(On hot days, we drive straight to the grass park to avoid the cement/asphalt). This life style, with a commitment of only a flexible few hours of computer work at home each day, gives me a chance to give plenty of attention to all fur babies in my care. Especially for pups who may feel more at home in a relaxed setting (instead of the chaos of bustling day care centers or confines of a boarding kennel), my apartment can be the *calm* oasis for them whether the need care just for the daytime or for extended overnight boarding. 🥰 For cat parents 🐈‍⬛🐈😻: I cared for a lovely cat for 1.5 years that I dearly miss. I cannot board cats in my apartment, but I can do daily or twice daily cat visits for clients along with the duties of liter box / feeding / play time. About: I absolutely love animals. As a kid, I took an immediate interest in knowing just how to communicate, and understand dogs and cats. I even went with a friend to her puppy training course to learn more at age 10. Since then, I've expanded my knowledge and am pretty good at understanding body language. Just like humans, animals need to feel safe and comfortable with a new person. I understand that each animal has their own personality and quirks. Which can mean a different transition period for every pet. I'm a patient and understanding animal lover, I'll make sure to let your pet know that I mean them no harm and they're safe with me. No matter how long that takes. That goes for you too! Especially during this uncertain time. I'm very flexible and I understand this is your and your pet's home. Please rest assured that I will ahear to any requests made regarding health and safety. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member! I recently moved back to the area and am available for scheduling. I have standing appointments on Mondays and Fridays from 2:30 until 5pm, otherwise I am happy to play with your pups! I make sure to write down all of your pet's specific needs and instructions. I keep a very clean house and make sure that all windows and doors are locked at all times. If there are specific security measures you prefer I.e. (leaving different lights on at night and/or a radio on) I'm happy to oblige. I will never let your pet off leash and will always go by the rules and suggestions you have given me. I will always clean up after your pet! As I've mentioned before, I listen to you about any quirks your pet may have and make sure to work with them.

About: I have 15 years of caring for pets of my own and well over 10 years of sitting for neighbors and friends pets. I have experience with dogs (of all sizes), cats, and pocket pets of all ages. I even have experience caring for elderly pets and those that require medication. Education background in animal care (Bachelor's in Animal Science and Associate’s in Animal Care and Training). About: I have a lot of experience with reactive and high energy dogs! My own dog is a rescue with severe reactivity. Though I am not a trainer, I have a lot of experience training puppies and dogs as a foster parent. Whatever training guidelines you want to adhere to on our walks I can definitely accommodate. I can take your dogs on structured walks or hiking adventures depending on what they need. I am also an avid runner who used to run with dogs from the shelter before I got my own so if that’s something you’re interested in (If you’re dog is a good breed for it, and the temperature is good) I would love to! I am currently in school and doing infrequent freelance work so my schedule is very open, and I have more than enough time to give your dog the attention they deserve. I do not take clients at my house, as my own dog is reactive and anxious. But I can take care of your dog in their own space! I am comfortable giving medication, feeding, and keeping up training regimens. I have experience using a variety of training tools through my foster work. If your dog is reactive, I know how to keep my head on a swivel during walks so we can create distance, and I know what to do if a reaction occurs.

About: Hi! I’m Hanna. I am a responsible and attentive animal lover who truly cares about your pet’s wellbeing and happiness. When I was a child, I had a golden retriever puppy named Rollie, who I adored. As Rollie aged, I learned to be particularly gentle and attentive to her. Because of that experience, I feel comfortable taking care of older dogs. On the other side of the spectrum, I am also comfortable taking care of puppies! After Rollie passed, I adopted an energetic and quirky puppy from the local humane society and we shared 12 beautiful years together. I have also cared for neighbors’ pets, past roommates’ pets, and other clients’ pets for more than a decade. I have even used pet sitting platforms while traveling abroad to have some creature comfort/ extra spending money. I do not currently have any pets due to my lease so I find rover to be a very mutually beneficial platform ;) I strive to provide excellent care all around and it would be an honor to be trusted in caring for your best friend. I also fostered a rescue dog with severe anxiety. I learned how to train and manage anxiety and helping them feel more comfortable. I’m a Navy Veteran with emergency medicine training and a full time student so I’m reliable and confident in stressful situations. I love playtime, training, and cuddling.
