank you Joanne! We appreciate all your help on such short notice. She was amazing and the pups were happy. Attention to detail and communication were amazing. Will definitely be booking again”

I am currently attending school two days a week, but I am available for pet sitting on all other days, including weekends. “Kalista took such good care of our two cats! We felt confident leaving our senior boys with minor health issues in her care. She was so patient with them and everything was clean and organized when we returned. Overall great experience, wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again. Highly recommend!”

“DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK! This is Terry and I’s 2nd time working with Janetta and I literally have no complaints. My favorite part of working with Janetta is the fact she cares for my son as if he was hers. Her communication….chefs kiss! She is very punctual and respectful of my home as well. She truly goes above and beyond of the tasks asked of her, and we couldn't be more grateful to have the ability to book with a sitter like her!”

“Natalia is very friendly and pet friendly as well. She did drop-ins for our family dog while we were away on vacation. She walked him everyday, spent time with him, and made sure he had water and food daily. I am grateful for finding Natalia on the Rover app.”

“Gao was an amazing fit for my need(s) for BearBear. Reading her profile was the main reason I selected her. She was very knowledgeable, passionate, and handled BearBear with the care he needed; above and beyond (medicine doses, nail trim, etc.). Her communication, availability and empathy was exactly what I needed. Thank you!”

About: Hi, my name is Amanda, and I'm currently a stay-at-home mom. I've always been an animal lover and have had dogs for most of my life. . I had two dogs, Cal and Luna. Cal recently passed away after battling cancer, and taking care of him during that time taught me so much about the extra love, patience, and attention some dogs need. From keeping up with medications and special feeding schedules to just making sure he was comfortable, I know how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your pet. . Luna is a little over 7 years old, and I've had both of my dogs since they were puppies, so I understand the different care dogs need through every stage of life. . I treat every pet like they're my own. Whether your dog loves long walks, playing fetch, going on adventures, or just wants someone to cuddle with while you're away, I'm happy to do whatever helps them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Since I'm home full-time, your pet will get lots of attention and won't be left alone for long periods. . I look forward to meeting you and hanging out with your best friend!

Lynne is a GREAT sitter! She took notes on how to care for my kitten & volunteered to water the plants. When she arrived, she let me know that my kitten had accidentally been behind a closed door, she opened the door and put something in front of it so it wouldn’t close again. She was amazing and super sweet to the animals. 10/10 service and is going to be my go to sitter. Thank you so much for caring for them while I was away!

Anjelica was great! I booked her last minute and she was super accommodating, setting up a meet and great quickly. She was very communicative, followed all guidelines and provided updates with lots of photos. I felt comfortable leaving my cat under her care while I was away and was able to enjoy my time knowing all was being taken care of back home. Thanks again! 🐈⬛
