“Ramisha took excellent care of my two cats while I was away. Being my first time using Rover, I was a bit anxious but she was very sweet and responsive and my cats warmed up to her very quickly! I would definitely recommend her for any pet needs and will be rebooking her for future needs. :)”

“Viktorija Has been my life saver most definitely ! Me being in the military having a busy schedule lately has been thought but I can always count on her to make sure Duke is okay . They go on active walks and plays with his toys . I love seeing him excited and Viktorija has most definitely accomplished that”

“Crystal has been so sweet with our 5 month old puppy! She gives great communication through her time with him, and send us many photos for each sitting. We’re planning to be repeat clients of hers for a long time!”

“Alexandra watched my dog Korra and did an absolutely outstanding job. From the moment they met, Alexandra’s professionalism and genuine compassion for animals were so easy to see. Korra is a rescue with anxiety, and being away from home — especially during work trips — can be really stressful for her. Alexandra handled this with incredible patience, taking the time to read Korra’s behavioral cues and adjust her approach accordingly. She truly went above and beyond to make sure Korra felt safe and comfortable. I couldn’t recommend her more highly and will absolutely be booking again.”

“Marie is fantastic. A breath of fresh air to coordinate with and even leaves treats for both me and my dog. She is responsive, responsible and you should book her unless it’s when I want her then move along!”

“Sarah was absolutely wonderful with our cat, Dexter! She was very attentive, kept us updated with amazing videos, and made sure Dexter had plenty of playtime and attention. It was clear she genuinely cared about him, and that gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We will definitely be booking with her again in the future!”

About: I grew up with both a cat and hogan’s would love to have a pet of my own right now but just can’t afford it, so I love taking in your pets for a couple days and giving them all my love! I work primarily from home with a couple days a month in office, my boyfriend, who is also a dog and cat lover (currently has a dog at his parents house) works from home and will be able to provide all the attention and care your pets need while I am out. On weekends will do everything from hiking to going to the beach with your pets. My apartment is a pet friendly apartment, almost every person that lives there has a dog. We have our own dog park that is attached to the apartment with a fenced in area where dogs can play. No substances or small children, just my boyfriend and I in a spacious two bedroom.
About: Hi, I’m Amanda and have had dogs since I was a teenager. I helped care at end of life and the experience taught me how to deal with health complications. I also fostered a rescue dog with severe anxiety. I learned how to train and manage anxiety and helping them feel more comfortable. I have basic training and skills in potty, commands, walking, and anxiety management. I’m a Navy Veteran with emergency medicine training and a full time student so I’m reliable and confident in stressful situations. I love playtime, training, and cuddling. I hope to make pets feel comfortable and happy. I’m currently free most days of the week this summer because I’m not in school for the summer. I am flexible and can do weekends as well. I have no pets currently and have an apartment. I prefer to go to clients homes only because I don’t have a yard but I can take them to potty outside. I also live alone with no roommates or no children around.
“Darya was wonderful! She responded right away and was able to come every day to check on, feed, and scoop the litterbox for my elderly Siamese cat. She sent adorable pictures and a daily status report. She is worth every penny for the peace of mind that allows you to enjoy your vacation instead of feeling guilty about leaving your angel on their own.”

“Monica is truly a lifesaver with my very anxious and slow-to-trust cat, Draco. She took the time to let him ease into getting to know her and was very understanding when he would hiss and swat! She has watched him before and I will continue to go to her for Draco’s needs! Thank you again, for being such a great sitter!”

“Jessica is wonderful and reliable dog sitter/walker. She has been coming to me house twice a week for a month to interact with my 10 month old hyper puppy. Lucy actually loves her and misses her on her off days. I would definitely recommend Jessica for your dog sitting!!”

About: I’m a stay-at-home and remote working (part time currently) tech marketing professional, here in the heart of San Diego. This affords me **95% full flexibility and availability** in times I can provide dog walks, drop in visits, and accept daycare/boarding drop offs and pick ups! :) I care for all animals as if they were my own, because I understand the anxiety of leaving our furbabies when work or travel calls. 🥹❤️🩹🥰 I’ve loved caring for my Bombay 🐕 the past 5 years, and have dog walked + dog sat + cat sat for friends countless times. I live in an apartment with my chill 7 year old pup, and we enjoy walks in the neighborhood and the grass park every 2-4 hours. (On hot days, we drive straight to the grass park to avoid the cement/asphalt). This life style, with a commitment of only a flexible few hours of computer work at home each day, gives me a chance to give plenty of attention to all fur babies in my care. Especially for pups who may feel more at home in a relaxed setting (instead of the chaos of bustling day care centers or confines of a boarding kennel), my apartment can be the *calm* oasis for them whether the need care just for the daytime or for extended overnight boarding. 🥰 For cat parents 🐈⬛🐈😻: I cared for a lovely cat for 1.5 years that I dearly miss. I cannot board cats in my apartment, but I can do daily or twice daily cat visits for clients along with the duties of liter box / feeding / play time. Please reach out to me so we can arrange care! >>> I can often accept SAME-DAY-care requests after 9 AM if my calendar shows me as available. East Village pet parents share their Rover experiences
Vanessa is an absolutely wonderful pet sitter! She does weekly check ins with our Great Dane. She is communicative, friendly, and goes above and beyond during her visits. She will do things for us even when unprompted (bring in packages from outside or practice tricks with our dog). Early on in her visits she texted me asking if there were more ways that she could engage with our dog and what her favorite activities are (frisbee, hide and seek). We are so lucky to have Vanessa! We trust her completely and know that our dog is loved and cared for when with her!

Ana A. was very good with my two small pups and made me feel so much at ease. I had long weekend plans and was unable to bring my dogs with me, so I booked Ana to come feed them and walk them for 4 days. Ana was timely, communicative, very nice and I know my dogs felt comfortable and safe with her. This meant so much to me, thank you Ana!! Highly recommended.
Marcie did a fantastic job looking after our cats and went far above and beyond taking care of them when one of them got sick after we'd left the country. She took Huey to the vet twice, administered medication, isolated him as needed while keeping him company, while making sure Slinky was well looked after as well. The boys love her as do we, and we hope to work with her again soon!

Alena did a wonderful job all around walking and feeding my two pups while I was away overnight. She was kind, dependable, and responsive, sending me many adorable pictures from the walks. I could relax being away knowing my babies were in great hands. Look forward to having her her watch them again!

Our sitter did an amazing job caring for our pets. The flocked were clearly well taken care of, and Jerry looked very happy. Communication was great — they were very responsive and kept us updated the whole time, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away.

Latisha was amazing! She did a meet and greet with my cat and I that made me feel so at ease and comfortable leaving my cat in her care. She provided great updates and lots of photos and videos throughout my long vacation! Throughout my trip, I felt no anxiety at all regarding my pets care and knew that she was being well cared for. I will definitely rebook with Latisha when I go out of town next!! Thank you!!
