About: Hi! I’m Emily, a lifelong dog lover who grew up with a husky and has since fostered dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I currently live in South Park, right between Golden Hill, North Park, and Balboa Park, making it easy for me to take your pup on enriching walks through some of San Diego’s best dog friendly neighborhoods. Because I regularly foster, I have extensive experience with: • High energy dogs, shy dogs, and everything in between • Puppies • Medical fosters: including administering oral meds, topical treatments, and basic care instructions My priority is always your dog’s comfort and happiness. Whether your pup needs structure, slow introductions, extra cuddles, or a calm environment, I take the time to understand their routine so they feel safe while you’re away. I provide updates, photos, and clear communication so you always know how your dog is doing. Your pup will be treated like family here. I work from home three days a week, which gives me plenty of flexibility to provide consistent attention and care. On my days off, I love being outdoors and frequently walk around my South Park neighborhood, so your dog will get lots of fresh air, movement, and enrichment. I’m available throughout the day to keep your pup’s routine on track and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and fully cared for from morning to night. I tailor my care to each dog’s individual needs. I make sure every pup is walked on a consistent schedule, fed according to their routine, and given plenty of playtime and affection. Because I foster regularly, I’m very comfortable adapting to different personalities and energy levels, from high-energy dogs who need lots of activity to shy or slow to warm up pups who need patience and gentle structure. I also prioritize mental stimulation throughout the day through enrichment activities, sniff walks, puzzle toys, and training games to keep your dog engaged and happy. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I follow your dog’s routine closely to ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for at all times.

About: I am a lifelong dog lover and owner. My wife and I recently lost our beloved Yorkshire Terrier after 17 love-filled years and need the love of a dog in the house with us. I have experience with senior dogs and know the extra love, care and attention they may need. I love to get out and see the city so your dog would get plenty of walks if needed. I'm a photographer so you can expect plenty of pics while your dog is in my care. I am a self-employed photographer and available to be home throughout the day as much as needed. My son is at school most of the day which leaves plenty of time to care for your dog or cat. I have a large fenced in yard for all the exploring and sniffing needs your dog might have. We live on a quiet block without much traffic and have a nearby canyon that is perfect for on-leash walks.
