“Spencer was great with our two cats while we were away on a long trip. He was punctual and communicative throughout the booking. We received great pictures of our cats every day and it was clear they were very happy and comfortable with him.”

“Brenda was great with my shy cat! Typically she doesn’t come out for sitters unless there’s food involved, but she came out for Brenda and played with her. Brenda tried many different toys and even brought some of her own to play with my cat. She sent me plenty of pictures of her for my piece of mind!”

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and grew up in a home where they were truly part of the family. Over the years, friends and family have trusted me to care for their furry loved ones while they’re away, and I take that responsibility seriously. I also have a dog of my own, Lev, a 6-year-old male who has taught me a lot about patience, communication, and positive reinforcement training. Because Lev can be leash reactive, I’m very comfortable reading dog body language and handling walks calmly and safely. Through consistent positive reinforcement, we’ve built successful and enjoyable walks together. I understand that every dog has their own personality and needs, and I always aim to create a safe, positive, and fun experience for every pup in my care. I currently WFH full-time! Afternoon/evenings between 3-7pm on weekdays are ideal times for walks and visits. Weekends would vary, but I have pretty open availability in general! My own pup gets at least three walks a day—a long walk first thing in the morning and another before bed, plus a midday walk for some relief and fresh air. We often go on other adventures, including the beach and the dog park, but this our typical schedule. Because of this routine, I’m very accustomed to walking during high dog-traffic times and always prioritize safe, attentive handling. I stay aware of our surroundings, read dog body language, and use positive reinforcement to keep walks calm, structured, and enjoyable for every pup.
About: I had my 16 year old dog Dakota since she was a puppy until she passed away earlier this year and I've fostered multiple senior dogs over the last couple of years for Frosted Faces. I only accept small dogs (under 16lbs) for daycare and boarding with a max of 3 dogs at any given time so you can be sure your dog will get dedicated attention and not be overwhelmed. If you need your dog(s) to be the only one in the home please let me know if the request message. If this is your first time using rover you can sign up via https://www.rover.com/sit/melant42759 or use promo code MELANT42759 for $20 off your first booking. I work full time from home and my schedule is pretty flexible - I can take breaks as needed to take care of the dogs. I live in a one bedroom apartment, there is no fenced in yard but the door always remains closed. I wouldn't take any dogs out without their collar and leash on. There is a set of stairs to get up to my apartment (~12 steps), I can carry dogs up and down if needed. The apartment itself is one level and I have doggy stairs to get on the couch as well as a gate to keep them in a carpeted area if they need that for balance or anything.

About: I have loved animals my entire life and have years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats. Growing up, I regularly walked all the neighborhood dogs, and today I help care for my friends' pets by walking their dogs and house sitting for both dogs and cats while they're away on vacation. I currently have two cats and a senior dog, so I'm comfortable caring for pets with different personalities, energy levels, and needs. Whether your dog loves a long walk, a slower stroll, or just some extra attention and companionship, I'll make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I treat every pet like they're my own and understand how important it is to have someone you can trust. I love animals of all sizes and look forward to giving your furry family member the care, exercise, and affection they deserve. I work full-time in wholesale flowers and finish my workday around 2:00 PM, which gives me dedicated time each weekday to care for pets. I'm available Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM for walks, drop-in visits, and pet care. I usually spend my afternoons outside, and I often find myself wishing I had another dog to join me on my walks! My own senior dog prefers her walks later in the evening, so my afternoons are the perfect time to give your dog the exercise, attention, and companionship they need. Whether it's an energetic walk, playtime, or a visit to check in on your cat, I'm excited to help care for your furry family members. I believe pets thrive when they have a consistent routine, a clean environment, and lots of love and attention. At home, I make it a habit to check my pets' food and water every day, clean their bowls regularly, keep their litter box fresh, and maintain a clean water fountain with routine filter changes. I also make sure my senior dog has fresh food and water, a clean feeding area, and that everyone is happy, healthy, and comfortable. When caring for pets in a client's home, I follow their routines as closely as possible because I know consistency helps pets feel safe while their family is away. I'll make sure your pet has fresh food and water, plenty of attention, exercise or playtime, and a clean space. I'll also keep an eye out for any changes in behavior or anything that seems unusual and communicate with you right away if needed. I treat every home with respect and every pet as if they were my own, and I'm happy to provide photo and video updates so you can have peace of mind while you're away.

About: Have had family dogs all my life and my little guy for almost 5 years. I know the amount of work and dedication it takes to give them a happy and full life. I have also pet sit for friends both dogs and cats over the years. My friends know I’m someone they can depend on. I work from home primarily east coast hours so can be flexible in the afternoons/evenings. If your home is close can also work around meetings earlier in the day! I want to make sure your pet has a relaxed and comfortable time with me. I personally get pretty anxious when someone is checking in or taking care of my pet so I will do my best to ease that feeling for others.

About: I’ve been a pet sitter for 10+ years and have taken care of dogs, cats, and birds , while mentoring under a professional pet sitter of 20+ years. Pet sitting has been my niche and I genuinely have loved creating bonds with all fur babies I have watched. I have a 1 year old yorkie (Milo) and a 4 year old breaded dragon (Ziggy) , who I love dearly. Throughout the years I have also built great rapport with clients I have had and I have ensured them that their pets are in great hands. I’m currently a part-time worker , aspiring to be a full time pet care provider. I am extremely flexible so please do not hesitate to let me know exactly what you need. While conducting services in homes, I treat everyone’s safe space with the utmost respect. I also can assist with other household duties unrelated to pet care , such as garbage disposal, mail pick up, etc.

About: I grew up around big dogs my whole life. Shepherds, Huskies, Rottweilers, etc, so I’m very comfortable dealing with big, fun and energetic dogs I currently work from home, so my schedule is very flexible. I can make myself available in the mornings, afternoons and evenings if I am needed. Your pet will always be my priority. I have a German Shepherd who has very particular needs, so I can relate to people who want the best care for their pets.
“Bianca goes above and beyond with taking care of our cat Zoe. She is responsible, friendly, and has a natural gift for connecting with animals. She even spent an extra hour with Zoe because she fell asleep on her lap! We would highly recommend her for pet sitting.”

About: Hi, I'm Nic! I've been taking care of dogs ever since we adopted our first family dog Auggie over 20 years ago. He and other dogs I've watched had aggression issues so I know how to stay out of trouble. I'm strong enough to handle multiple medium-to-large dogs at a time and fit enough to take them on long walks or runs. I helped out my mom a lot last year with our second family dog Yogi who struggled with incontinence, mobility, and chronic pain. I still miss him but realized after watching my friend's elderly dogs that I'm ready to connect with some more great animals! I work full-time but I'm remote and not overly busy so I have flexibility in terms of schedule. I'm generally available to do walks/check-ins around noon or in the evening and can also have animals stay with me in my apartment during the day or overnight. I only take pets from one family at a time in order to ensure that I can give each pet as much attention as possible. I have an apartment on the second floor of a small complex and there is no elevator so I likely cannot accommodate larger dogs with mobility issues. My complex and apartment are pretty quiet and there is a park with two dog runs only two blocks away. On weekdays I only leave the apartment for about two hours so I can keep a close eye on any dogs that need extra supervision. I'm very respectful of other people's homes and know that many animals will need time to warm up to me. I try to give animals as much space as they need but also keep an eye out for when they're in need of some stimulation.

Animal care is a big part of my daily routine, and I love spending time with dogs. With my flexible schedule, I can provide walks, sitting, and plenty of attention to keep them happy and safe while their owners are away. I provide personalized care, including walks, playtime, feeding, and a safe environment. My husband and I live in a pet friendly, cozy bungalow with a lot of grass areas. Whether in my home or a client’s, I follow their routine to keep pets happy and well cared for.

Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playing fetch, exploring new trails, or simply getting extra love and attention, I'm happy to follow their routine to keep them comfortable and happy. Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. During every visit, I'll make sure they have plenty of exercise, fresh water, playtime, and lots of love. I know how important it is to find someone you trust with your pet, and I'll care for them just like I do my own. 30-Minute Dog Walks: A fun walk around your neighborhood or a nearby park to help your pup get exercise, fresh air, and mental stimulation while you're away. 30-Minute Drop-In Visits: Perfect for potty breaks, feeding, refreshing water, playtime, medication if needed, and plenty of attention to keep your pet happy and comfortable. About: I was raised surrounded by animals of all kinds that brought me so much joy and knowledge. I’m comfortable with tiny insects to large farm animals. I’ve done bottle feeding and walks with young animals. I’ve moved from home but would love to continue caring for animals all around! I work in education so my summer is open for anything! Only my Sundays am I usually busy in the morning to afternoon. I’ll seek to meet your needs as best as I can! :) My services will cater to you and your pet’s needs! About: I first started taking care of animals when I was 12 years old. It started with my neighbors dog, cat and two birds. From there my love for taking care of animals and providing excellent service blossomed into me working for a dog rescue group where I would foster and help rehabilitate abused dogs in my home through an adoption agency so they could eventually go and be apart of a new, permanent home. I’ve pet sat for friends, family members and have even received referrals through an online platform i am apart of on Facebook. I’ve watched animals ranging from dogs, cats, Guinea pigs and reptiles! I am a very reliable individual who understand the love we have for our pets and I only want to go above and beyond to achieve that and make the experience as easy as possible for you and your pets. I currently have open availability and a very flexible schedule to care for your animal(s) as I do rover full time and can be available pretty much whenever I care for your pets in your home and will care for them however your heart desires. I’ve crated, baby gated, and have animals free roam. I understand everyone has a preference and some dogs have separation anxiety so I’m willing to do whatever it takes to make the transition as easy as possible for your fur babies
About: My friends and neighbors count on me to check on and sit their animals, and I regularly walk my own pups with their neighborhood furry friends. I grew up with Rottweilers, and have embraced small dogs in recent years. I'm 6ft and 200lbs, and am comfortable with a variety of sizes of dogs. I currently have total flexibility in my schedule and am happy to help with pet care throughout the day. I'm just getting started on Rover, but I've been a dedicated pet parent for almost a decade and love the way it enriches my life. I'd be happy to extend the same level of care and understanding I give to my own pets to yours. I live with my two pups in a small condo complex, where I have an enclosed back patio and immediate access to a very walkable neighborhood. I am comfortable entering friends' homes and allowing the animals to acclimate at their own pace, and am just as happy taking pets for walks as I am keeping them company in their own homes.

Wow!!! Danielle was easy to communicate with and seems like she genuinely enjoyed spending time with our cats Suzie, Finny and Millie! This makes such a difference when working with a new sitter as you feel you can naturally trust them to take amazing care of the little ones, which gives true peace of mind :) She also sent a nice update with many lovely pictures! Thanks Danielle!

Samantha did a great job watching the kitties. She followed the care instructions and extended efforts by cleaning up some messes from the cats and even gave our jumping spider some attention during my trip. Quick communication and responses which kept us at ease.

Brandon was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G with my cat while I was out of town for the weekend. My cat can need a lot of stimulation at times & Brandon was not only great at keeping him engaged but was also exceptional at reading when my cat needed some chill time. It’s super special to have someone who “gets cats” & pays attention to their subtle communications. Brandon is super organized, thorough, great at communication & following through with instructions & plans. Thank you again!

Jasmin was a wonderful pet sitter! She took excellent care of my two kitties while I was away and gave me so much peace of mind. She was reliable, communicative, and sent regular updates and photos, which I really appreciated. It was clear my cats were happy, comfortable, and well cared for. I would absolutely book with Jasmin again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy pet sitter!

Miranda is absolutely amazing! Her updates were thoughtful, detailed, and always made us smile. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was happy, safe, and getting plenty of cuddles and playtime while we were away. Thank you, Miranda, for taking such great care of our sweet boy! ❤️
