As the son of a competitive sled dog racer in the northeast, I spent my entire childhood with dogs - at work, at play, and at rest. As an adult, I have cared for pets of my own as well as for pets of family and friends throughout the LA area, building strong bonds and providing reliable, attentive care. I recently moved to San Diego and am excited to build a loving community of furry friends. I love dogs of all breeds and sizes... but huskies will always have my heart.

We couldn't have asked for better care for Kaya and Basco! From the very beginning, it was clear that our dogs were in great hands. They came home happy, well-exercised, and clearly well-loved. One of our favorite parts was the communication—we received daily videos and detailed descriptions of how their days were going, which gave us such peace of mind while we were away. It was great to see them having such a good time! We will definitely be using their services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and attentive sitter for their pups. Thank you again!

Ryan took care of my Bernedoodle, Tucker, many times, and he was amazing every single time. Tucker is very high energy, and she always came home happy and completely worn out from all the fun outdoor activities. Ryan also sent me videos and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. We’ve been using Ryan and Ashley since 2023, and we honestly can’t imagine trusting anyone else with our dogs. Most recently Ryan and Ashley watched our two dogs for 2 weeks while we traveled overseas. They are reliable, caring, and truly went above and beyond (sorry about the late night puke). Our dogs love Ryan and Ashley, and we always feel at ease knowing they’re in good hands. They treat them like their own children, and that kind of trust and peace of mind is priceless. We recommend Ryan and Ashley to anyone looking for a great pet sitter they’re truly the best!
Ryan and Ashley are absolutely wonderful. They stayed in our home to care for our two large goldendoodles, Bucky and Bear, which made such a difference in keeping the dogs comfortable and stress-free. They were excellent house guests and treated our home with care. Most importantly, Bucky and Bear were so well loved. They made sure they got plenty of exercise, attention, and snuggles, and it showed. I felt completely at ease traveling for work knowing our dogs were in such capable, trustworthy hands. I would not hesitate to recommend Ryan and Ashley to anyone looking for exceptional, reliable dog care.

Schedule
I work from home as a writer, which means I’m around throughout the day to give dogs plenty of attention, walks, playtime, and companionship. My wife is a nurse and is available in the evenings and on weekends and variable weekdays, providing extra support, love and attention.

We have a fully fenced-in front yard as well as a separate fenced turf area in the back, giving dogs safe outdoor space to play, explore, and relax throughout the day. Whether your dog is high-energy, shy, or a senior who prefers lounging in the sun, they’ll be treated like family here. Safety - Secure, fenced property - our home features a fully fenced front grass yard and a separate fenced turf area in the back, allowing dogs to enjoy outdoor time safely and supervised - Constant supervision - since I work from home, dogs are rarely left alone - Controlled environment - I limit the number of dogs I care for at once to ensure personalized attention and a calm, low-stress setting - Routine and consistency - I follow your dog’s established feeding and walking schedules. - Clean and comfortable home - dogs are treated like family with access to clean indoor space and safe outdoor area.
