About: I’ve been pet lover and caregiver for as long as I can remember. I’ve seen first hand the impact an animal can have on a person while working with seniors and folks with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. I think if something so pure and powerful wants/ needs a mid-day walk or engagement, they ought to have that option. I’m currently hunting for employment in the evenings, so my availability is open and will hopefully stay that way during the daytime. I’d communicate if anything were to change. I understand that each pet is different. I myself am a dog uncle to my brother’s very high-energy puppy that loves nothing more than to run with other dogs at the dog park, so that is what we do. I try to read the animal’s needs (with help from the owner) to give them what they are looking for. Want to socialize with other dogs? Dog park. Want solo outdoor time? Hike through the many trails here in SD. Someone to throw a ball and pet? Hang in the backyard. What your pet wants, I want to give.
