I cannot put into words or say enough positive things about Zaira. I was previously using cage free boarding facilities to board my dog and would constantly worry whenever I was out of town. Wanting less stress for my dog, I opted to try a personal boarding experience through Rover. Zaira was amazing and so patient with my dog being nervous and shy around new people. By the end of the few days, they were best friends and I know my pup is always missing Zaira. This was first time using Rover and Carolina made the experience so easy and stress free. My dog is a small, shy, senior girl 🥲 so you can imagine my worry. Shakyra did a fantastic job, she took great care of our family member, our dog Riley. It was her first time away from home over night. We got a good update and when I went to pick her up the next morning she was calm and relaxed. Shakyra is very pleasant and communicative that alone put us at ease. She get 5 stars from us. Cole is fantastic! My dog is new to us, a rescue and super energetic, and Cole agreed to meet with us and did a walk with his dog and mine to ensure they would get along which they did. Then during the stay, he sent me pictures and updated me on doggies status. Overall amazing. Thank you Cole!
