About: Hi there! My name is Vanessa. With me your pet will enjoy plenty of playtime, snuggles, and a routine that caters to their needs. I have two years of active petsitting and eleven of pet ownership. I have a private loft in the heart of Barrio Logan and live a block away from Chicano Park and close to Balboa Dog Park. I have a special place in my heart and in depth experience with senior pets and rescues! More than glad to give them the extra attention and patience that they require. 🐾🤍 I currently work part time so have a relatively flexible schedule that gives me plenty of time to care for pets. I am typically only away from home for no more than 5 hours. Available in the mornings before noon and the evenings after 6. :) I have a private loft that’s provides plenty of space for pets to roam. Central air/HVAC so temperature is always controlled to comfort. I live across the street from a huge park and able to take your pet out for walks and potty at any given hour.

About: Lifelong family dog owner of both small dogs (dachshunds) and a large, high energy rescue mix. Former cat owner and long-time cat shelter volunteer & foster starting in high school and throughout college (@ Cal Poly Cat Shelter in SLO). About: Taken care of both cats and dogs throughout my childhood and up until one of my cats unfortunate passing at 13 years. Looking to fulfill my love for caring for animals even though I am not with mine in my hometown in Oregon! Looking to provide care on the weeknights or weekends (any time during Saturday or Sunday will work, no time restrictions here as far as hours!) I will be unable to care for animals in my own home since it is an apartment with restrictions, but can ensure their safety and care within the clients home.

About: I have had many pets my whole life. I have been a caregiver for Wag for 3 years. I can administer meds, long walks, specialty care for animals. Very caring and loving to all animals. I am retired and only do animal care for extra income and because I have tons of free time and location flexibility. I will give my undivided attention to your pets. I have a nice apartment in downtown San Diego. Plenty of parks nearby and nice walks. Secure and safe building. I am able to take them out often.

About: I started by taking care of my moms 4 dogs when she would go on vacations and needed a dog sitter. That really taught me how to feed them efficiently and when to take them outside to go potty. From there I learned how to hang out with them and play with them efficiently. I am a college student with classes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday I am available for the entire day and night. On Wednesday and Friday I'm available at night, Monday I'm not because I have a night class. Staying over night is not a problem, along with check ins during the days even on school days. I love dogs and am really good at feeding them, taking them outside, and playing with them. I'm not a trainer, but someone who is good at taking care of them while you are away. My mom has 4 small dogs so I'm very familiar with smaller dogs, but I have also watched bigger dogs as well.

About: I have grown up with cats and dogs for 18 years ranging for 3month olds to senior dogs. From handling potty training to putting on diapers for the older pups. I am good with big and small dogs. I am an active person so I enjoy taking them on walks. I also have experience with calm tempered dogs as well as more aggressive dogs. I am happy to talk more on the care each animal needs:) I have a full time job, my work hours are 7am-3:30pm Monday through Friday. But I am remote Mondays and Fridays so it is convenient if someone needs me to watch the pets at home. I am always active during my weekdays and weekends, anytime before or after work I can give the pets their walks or feed them or just be present in the house for them. Weekends I am very flexible. I am used to feeding pets on the regular whether it be 2-3 or more times a day just let me know. I am good with routine walks to take them around the neighborhood. I love to throw around a ball or toys to get them tired out. With overnight help I am good with litter boxes or picking up in the backyard.

About: I have 15 years of caring for pets of my own and well over 10 years of sitting for neighbors and friends pets. I have experience with dogs (of all sizes), cats, and pocket pets of all ages. I even have experience caring for elderly pets and those that require medication. Education background in animal care (Bachelor's in Animal Science and Associate’s in Animal Care and Training). I work part-time for San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance. I usually work early mornings and late evening shifts a few days a week. I have a flexible schedule and readily available most mid-days.
