I was very concerned about him using the bathroom and being comfortable since it’s the first time I boarded him anywhere. She was incredibly helpful and did a meet & greet with us to see how he would do. We discussed the best set-up for him ahead of time and she really put my worries at ease. She sent me plenty of updates about his situation and pictures of him. He warmed up to them way quicker than I thought he would! He was incredibly comfortable with them after about a day. Listens and understand your concerns for your dogs needs. She took very good care of my senior Pomeranian. It’s so hard to try a new rover for our most special girl- but Emmy made the process easy! She is very professional and kind and Annie pup had no problems going with her. Emmy sent us photos and updates and Annie looked so happy in every one of them. AND! Annie came home with a spring in her step and a smile in her eyes. We will absolutely be booking with Emmy again and feel so lucky to have found her!
My dog has stayed with Susie & Galen several times, and he's always so happy and so well taken care of. He gets plenty of exercise and socialization - he gets excited when we pull up to their house! Great communication throughout trips and a happy puppy to come home to.
Antonio is phenomenal!! Louis had an absolute blast with the other pups and Antonio during his vacation. We were a little nervous beforehand because we hadn’t left Louis with a dog sitter for so long before, but Antonio immediately put us at ease, met us beforehand to make sure Louis (and we) felt comfortable, and then sent us as many updates as we could have hoped for. He clearly has a deep understanding and appreciation for dogs, and Louis came back happy and healthy as can be. We will absolutely be looking for Antonio’s help again in the future and would recommend him to anyone!
This was our first time using Rover for our dog Maverick, and we had a really great experience with Yantian, who boarded him from before Christmas through after New Year’s. Maverick has some specific needs, so doing a meet-and-greet beforehand was super helpful. Maverick got along with Yantian and their dog, Sesame, which put us at ease. When we dropped Maverick off (along with all his stuff), Yantian walked us through where Maverick would sleep and spend his time, and Maverick was comfortable right away. Throughout the stay, Yantian was very responsive and sent regular photo updates, which we really appreciated. It was clear Maverick was comfortable, happy, and having a good time. Maverick clearly liked both Yantian and Sesame, and the communication throughout the stay was excellent. We’d definitely book again and highly recommend Yantian!
David was an amazing dog sitter for our 5-year old pup, Luna. He was super accommodating on very short notice to arrange a meet and greet. His home was setup very nicely for pets to feel welcomed and have room to roam with the fenced in back yard. I could tell he also takes special care to make sure the pets he watches will get along well with any other boarders. David shared pictures and stories of how Luna was doing during our week-long trip. I can't thank him enough and would highly recommend his services to anyone!
My dog Phoebe started having swelling in her paw just a few days before our booking and Liza was happy to adjust the plan and give her medication during her stay. Liza also sent photo updates throughout our trip which was great. Her dog Barron did growl at Phoebe during drop off when Phoebe tried to pick up his chew toy, but Liza redirected him and upon pick up they were buddies.
Erik and Natalie took great care of our Australian Cattle Dog, Benson, while we were on a 5-day trip to Seattle. Communication was easy and consistent, and they sent regular pictures that really put us at ease. Benson was happy and clearly well cared for. Overall, a very positive and trustworthy experience.
