We did a brief meet-and-greet session first, and after that Zaira took our Labrador in without any issues. She also has her own dog, Malik (she’s a sweetheart!), and they got along really well, so we had no worries at all. Over the three days, Zaira took great care of our dog, shared pictures regularly, and kept us posted, which gave us complete peace of mind.
