“I had a wonderful experience with Danielle, and will definitely trust her with my cats in the future. She is responsive, kind, and took care to go above and beyond the instructions I left. I loved the pictures that she took, and could tell that she made the visits count by giving the cats attention as well as taking care of the feeding/scooping. Thank you, Danielle!”

“If I could give more stars I would! Olivia was so professional, kind, and personable. She followed my requests for my kitty and he loved her! She was quick to respond to messages and was very sweet with my cat. I will definitely be recommending her to friends and family and rebooking.”

“She’s so good with my two boy cats!! One of my boys is a really a shy one and she’s always able to get him out to play. I’ve had come to check on my boys more than once now! I highly recommend her!”

“Jade is the best! Our now-13wk puppy loves playing with her! Jade is great with sending updates and is very diligent with all care instructions.”

“Ana A. was very good with my two small pups and made me feel so much at ease. I had long weekend plans and was unable to bring my dogs with me, so I booked Ana to come feed them and walk them for 4 days. Ana was timely, communicative, very nice and I know my dogs felt comfortable and safe with her. This meant so much to me, thank you Ana!! Highly recommended.”

“Leilani did some drop-ins for our dog Moxie as we were away for the evening for a special event. I loved the reports we got from her with updates and our dog loved her at the meet and great! Will definitely be rebooking.”

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and grew up in a home where they were truly part of the family. Over the years, friends and family have trusted me to care for their furry loved ones while they’re away, and I take that responsibility seriously. I also have a dog of my own, Lev, a 6-year-old male who has taught me a lot about patience, communication, and positive reinforcement training. Because Lev can be leash reactive, I’m very comfortable reading dog body language and handling walks calmly and safely. Through consistent positive reinforcement, we’ve built successful and enjoyable walks together. I understand that every dog has their own personality and needs, and I always aim to create a safe, positive, and fun experience for every pup in my care. I currently WFH full-time! Afternoon/evenings between 3-7pm on weekdays are ideal times for walks and visits. Weekends would vary, but I have pretty open availability in general! My own pup gets at least three walks a day—a long walk first thing in the morning and another before bed, plus a midday walk for some relief and fresh air. We often go on other adventures, including the beach and the dog park, but this our typical schedule. Because of this routine, I’m very accustomed to walking during high dog-traffic times and always prioritize safe, attentive handling. I stay aware of our surroundings, read dog body language, and use positive reinforcement to keep walks calm, structured, and enjoyable for every pup.

About: I’ve taken care of multiple dogs at once. I take care of my friends dogs sometimes having 3-4 dogs at once including my own to care for at the same time. I am mostly available during the weekdays during the morning and daytime and I can occasionally do weekends and evenings as well depending on my current schedule. I have two friendly puppers of my own. One of my dogs is 16 years old and the other is 5 years old. I also occasionally care for my friends dogs at my own home as well as going to their place to take care of them.

About: I've had dogs my whole life and have taken care of family and friends dogs overnight and daily check ins. I currently have a 4 year old Wirehaired Pointing Griffon and we put in about 3-5 miles a day to get his energy out! My roommate also has a Labrador who joins us on walks as well. My dogs won't join your dog for a walk unless you specifically request play time. I am currently between jobs so I have a lot of time to take care of dogs. Available at any time and most days. Just need a day notice in advance and I can usually make it work. I have a fenced in front yard and two other dogs if your dog wants to play with others! Multiple walks a day, dedicated play time, and trips to the dog parks available.

We've also had 8 dogs of our own over the last 28 years, adding to our canine care experience. We've owned 5 Greyhounds, a Whippet, Black Lab, and a Staffie; and cared for/boarded many breeds - Goldendoodle, Vizsla, Dachshund, Poodle, Lab, Shih Tzu, Sharpei, Golden Retriever, Frenchies, Boston Terrier, Husky, others! We work from home, almost always here, so plenty of companionship for your Pup! Work affords lots of breaks too, for play time with pups! We have a safe, large, completely enclosed yard out back and easy access for doggers via large size doggie door! Plenty of toys out back, and visually accessible from my work area. Inside, dog beds and couches offer plenty of resting choices for doggers!
“Second time's the charm. I really appreciate Brenda's willingness to come out and sit our cats once again. She's very responsible, always sends photos after each appointment, and made sure to inform us any time she changed the water or had to make another purchase fir the cats midway through the period. Will definitely consider her again next time I'm out if town.”

About: I have been caring for dogs since I was a kid. I started volunteering at the San Diego Humane Society in 2014 as a medical kennel assistant and there I learned how to care for both cats and dogs after their spay and neuter surgery. I then started working for Helen Woodward animal hospital as a vet assistant and did various things like draw blood, give vaccines, assist the vet in various procedures and much more. Just recently I worked with the San Diego Humane Society as a foster specialist and worked a long side many pets of all kinds. I walked many, interacted with many and learned various cues of body language. Im currently working full time and my availability at this moment is open weekdays after 6 and before 9am and weekends are pretty open. On Sundays I do attend church so it would need to be after or before service. I would do best in caring for a pet in their home since I have a dog of my own who liked to be the only child :)
“Elizabeth is always someone we can count on to watch our little one, Ashton. She is professional, on time and Ashton’s favorite person other than us. If you need someone to look after your pets, Elizabeth is the one!”

“Yesenia is awesome and has extensive experience with both cats and dogs. She was so patient with Axl as he is a puppy and a bit shy around people. She is responsive, has great communication during check-ins and take lots of pics. Thank you Yesenia 😃!”

About: I have owned dogs my whole life and have pet sat for friends and family consistently for a wide range of ages from puppies to senior. Now working from home, I have the flexibility to care for dogs in the area and spend more time in our fenced back yard. We live on a quiet street in North Park and love to take daily walks. One dog in the home, medium sized hound mix who loves other dogs and would be ecstatic to have a buddy to hang out with! I'm currently working remote so am flexible on care needs and available for boarding throughout the week and weekends! I like to take my own dog on a few neighborhood walks per day so we are active. I have a fully fenced yard and a friendly dog of my own. We are a pet friendly home (dogs allowed on furniture) and we have plenty of space for them to play and relax
About: I'm a lifelong animal lover and strong believer in positive reinforcement training and creating a calm, loving environment for every pet in my care. I've grown up with animals my whole life and I am a cat lady at heart. My senior cat has asthma, which has taught me how to properly and gently administer an inhaler, so I'm comfortable with pets who need a little extra care. I also have a sweet and friendly Weimaraner, and together we've completed training through the San Diego Humane Society as well as PetSmart's advanced positive reinforcement program. Your pets will be safe, loved, and well cared for with me. I'm self employed, which gives me a flexible schedule and means your pet gets real attention throughout the day rather than being squeezed into a few rushed minutes. I can easily build walks, feeding times, and play breaks into my day whenever your pet needs them. The comfort and safety of your pet is always my number one priority. Before our first visit I like to learn about your pet's temperament, energy level, daily routine, health conditions, and favorite treats so I can match their normal rhythm as closely as possible. My goal is always a smooth, low stress experience where your pet feels just as comfortable as they would with you.

This was the 2nd time I used Alyssa, and I’ll be looking to rebook with her for my next trip! The consistency in her communication , above and beyond care, and eye to details and following through really helps take away a lot of the guilt of leaving your pet while on vacation!

Second time Sarah does drop-ins with my dog and I continue to be thrilled. Love her communication, card updates, pics, and videos on every visit. Makes me feel 100% comfortable that my pup is well cared for even when I’m thousands of miles away for work, and the updates bring a smile to my face. Can’t wait to book Sarah again soon!

Stephanie was so amazing with our dog and cats. She sent lots of pictures and you could tell that they were so happy. Stephanie was very prompt with the times she was supposed to come to our house. It was such a relief knowing the animals were well taken care of.
Clarisse is great: on time, neat, capable, competent. The cats loved her. She fed and exercised them, earning their trust. She kept the litter-box robot clean and functioning. House and animals were in fine shape upon our return. We've already decided we want Clarisse for our next trip.
