He also offered a meet and greet (even though the booking was short notice) to put my mind at ease. His straightforward approach and calm manner let me know right away that our energetic puppy was going to be in good hands. Brian maintained great communication throughout the weekend about our dog’s behavior and sent numerous pictures to let us know he was being well-cared for by kind people in a safe home. Highly recommended! 5 stars! We will call him again!”
