Based in Hillcrest, San Diego, a neighborhood that welcomes everyone, and that’s exactly how I treat every dog and every client who comes through my door. Availability: Daytime visits, evenings, weekends, overnight stays, and extended bookings. Because my own work is remote, I can often be in your home for much of the day during house sits rather than gone for hours at a stretch, so your dog gets real company, not just a drop-in. Routine: Walks, meals, potty breaks, medications, playtime, and one-on-one attention, kept as close to normal as possible. Every dog settles differently, so if yours has a unique routine or special needs, we’ll build a specific care plan together before the booking starts. Communication: Regular photo and text updates throughout the stay, so you know exactly how things are going and can actually enjoy your time away. Getting to Know Your Dog: Every dog and every family is different. Before a booking, we cover routine, personality, favorite activities, medical needs, and any house rules that matter to you, so care feels familiar instead of like a stranger stepping in. Safety: Close attention during walks, doors and gates secured, feeding and medication instructions followed exactly, decisions made around your dog’s actual needs rather than guesswork. If something feels outside what I can safely handle, you’ll hear that before the booking is confirmed, not after. A clear no beats a promise I can’t keep. In Your Home: Regular photo and text updates throughout the stay. Mail and packages brought in, plants watered, everything left clean and exactly as I found it. Your home and your dog get the same care I’d want for my own. Lulu: My own dog, Lulu, is calm and well-socialized, and she’s sometimes available to join walks if your dog enjoys other dogs’ company. Always discussed ahead of time, and only if it’s a good fit for both of them.

About: I’ve been walking and taking care of neighborhood dogs since I was about 10, so I’ve grown up around animals and have always loved working with them. I’ve also spent years riding and training horses, which has given me a lot of experience handling animals with different personalities and energy levels. I have two rescue dogs of my own and also help out with my roommate’s dogs, who are trained in protection and competition work. I’m comfortable with all kinds of dogs and genuinely just love being around animals and getting to know their different personalities! I’m currently a student at USD finishing my last year of school, so my class schedule gives me plenty of flexibility throughout the week for pet care. I’m available for pet sitting and walking on weekends, Monday and Wednesday mornings until 12 PM and after 6 PM, Tuesdays after 4 PM, Thursdays before 10 AM and after 7 PM, and Fridays after 4 PM. My schedule allows me to easily plan walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting around my classes, and I’m happy to work with both recurring and occasional schedules. I will only be caring for pets in their own homes, where they’re already comfortable and familiar with their surroundings. I’m experienced with animals and am happy to follow whatever routine works best for your pet, whether that includes walks, feeding, playtime, medications, or just keeping them company. I know every pet is different, so I’ll make sure they get the care, attention, and exercise they need while you’re away

About: Pets have always been apart of my family life growing up. I helped my childhood pet give birth to her pups. I have trained my own dogs in obedience, tricks, and potty training. It is very rewarding spending time with dogs and helping them live a fuller life. I am currently available everyday of the week to spend time with your pups or cats! I also offer boarding services. I am more than happy to help meet your family’s needs. I have two small dogs. Cookie is 10 (Shih tzu). Ollie is 8(Pomeranian/papillon mix). They are very friendly to all dogs/cats they encounter. I have a small crate if needed. While I do live in an apartment, there are pet relief areas on site and tons of walking paths with grass. I also love to go on long walks if needed and trips to any nearby dog parks. I live in the Civita Area. There is a dog park walking distance from my home for social needs and another great dog park sectioned off(big/little) up the hill from me.

About: Hi there! I’m a lifelong animal lover and proud pet parent to two fur babies of my own (Kona, my 1.5-year-old dog, and Rocky, my 9-year-old cat). I know firsthand how important it is to have someone you can truly trust to care for your pets when you can’t be there. My friends and family have always known me as “the responsible one.” I’m dependable, attentive, and take commitments seriously, especially when another person (or pet!) is counting on me. I’m also a big communicator, so you can expect plenty of updates, photos, and check-ins while your pet is in my care. My goal is for you to be able to relax knowing your fur baby is safe, happy, and well cared for. I’ve also gained lots of hands-on experience with puppy training after bringing Kona home at just 8 weeks old. I taught myself positive-reinforcement training techniques and have worked with him on everything from basic commands and manners to leash skills, crate training, and more. I’m comfortable reinforcing your pet’s existing training or working on basic commands and positive behaviors during our time together. About: I am new to Rover but not new to taking care of pets. I have a 2 year old dog who is my whole world. He is super friendly and LOVES being around other dogs. We go for long walks every day and want your pup to join us! I am the go-to pet sitter for all of my friend's pets so I figured to make it official and sign up for Rover. I have a backyard with grass so it easy to have dogs at my place. I had a cat for 12 years who was diabetic so I know a lot about care for cats and the best ways to give them love. I am available full-time to take care of your pets. I can check in on them or walk them whenever is best for your schedule. I love going for walks and play fetch with doggies. I have a fenced backyard with grass for them to play and can pick them up and drop them off to make it easier on you if you are traveling.

About: I have a Pomeranian and a Cat at home and they are 8 and 7 years old. They get along together really well! I love animals and my family and I have had dogs my whole life. I wouldn't know wat life is like without a little companion at home. Once a week or so I will dog sit my mother-in-laws frenchies. She has 5 of them and I always love to take care of them. I'm currently unemployed and taking online college classes. I walk my dog early morning, after that I feed my pets, make breakfast for my wife and I and then get some work done. I have loads of free time currently. I'm great at reading dog behaviour and I trained my dog well. (Walk pretty) Is what my wife and I say if he gets a little distracted! :)

About: Certified dog trainer by the Japan Kennel Club with 20 years of experience. With a strong background in canine care and training, I served as a teaching assistant in dog trainer programs at a vocational school in Japan, where I managed a wide range of dogs. I also earned a certificate after completing the dog behaviorist program in Japan, which deepened my understanding of canine psychology and behavior. I am also a lifelong dog lover with personal experience raising dogs, including caring for senior dogs. This hands-on experience has given me a deeper appreciation for the emotional and physical needs of dogs at every stage of life. Since my availability as a dog walker may vary depending on the time and circumstances, I plan to update my schedule regularly. However, the usual schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00PM. I believe every dog deserves a walk that matches their needs. I thoughtfully choose safe paths based on their age and health, making sure they feel happy and cared for.
