“Melissa is great! It’s my first time using Rover and I was a little apprehensive heading in to allow a stranger full access to my house and my dog when I’m not home. Melissa was the first and only person I contacted based on her positive reviews. She responded immediately and she immediately scheduled a meet-and-greet for me and her and my dog Lincoln. She was on time and took good notes. I booked her soon after that and so far I’ve used her twice for hour-long walks with Lincoln. Scheduling is easy and communication is quick and thorough with her. On both of her visits, she sent tons of pics and updates throughout each visit, and left my house secure upon leaving each time. Very happy with Melissa and would strongly recommend to anyone else so far. I’ve already booked her for two more visits this week.”

She is a very caring person and very trustworthy as well. When I had to put my elderly dog down, she was immensely helpful and patient with both me and my dog. She was very thoughtful and empathetic to the situation. I always trust that she'll follow directions when it comes to animal medications and cares for my pet exactly as I would. “Wu is an amazing sitter. Our 3-year old cat Pippi loved Wu. Pippi is usually very shy with strangers but took to Wu very well when meeting her for the first time. It’s evident that Wu knows how to interact and care for cats. She was patient with Pippi, fed her on time, and played with her so Pippi got the attention and care she needed. Wu made us feel at ease knowing she was taking care of Pippi. We definitely recommend her as a cat sitter!”

“Mia has been a trusted caregiver for my dogs for many years and in different capacities. She has been available to spend time with them for play and walks while we have been away on day trips, and has taken exceptional care of our dogs even while we have been on vacation. We have always had 2 medium to large dogs and she has had no issues. She was additionally a caregiver to a foster dog we had and loved dearly. I recommend her wholeheartedly. She is responsible and an animal lover.”
