About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and grew up in a home where they were truly part of the family. Over the years, friends and family have trusted me to care for their furry loved ones while they’re away, and I take that responsibility seriously. I also have a dog of my own, Lev, a 6-year-old male who has taught me a lot about patience, communication, and positive reinforcement training. Because Lev can be leash reactive, I’m very comfortable reading dog body language and handling walks calmly and safely. Through consistent positive reinforcement, we’ve built successful and enjoyable walks together. Afternoon/evenings between 3-7pm on weekdays are ideal times for walks and visits. Weekends would vary, but I have pretty open availability in general! We often go on other adventures, including the beach and the dog park, but this our typical schedule. About: I know it's their world and I am simply lucky they let me live in it, temporarily. I've had cats in my family since I was born! We always had two Siamese cats in the house growing up, and my first pet I adopted out of college was my very own cat. I've cat sit for friends over the years as well and always hang out for several hours, not just do a drive by of food and water refill. Even though we all know how much they love to do their own thing, it's important for them too to get some scritches, pets, and zooming around done while you're away.

About: Growing up wanted a dog but my parents allow it so did the next best thing which was dog sit for my neighbors. So I have many years of experience sitting all types of dogs. Love the company of a wonderful dog. There’s nothing like the energy from a happy pup that loves to play. I just started training for a half marathon I’ll be running in March, so if your dog is used to or if you want me get him/her active, i would be able to do so. About: I like to stay fit and I love dogs. So I spend a lot of time outside with dogs where they naturally belong. I’ve had a dogs in my family all my life. I’ve enjoyed training puppies and establishing loving ways of communication. I own a gym and I’m constantly telling my clients “want to get your steps in? Get a dog!” I love being outside and pet care keeps me honest. You will always find me out in the Sun with a doggie. We have a fenced bbq area where we hang out during the day and soak up the sun. I’ve trained as an advanced dog walker with a shelter in Washington state as well as taken professional training with my own dogs, a large German shepherd and active husky. “It was our first time ever having our dogs stay at someone’s home vs going to a boarding facility. Jennifer and Donald were awesome with our 2 Weimaraners, who can be demanding and a handful. We got photos and sometimes videos on a daily basis, which helped put our minds at ease during our vacation over Thanksgiving. We could see that our dogs were getting great walks, being properly fed and in a loving environment. Jennifer and Donald were also very accommodating when our drop off time had to move up an hour early in the morning. All in all, we highly recommend them.”

About: I have a Mini Australian Shepard of my own who is 3 years old, whom I trained myself. He is very well behaved. Additionally, I’ve been a dog and cat sitter for friends and family over the past 5 years. My service will include lots of walks, love, and play time with your pet. I’m currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to play with your pups! I’m available all day on weekends and on weekdays after 6 p.m. Although I live in an apartment, I do have access to 2 fenced dog parks across the street and I live close to Balboa park which makes for great walks!
