About: Hi! I love dogs and spending time outside, so dog walking is the perfect combo for me. I’m easygoing, reliable, and comfortable with all kinds of dogs. I’ll make sure your dog gets good exercise, attention, and lots of love—and I’ll keep you updated along the way 😊 I’m available on Saturdays and Sundays to drop in or take your dog on walks. If you work on the weekends or are away for the day I can help check in on your dog 😊 Your dog’s safety and comfort come first. I follow your routine, use safe walking practices, and keep you updated so you can feel at ease.
About: I am Bradley and I have taken care of dogs for the past 10 years. My own dog is almost 9 years old, 20 pounds, and is very friendly. I dog sit pretty often and love have extra furry friends stay with us. We have close access to grass for potty breaks and Balboa Park is only a few blocks away. We love to get outside and walk the neighborhood. I work from home, so I have lots of time to make sure any dogs staying with me has plenty of time to get outside and play. I typically am outside with my dog 4x a day. My own home has plenty of space to roam around. My dog is very friendly but typically keeps to herself even when other dogs are around. I am always available to help your dog for any particular need they might have.

About: My name is Anna! I am a dog lover, owner and walking aficionado. I have spent the majority of my life both around and taking care of animals - from family and friends to my very own, dogs become instant family to me. I enjoy that happy dog smile of outside freedom and will make sure your pup is getting the fresh air, exercise and love they deserve! I'm experienced and confident with dogs of all breeds for games of fetch, long walks to match their energy (fast-paced, mellow, etc.,) administering medicine, to the classic belly scratch they crave. I look forward to meeting your pup and providing a wonderful experience :) I work remotely and have flexibility for all check-ins, neighborhood walks, potty breaks, administering medicine, etc. I am available mornings, midday and evenings to support your dog's needs. I offer the highest level of respect for your home and will ensure your dog picked up after, mail is brought in, if plants need watered, etc.
“Rachel is always flexible with her time and takes great care of my boys. I never have to worry about my boys being scared and missing a potty break or a meal. Thank you!”

“Vanessa was great! My cat tends to be skittish and kind of unwelcoming but he seemed to take to her super well. Appreciate all the extra effort playing and spending time with him.”

“She is the best rover we’ve ever had. Extremely communicative, can problem solve, and genuinely seems to enjoy spending time with the animals. Highly recommend!!”

About: I have a special place in my heart for rescue dogs—especially big, beefy pups with quirky personalities, reactivity, or extra care needs. Having rescued three pit bull mixes myself, I understand that every animal is unique and deserves patience, love, and understanding. Whether your dog needs a slow stroll to stop and smell the flowers or an active walk with plenty of play and tug time, I’m happy to match their energy and give them exactly what they need to feel comfortable and happy. Animals have always been my passion, and my dream is to one day open an animal rescue and rehabilitation center. As a real estate agent in San Diego, I spend a lot of time at my computer or driving around town, so pet sitting gives me the perfect excuse to get outside, enjoy our beautiful city, and spend time with amazing animals. I do this because I genuinely love caring for pets, not because I need the income. I’m a trusted member of the community with many 5-star reviews as a realtor, and I look forward to earning that same trust with you and your pets. 🐶🐾🤎 I work mostly at my home office or in my car driving around town. I do not have any set hours and create my own schedule so can be available even last minute. I have raised and trained 3 rescue dogs in my past. You might come home to find your dog has some new tricks! I have a ton of experience with reactive dogs, dogs that are scared of strangers, and dogs with high needs. I am very good at reading the energy a pet is giving off and adapting to their needs to make them comfortable and happy. I am probably the most trusted person you can find on this app as I am a local realtor and am accessing and locking up at least 4 new homes a day. I can be trusted to be overly communicative and provide photo / video updates of your pets to show you how well our time together is going 😊
About: I puppy-sit for my sister's 2yo maltipoo often, I've even helped training him and teaching him certain tricks. I also used to have a dog when I was younger, I love dogs! I just came back from LA from helping puppy-sit for my sister's dog for 2 weeks. When I visit family in LA, I am often helping take care of her dog and I love it so much! I feed the pet based on the pet's schedule, provide any medication that may be needed, walk the dog at least once and certainly make sure cleaning up after the pet! Play time is also important, giving the pet treats that are vouched for by the owner. Also making sure emergency contacts and vet info is provided for emergency situations.

“Caitlin took EXCELLENT care of our kitties, she gave us super detailed check ins, lots of photos, and I can tell she really treated our babies like her own. We would 1000% recommend Caitlin!”

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover who works from home, so your pet will have my full attention all day long. I currently have a cat and a 15 year old senior dog, so I truly understand the bond we have with our older furry friends. Since I care for a senior dog myself, I’m very comfortable with medical needs. I can easily handle: Injections (like insulin) and any oral medications. Special diets and strict feeding schedules. Senior care for pets who need a slower pace and extra patience. Because I’m home 24/7, I can provide constant companionship and as many potty breaks as needed. Your pet will be treated like family here I work from home full-time, which means I have a very flexible schedule. Your pet will have my companionship 24/7, with constant supervision and as many potty breaks or walks as they need throughout the day A typical day includes lots of cuddles, mental stimulation, and fun games. We will explore the nearby park and enjoy long walks. Since I’m always home, I can strictly follow any feeding or medication schedules your pet requires
“Alexandra did a wonderful job with our pup!! She kept us in the know the whole time and left the cutest pics! We will definitely book with her again and would recommend!”

“Angela was fantastic! Easy to work with and very responsive. She took excellent care of our cat, and sent lots of pictures and videos to let us know he was happy and healthy while we were away.”

About: I grew up loving dogs and have always considered them to be more than a best friend. They’re a member of the family! After COVID, I started dog sitting for friends and family members in my free time because it was so fun, and it was a nice break from my full-time job as a copywriter for Walmart’s corporate team. In 2024, I took my love for dogs a step farther and got my own puppy. His name is Yukon, and he’s a lovable goofball with lots of energy. I’ve loved seeing his personality develop over the last two years and having chats with him about what makes him happy (he’s a Pomeranian Husky mix, so he’s always got lots to tell me!) It’s been such a joy to watch him grow into the happy little man that he is today. My goal as a sitter is to give your dog the best care that I can offer. I’ve house sat for dogs that need some senior care (daily medications/specific food requirements), puppies that are just learning to navigate the world, energetic breeds that have high activity requirements, and larger dogs. I love them all and I’d love to offer you peace of mind knowing that your fur baby will be in the best hands should you choose to trust me with their care. ❤️🐾 I’m currently working part-time as a personal trainer trying to build up that business, so I have plenty of available hours for house visits, walks, and playtime. I live in a fenced in community that is very dog friendly. Your dog will be able to interact with Yukon—who is always looking to make new friends!—and the dogs in the neighborhood if they choose. It’s a great environment for socialization as well as for safety. I have room to crate your dog if needed or they are happy to explore my home and it make it their own as well. 😊 *Please note*: If you are hoping to book me for house sitting on an overnight basis, I will not be able to leave my own dog unattended. He’s absolutely great with other dogs and he loves people as well. I’m more than happy to do a meet and greet to see if it would be a fit for you and your pet, but if this is something you are not comfortable with, please book another sitter for this service.
“Latisha was great ! Super patient with my girls and very communicative with me ! Great response time and really great with my cats especially since one of them isn’t the kindest to new people. Thank you!”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Balboa Park
Second time Sarah does drop-ins with my dog and I continue to be thrilled. Love her communication, card updates, pics, and videos on every visit. Makes me feel 100% comfortable that my pup is well cared for even when I’m thousands of miles away for work, and the updates bring a smile to my face. Can’t wait to book Sarah again soon!

Clarisse is great: on time, neat, capable, competent. The cats loved her. She fed and exercised them, earning their trust. She kept the litter-box robot clean and functioning. House and animals were in fine shape upon our return. We've already decided we want Clarisse for our next trip.
