About: I have a special place in my heart for rescue dogs—especially big, beefy pups with quirky personalities, reactivity, or extra care needs. Having rescued three pit bull mixes myself, I understand that every animal is unique and deserves patience, love, and understanding. Whether your dog needs a slow stroll to stop and smell the flowers or an active walk with plenty of play and tug time, I’m happy to match their energy and give them exactly what they need to feel comfortable and happy. Animals have always been my passion, and my dream is to one day open an animal rescue and rehabilitation center. As a real estate agent in San Diego, I spend a lot of time at my computer or driving around town, so pet sitting gives me the perfect excuse to get outside, enjoy our beautiful city, and spend time with amazing animals. I do this because I genuinely love caring for pets, not because I need the income. I’m a trusted member of the community with many 5-star reviews as a realtor, and I look forward to earning that same trust with you and your pets. 🐶🐾🤎 I work mostly at my home office or in my car driving around town. I do not have any set hours and create my own schedule so can be available even last minute. I have raised and trained 3 rescue dogs in my past. You might come home to find your dog has some new tricks! I have a ton of experience with reactive dogs, dogs that are scared of strangers, and dogs with high needs. I am very good at reading the energy a pet is giving off and adapting to their needs to make them comfortable and happy. I am probably the most trusted person you can find on this app as I am a local realtor and am accessing and locking up at least 4 new homes a day. I can be trusted to be overly communicative and provide photo / video updates of your pets to show you how well our time together is going 😊
“Frank is golden!! I knew exactly how my fur baby was doing the entire time I was away from her. He was really fantastic with her. I got updates every step of the way. He was very professional, punctual, and caring. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who has a high love of integrity. Book with confidence…I know I will again…can’t thank him enough!”

“Rachel went above and beyond to take care of my cat while I was away. She was always on time and was regular with the updates. She genuinely cared for the well being of my cat and followed the instructions I left for her. She also organized the area where she played with my cat. I would definitely book her again for her drop in services when I am out of town!”

“Jessica was a great sitter! Always sending pictures and updates when she stopped by and was very flexible with the key drop off. Pickles actually came out to hang with her when she stopped by, which is huge, so I know she was very loving with her. Would absolutely book Jessica again and recommend her for any cat sitting!”

“Vanessa was great! My cat tends to be skittish and kind of unwelcoming but he seemed to take to her super well. Appreciate all the extra effort playing and spending time with him.”

“Nicholas took fantastic care of Pete! He is very communicative and sends lots of pictures. We appreciate the time he took to play with him while we were out of town.”

“Christine was so amazing with our cat Nova! She played with her, fed her, and made sure her water and litter box was taken care of. She even supported with clean up after Nova threw up a little bit from eating too quickly. Nova is usually a little feisty but by the end she warmed up to Christine. Additionally, Christine scheduled a meet & greet with Nova prior to us leaving for the weekend- which was so appreciated as we were able to meet her, let our cat meet her, and provide instructions and directions in person. She is clearly knowledgeable about animals and went above and beyond to ensure Nova was well taken care of. She sent pictures and a little summary after each visit. She was kind, caring, and friendly & we definitely will have her take care of Nova again in the future. Would definitely recommend Christine!”

“Jose was a life saver for my pet. He took on a whole week to sit/ walk my pet after my other sitter canceled on me the night before. I know my pet is a 10/10 recommended for Jose.”

I became a full time mom two years ago and I'm now i'm starting to have some free time to provide services again. I have a wide range of experience with all breeds and temperaments so you can feel sure your pet is in good hands! I'm currently a stay at home mom to a rambunctious 2 year old. She will be starting day care soon leaving me some time to do pet care services. My schedule is flexible! I'm always extra mindful of doors/gates, and will always take extra caution to ensure your pets are safe and secure when I enter and exit your home.
About: Hi! My name is Christine, and I can't remember a time when I wasn't caring for or playing with one of my childhood pets. I have experience with dogs and cats of all sizes and ages. I work remotely and have a fenced backyard, so I can give your pet all of the attention and cuddles, make sure they have frequent potty breaks, and provide all of the enrichment and treats! My fiancé and I just moved from Austin to San Diego, so looking for some doggy pals for our dog Zuzu as well:) I WFH, with a flexible schedule and a fenced yard, and I love going on walks and runs around the neighborhood with the pups! My dog, Zuzu, is an easygoing pup that gets along with all dogs and cats. I have a fenced yard and many toys for plenty of playtime, and a friendly dog to keep your dog company (if your dog is friendly too). I'm a very attentive caregiver, with the safety and health of pets my #1 priority.

About: I took a brake from this account when my husband and I moved to Los Angeles and I’m excited to be back in San Diego and ready to meet your pup🐶 I am a Pilates teacher so I have a very flexible schedule and am home often during the week! I have a 10 year old cattle dog and a 10 month old Golden retriever and know how important fresh air, walks and snuggles are for our canines! Im excited to explore San Diego neighborhoods with your pup, or offer a cozy place to sleep while you’re out of town! I live in a house with a medium sized gated backyard and walk my own pups a few times a day aswell as work on basic obedience training with the puppy. When my pups and I aren’t walking the neighborhood, we’re hiking, playing frisbee at the dog park, or playing in the water at the beach. Getting outside is just as needed for me as it is for my dogs! I’m an excited to explore the city with your pup too! We walk throughout the day, we play at the park most days and work on training the puppy to have good manners on our walks and other small doses throughout the day. We take our puppy to weekly obedience training and am able to use those skills to help care for the dogs I walk and board. I want my pups (and yours) to be happy and healthy. I provide lots of love and affection and feed them according to their routine. We walk and explore the smells of the neighborhood as it’s good for their brains! I cross the street if we run into another dog as some dogs are reactive. If a pup is crate trained I typically try and have them sleep in their crate at bedtime since being at someone else’s house is already out of routine and can sometimes cause some anxiety. We also keep food and chemicals tucked away so there are no accidents.
“Sarah was absolutely wonderful with our cat, Dexter! She was very attentive, kept us updated with amazing videos, and made sure Dexter had plenty of playtime and attention. It was clear she genuinely cared about him, and that gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We will definitely be booking with her again in the future!”

“Jessica has been great with my boys! They love when she comes over for drop ins. She keeps good communication for the drop ins and informs me of her schedule in a timely manner if she will not be available.”

“Bianca is amazing - good instincts and very attentive to the specific needs and quirks of dog (and owners 😆) Buddy is very nervous as a rescue. He is quite quickly (for him) accepting Bianca.”

We feel very fortunate to have found Jill! One of the things we appreciated right away is that she lives in our neighborhood, which made scheduling and communication very convenient. From the moment she came over for the meet-and-greet, it was obvious that she was completely comfortable with both cats and dogs. She asked thoughtful questions, took the time to get to know our pets, and immediately inspired confidence. Jill has cared for our pets twice now, including one visit with our Golden Retriever in addition to our cats. She took excellent care of everyone, sent regular, detailed updates with plenty of photos, and gave us peace of mind while we were away. We also appreciated the little things, like noticing and closing windows that had been left open before we left. We are already planning to book Jill again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and communicative pet sitter.

I can't recommend Emily enough! She is incredibly kind, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about my senior pup. I always feel completely safe leaving my dog in her care, which gives me so much peace of mind. She's also an excellent communicator and keeps me updated every step of the way. Even when my family threw a few unexpected curveballs her way, she handled everything with patience, flexibility, and a great attitude. We are so grateful to have found her!

Ana A. was very good with my two small pups and made me feel so much at ease. I had long weekend plans and was unable to bring my dogs with me, so I booked Ana to come feed them and walk them for 4 days. Ana was timely, communicative, very nice and I know my dogs felt comfortable and safe with her. This meant so much to me, thank you Ana!! Highly recommended.
Marcie did a fantastic job looking after our cats and went far above and beyond taking care of them when one of them got sick after we'd left the country. She took Huey to the vet twice, administered medication, isolated him as needed while keeping him company, while making sure Slinky was well looked after as well. The boys love her as do we, and we hope to work with her again soon!

Alena did a wonderful job all around walking and feeding my two pups while I was away overnight. She was kind, dependable, and responsive, sending me many adorable pictures from the walks. I could relax being away knowing my babies were in great hands. Look forward to having her her watch them again!
