“Kalista was so sweet with our pup! She made time to do a meet and greet on short notice and quickly won over Indie. We are so grateful and will definitely use her again in the future!”

“Irania is respectful, sweet, and responsible. She was extremely punctual and always kept me up to date with exactly what was going on. My dog is 90lbs of playful energy, but that didn't phase Irania. They bonded instantly. I couldn't have asked for a more reliable sitter/walker. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking looking for pet care they can count on.”

About: I have a lot of experience with reactive and high energy dogs! My own dog is a rescue with severe reactivity. Though I am not a trainer, I have a lot of experience training puppies and dogs as a foster parent. Whatever training guidelines you want to adhere to on our walks I can definitely accommodate. I can take your dogs on structured walks or hiking adventures depending on what they need. I am also an avid runner who used to run with dogs from the shelter before I got my own so if that’s something you’re interested in (If you’re dog is a good breed for it, and the temperature is good) I would love to! I am currently in school and doing infrequent freelance work so my schedule is very open, and I have more than enough time to give your dog the attention they deserve. I do not take clients at my house, as my own dog is reactive and anxious. But I can take care of your dog in their own space! I am comfortable giving medication, feeding, and keeping up training regimens. I have experience using a variety of training tools through my foster work. If your dog is reactive, I know how to keep my head on a swivel during walks so we can create distance, and I know what to do if a reaction occurs.

When in your home, I will follow all rules as necessary! I will crate your pup if you need or let them roam free! I will follow whatever I am told to do in order to give your fur baby the best care while you are away!

About: I got my first dog at 10 years old and have been around animals my whole lite. In the last few years, my professional life became centered around animals as well. I started off at a doggy daycare/kennel and have plenty of experience providing animals with various levels of care. After a short while, I realized that my passion in life lies within veterinary medicine. I work at a very busy animal hospital where I’ve taken on several different roles including customer service representative, veterinary assistant, and inventory manager. I currently have two dogs of my own and I couldn’t possibly love them more than I do. They’re my children and I spoil them rotten. Every client I have whether that be in the hospital setting or pet-sitting can trust that I will always care for their pets as my own because my two pups are my world and that’s how I hope a veterinary professional or pet sitter would treat them. I work 4 10 hour days during the week but aside from that I have a very flexible schedule. Making sure any pets in my care get proper love and attention is a top priority of mine. I can even bring pets I am watching to work with me if desired so that we can hang out on my breaks and lunch hour. I live in an upstairs apartment so I personally have my dogs pad trained for emergencies and take them outside to use the bathroom (while leashed) every few hours during the day if I’m home. Otherwise my partner who works from home takes them out or they use the indoor pads as trained. I don’t typically encourage letting dogs be outside by themselves EVEN if the yard is fenced in. Working in veterinary medicine has made me all too aware of the freak accidents that can occur so I’m very much a helicopter mom to my own girls and even more so to my clients’ pets. Trusting someone to watch your animals is such a huge leap of faith and I take that incredibly seriously.
About: Hi, I’m Berenice! I’ve always loved caring for pets, and I treat every furry friend like family. I’m reliable, attentive, and excited to give your dog or cat the care they deserve! I currently work full-time but have a flexible job that allows me to work remotely pretty often. I'd love to spend time with a furry friend during my lunch breaks, after work or on my work from home days. Every pet is different. Understanding their personalities, likes and dislikes is most important. I let them teach me how to best cater to their needs but I am overall a gentle care taker.

Working part-time so I have plenty of extra time to do visits or walks. Flexible times depending on weather, whatever is best for the pets Large fenced yard, experience with big or "aggressive" breeds all sizes and breeds welcomed. DOG LOVER so they're in good hands. Patient with all pets.
About: I will tailor the love and care for your pet based on his or her behavior and personality. I have both a senior dog and a pup, so there’s a huge range of personalities in between both. My senior dog requires at least an hour inside then wants his own time in the yard as for the pup he requires a lot of exercise and then nap time in the couch. Let me know your fur baby ‘s personality and I’ll be sure to accommodate. At my home you have the option to be completely outside or inside, we have cement and grass and lots of fruit trees for them to smell and explore. I would prefer for your dog to be potty trained in advanced if he or she requires to be inside.
About: I have over 25 years of experience caring for pets and exotic wildlife both in human care and in the wild. I specialize in animal behavior and oversee behavioral enrichment programs in major zoological facilities. With my professional work, I am fluent in operant conditioning (training) by using positive reinforcement techniques. I am comfortable with senior and special needs dogs as well as puppies. I can administer medication, including injections, if needed. I work full time Tuesdays-Saturdays and am typically free after 3:30pm on most days and have full availability on most Sundays and Mondays. I am happy to try and work with my schedule to accommodate your pet's needs. Having worked with exotic and domestic animals for over 25+ years in a professional setting, safety is always my number one priority. The care, comfort, and wellbeing of your fur baby is of the utmost importance. I am flexible to work with your needs and preferences.

Bario Logan dog parents share their Rover experiences
Irina was able to help with a last-minute drop-in, and I’m so grateful. Apollo takes really well to her, and she kept me updated throughout the visit. She took him to dog beach, where he had a great time, and sent the cutest pictures and videos. I would absolutely recommend her!

Viktorija was the sweetest caregiver I could ask for. Taco was pretty stressed about having a dog walker and she was able to gradually coax him into a comfortable loving place where he trusted her. For a chihuahua to warm up to someone in 4 days is a credit to her gentleness and patience.

Darya was so sensitive and loving with Taco. He was having a tough week with Daddy being away, and she was able to sweetly coax him on his walks each day. This was a great relief to my stress about working late while my husband was out of town. I will certainly be asking for her help in the future.

Jarrod is fantastic! He checked on our cat and dog. It was a relief to have someone who could manage both of their needs, including medicine for my cat. He communicated with so much detail the entire weekend. My pets can get a little anxious when we’re away, but they were so calm when I returned, which showed me the great care and attention they received!
