About: I have a lot of experience with reactive and high energy dogs! My own dog is a rescue with severe reactivity. Though I am not a trainer, I have a lot of experience training puppies and dogs as a foster parent. Whatever training guidelines you want to adhere to on our walks I can definitely accommodate. I can take your dogs on structured walks or hiking adventures depending on what they need. I am also an avid runner who used to run with dogs from the shelter before I got my own so if that’s something you’re interested in (If you’re dog is a good breed for it, and the temperature is good) I would love to! I am currently in school and doing infrequent freelance work so my schedule is very open, and I have more than enough time to give your dog the attention they deserve. I do not take clients at my house, as my own dog is reactive and anxious. But I can take care of your dog in their own space! I am comfortable giving medication, feeding, and keeping up training regimens. I have experience using a variety of training tools through my foster work. If your dog is reactive, I know how to keep my head on a swivel during walks so we can create distance, and I know what to do if a reaction occurs.
About: I’m a stay-at-home and remote working (part time currently) tech marketing professional, here in the heart of San Diego. This affords me **95% full flexibility and availability** in times I can provide dog walks, drop in visits, and accept daycare/boarding drop offs and pick ups! :) I care for all animals as if they were my own, because I understand the anxiety of leaving our furbabies when work or travel calls. 🥹❤️🩹🥰 I’ve loved caring for my Bombay 🐕 the past 5 years, and have dog walked + dog sat + cat sat for friends countless times. I live in an apartment with my chill 7 year old pup, and we enjoy walks in the neighborhood and the grass park every 2-4 hours. (On hot days, we drive straight to the grass park to avoid the cement/asphalt). This life style, with a commitment of only a flexible few hours of computer work at home each day, gives me a chance to give plenty of attention to all fur babies in my care. Especially for pups who may feel more at home in a relaxed setting (instead of the chaos of bustling day care centers or confines of a boarding kennel), my apartment can be the *calm* oasis for them whether the need care just for the daytime or for extended overnight boarding. 🥰 For cat parents 🐈⬛🐈😻: I cared for a lovely cat for 1.5 years that I dearly miss. I cannot board cats in my apartment, but I can do daily or twice daily cat visits for clients along with the duties of liter box / feeding / play time. Please reach out to me so we can arrange care! >>> I can often accept SAME-DAY-care requests after 9 AM if my calendar shows me as available. About: My lifelong passion for animal welfare began at a young age when I started caring for dogs in my local community. This early interest naturally evolved into a professional role at a dog daycare and numerous volunteer opportunities at animal shelters. Throughout these experiences, I have learned to accurately read animal behavior and implement basic training techniques. I am currently focused on gaining more hours with dogs and different personalities. My ultimate goal is to specialize in shelter medicine and advocate for animals in need. Currently serving as an active-duty member of the U.S. Navy, I possess a high degree of discipline and the ability to manage complex schedules. I am seeking to leverage my availability after 3pm on weekdays and throughout the weekends to contribute to a professional team. Aside from my scheduled duty days, I am committed to maintaining a consistent part-time schedule that complements my military service Having recently relocated, I am currently without pets of my own, which allows me to focus my full attention on providing a high-quality, familiar experience for your dog within the comfort of their own home. I understand that a new face can be stressful, so I prioritize taking the time to build a genuine bond and establish a sense of trust. By getting to know your dog’s unique personality, I aim to significantly reduce the anxiety that often comes with a change in routine. My goal is to ensure they feel secure and at ease in their own space while you are away.
“Paige was great! We came to San Diego with our pups on a trip and wanted to spend extra time away from our airbnb. She gave them some company and let them out. She sent me pictures while she was there and made us feel comfortable being away from our babies longer. Thank you!!”

About: Hi, I’m Amanda and have had dogs since I was a teenager. I helped care at end of life and the experience taught me how to deal with health complications. I also fostered a rescue dog with severe anxiety. I learned how to train and manage anxiety and helping them feel more comfortable. I have basic training and skills in potty, commands, walking, and anxiety management. I’m a Navy Veteran with emergency medicine training and a full time student so I’m reliable and confident in stressful situations. I love playtime, training, and cuddling. I hope to make pets feel comfortable and happy. I’m currently free most days of the week this summer because I’m not in school for the summer. I am flexible and can do weekends as well. I have no pets currently and have an apartment. I prefer to go to clients homes only because I don’t have a yard but I can take them to potty outside. I also live alone with no roommates or no children around.
“Ramisha took excellent care of my two cats while I was away. Being my first time using Rover, I was a bit anxious but she was very sweet and responsive and my cats warmed up to her very quickly! I would definitely recommend her for any pet needs and will be rebooking her for future needs. :)”

About: Hi! I’m Hanna. I am a responsible and attentive animal lover who truly cares about your pet’s wellbeing and happiness. When I was a child, I had a golden retriever puppy named Rollie, who I adored. As Rollie aged, I learned to be particularly gentle and attentive to her. Because of that experience, I feel comfortable taking care of older dogs. On the other side of the spectrum, I am also comfortable taking care of puppies! After Rollie passed, I adopted an energetic and quirky puppy from the local humane society and we shared 12 beautiful years together. I have also cared for neighbors’ pets, past roommates’ pets, and other clients’ pets for more than a decade. I have even used pet sitting platforms while traveling abroad to have some creature comfort/ extra spending money. I do not currently have any pets due to my lease so I find rover to be a very mutually beneficial platform ;) I strive to provide excellent care all around and it would be an honor to be trusted in caring for your best friend. Thank you for the consideration. My schedule looks very different day by day and even week to week but my flexibility allows me to be versatile in caring for your critters. I always make sure to keep an attentive a watchful eye over the pets in my care. I make sure to send lots of updates and pictures via text!

Bario Logan pet parents share their Rover experiences
Angela is great! She leaves detailed notes about her stay with your pet and is GREAT with anxious dogs. My Doberman was very hesitant when meeting her but she was able to get him to walk (and jog!) on their walk. She staid up to date with me about her drop in visit a d made me feel at ease knowing he was well taken care of.

Irina went above and beyond for our kitty’s Bo & Petunia! She would send great updates & gave them lots of love & attention. She was even so kind to take care of other little things around our place & helped us to & from the airport! Highly, highly recommended her & we will definitely be using her services in the future as well!

Haley was the dream drop-in sitter for our two cats, while we were on a 3 week trip. She kept us informed of their moods and how happy they were to see her. She maintained the litter robot working great and took great care of our kitties. We will definitely use her services again. Thank you so much Haley!
Alexandra watched my dog Korra and did an absolutely outstanding job. From the moment they met, Alexandra’s professionalism and genuine compassion for animals were so easy to see. Korra is a rescue with anxiety, and being away from home — especially during work trips — can be really stressful for her. Alexandra handled this with incredible patience, taking the time to read Korra’s behavioral cues and adjust her approach accordingly. She truly went above and beyond to make sure Korra felt safe and comfortable. I couldn’t recommend her more highly and will absolutely be booking again.

Leyla was absolutely amazing! She was reliable, communicative, and flexible to our needs. We felt completely at ease knowing our pup was getting attention, care, and affection while we were away. We came home to a happy dog and would trust them again in a heartbeat!
