You can drop off Thursday evening and pick up on Sunday (I work from home on Fridays and Saturday AM). As a psychologist, I design my own schedule, so I can play with and take out your pup throughout the day. Sunday's are all about relaxing and having fun! **NOTE: Starting 7/7/2026, Tuesday drop off after 5pm

You’re welcome to bring your dog to check out my home and see how your pup feels in the space. Finding the right sitter is like dating…you gotta find the right fit! I know how hard it is to leave your pup with a stranger, so let’s make sure we all feel comfortable. It’s all about your pup feeling safe and happy. :) I can also Airtag your dog and can share location with you so you always know where your pup is and you can travel with ease. 🚀 Let me know what would make you feel safe, and we'll make it happen!

I don't have breed preferences, I love all dogs, and I would like to know if your pup is house trained and if they play well with others. I have a 5 yrs old niece that visits every other weekend and she’s fabulous with dogs. We've trained her! :) I don't have any children, so rest assured that I will treat yours as if it were my own. 🥰

I love walking along the beach and going to safe dog parks. I love the Grape Street dog park and the one in Balboa Park. I would take your dog around owner approved walks and environments. I also have a great yard that your pup can play in if you would prefer we stay at home. If that's the case, I've got LOTS of toys including a ball launcher! If your pup loves the couch, we can also hang out and binge watch their favorite show. 😛

I’ve had family dogs all my life and had my first miniature schnauzer for a wonderful 14 years. I trained him as a pup and we completed the Petsmart training courses. I’m also a Licensed Psychologist so I understand human & dog behavior! 🎓 My Meelo passed away about a year ago after 14 years together. 🌈 I’m not ready to get a new dog so instead, I decided I’d love to take care of yours! 💕 I miss the sound of paws on the wood floor, the crunching of kibble, and the zoomies! Oh the zoomies! 🥰 I’ve got all the toys (including a fetch machine), a fenced front and backyard, a doggie door, lots of love, and the space for all the zoomies!

Mabel loved her time at Araceli’s! Araceli was very warm and welcoming to us humans, but to Mabel she was a dog’s dream host. There are toys, stuffies and balls galore. Mabel absolutely felt at home the second we walked in. Mabel was allowed to get on the couch and Araceli didn’t mind when water dripped off her mouth after drinking water. We knew immediately that Mabel would be in great hands and she was. We were happy to receive pictures and even a video of Mabel having fun. We will definitely use Araceli again. I know Mabel will be excited.
Araceli is truly amazing! From the moment I dropped Willow off, it was clear she was in the best hands. The daily updates, photos, and videos gave us me much peace of mind — it was genuinely heartwarming to see how loved and at ease Willow was throughout her whole stay. Araceli clearly has a special way with dogs, and Willow’s excitement when we picked her up said it all. And Araceli’s home is beautiful and so fun for zoomies in the yard! Incredible experience from start to finish — we will absolutely be rebooking! Mahalo!
Araceli is great and her house is perfect for my smedium sized dog! I know that Scout felt at home and enjoyed running around her yard when she wasn’t lazing around. That allowed me to enjoy my trip knowing she was in good hands thank you Araceli for taking such good care of Scout! 🐾
Araceli was great with my two corgis. She kept me updated throughout my time away with pictures and videos. My doggos had the best time and I plan to rebook with her the next time I need a sitter.
