About: I am Bradley and I have taken care of dogs for the past 10 years. My own dog is almost 9 years old, 20 pounds, and is very friendly. I dog sit pretty often and love have extra furry friends stay with us. We have close access to grass for potty breaks and Balboa Park is only a few blocks away. We love to get outside and walk the neighborhood. I work from home, so I have lots of time to make sure any dogs staying with me has plenty of time to get outside and play. I typically am outside with my dog 4x a day. My own home has plenty of space to roam around. My dog is very friendly but typically keeps to herself even when other dogs are around. I am always available to help your dog for any particular need they might have.

About: Hi, I'm Halle! I live in downtown SD with my roommate. We currently have a 20lb dog at home who I help take care of. My mom used to breed dogs so I am familiar with puppies as well. I've had all kinds of pets growing up from rodents to birds! As a small woman, I prefer small to medium sized dogs (under 50lbs) that I can physically handle in case they are leash pullers. I am happy to take care of larger dogs if they are more mellow. I am very flexible when it comes to scheduling. When housesitting, I can stay at your place for the majority of the day, but I sleep better in my own bed at night. Please note this before contacting me if you need overnight coverage. Every pet has different needs and personalities. I do my best to keep their routine consistent and familiar so they feel safe and calm while their family is away. I am open to accommodating whatever preferences you and your pet may have!

About: Hello! I just moved across the country to San Diego with my husband, 2 cats, and 2 large dogs in an RV. Now that we're settled in, I'm looking to use my flexible schedule to provide my pet sitting services. I grew up with large dogs and have experience working with a wide variety of behavioral and medical difficulties. I have a rescue pittie named Moose who suffers with anxiety, a three-legged cat named Queenie we rescued off the street after a bad accident, a rescue grumpy orange cat named Interstella, and a golden retriever named Tylee. My husband and I spend a lot of time working with Moose on his reactivity towards other dogs, and have learned a lot from professional trainers. I have also learned a lot from volunteering at a local shelter for over 2 years, where I obtained level 3 difficult dog training. Having grown up with senior dogs, I have experience with senior care and dogs with dementia, hip dysplasia, deaf and blindness (I know sign language!), and comfortability with administration of medication. I look forward to using my passion for animals to provide expert care for your precious family members! I'm currently in between jobs and new to the area, so I have a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs! I run outside 2-3 times a week, hike dog-friendly trails, love water sports and am a strong swimmer, so I can take your pup on outdoor adventures if needed! I offer in client-home care, whether it's short walks, long walks, or longer in-home stays. I can come to you and care for your pets in the comfort of your home.

Right now, I’m looking for a job, so I have lots of free time to give your pup the attention they deserve! I offer dog walking and daytime at-home sitting in Downtown and nearby areas, so your dog will have a buddy all day. I’m excited to meet your pup and keep them safe, happy, and active! Requested information about your pet I just ask to let me know in advance what NOT to do/say with your pet. For example, my Pomeranian gets crazy zoomies if you say ‘who’s there?’, he rushes to my front door, spins and bark and it till he will not get absolutely tired. I would also like to know all important details about your pet friendliness with other animals and humans, their health and of course your preferred Pet Hospital. I’m currently actively looking for a remote job in Tech so I have all the time in the world to spend quality time with you fluffy friend. As I have my own pup waiting for me at home, I am looking for more standard working hours I’m not able to host pets at my home, but I’m more than happy to stay at your place for multiple hours during the day. I’ll follow all your pet’s routines, instructions, and any safety measures you have in place. Just let me know your preferences, and I’ll make sure I follow them closely!

I am aware of the patience, love and commitment it takes, having and caring for a pet that solely relies on you. I am comfortable administering medications and dealing with food modifications. I have also helped foster in the past. I am home during the day, with light serving shift 3 times a week at night. Long or short walks are available, as well as playtime, boarding and overnight care. My home is your pets home! I love my neighborhood. While I do not have direct access to a back yard, I am super close to multiple dog parks and live in a very walkable neighborhood.

Additionally, I have experience managing large groups of 10 or more dogs of varying sizes and breeds. I work with dogs every day and bring my own two, Lucky and Lainie, with me to work. While my schedule is consistent throughout the week, I’m able to offer some flexibility and I'm currently most available on Sundays and Mondays. At this time, I’m unable to host clients’ pets in my home or stay at their home. I hope to offer this options in the future and appreciate your understanding.

About: My main job is nannying multiple children, whose family pets and homes I have also cared for. I’ve cared for a variety of dogs and cats, from simply walking, to providing medication, and sitting/boarding. I nanny for work and have a very flexible schedule! I have a lot of open availability during my weeks, evenings, overnight, and weekends. I’m also up super early and get a lot of steps in daily so not a problem incorporating that into my routine. I have no pets at home, I live in an apartment with a gate balcony and I walk A LOT so that’s no problem! As for others homes, I’m used to it for my job as a nanny. I care for others’ spaces and loved ones as those it was all my own.

I’m active, responsible, and love spending time outdoors, so I’m happy to tailor care to your dog’s needs, whether that means neighborhood walks, playtime, or relaxed companionship at home. I’ll care for your dog the way I’d want someone to care for mine: safely, lovingly, and with lots of attention to their unique personality and routine. My schedule is fairly flexible, and I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and pet care throughout the week. I do have a standing commitment on Monday and Wednesday mornings that takes me away for a few hours, but outside of that I have a lot of flexibility and can often accommodate a variety of schedules with advance notice. I prioritize safe, attentive, and individualized care for every dog. I take time to learn each dog’s routine, temperament, triggers, and any special instructions before providing care. I’m mindful of leash safety, secure doors and gates carefully, monitor for signs of stress or discomfort, and make sure they have fresh water, exercise, and a calm environment. I also understand that every dog is different, some want lots of activity and play, while others do better with a slower pace, extra patience, or a more structured routine. My goal is always to make dogs feel comfortable!
