About: I specialize in dog care and have over five years of hands on experience as a dog owner and sitter. I’ve had my own dog, Xochilt, for five years and have also boarded two additional dogs for an extended period, caring for three dogs at once while maintaining structure, safety, and individualized attention. I have experience with puppies, reactive dogs, and dogs who require medication, special diets, or strict routines. I’m patient, attentive, and very comfortable reading dog body language, which helps me adapt my approach to each dog’s personality and needs. I prioritize consistency and clear routines, especially for dogs who thrive on structure or need extra reassurance. I’m playful and nurturing while still maintaining boundaries to keep dogs safe and well behaved. My location offers easy access to multiple dog parks within walking distance, making walks and outdoor enrichment a regular part of care when appropriate. Whether I’m providing walks, drop ins, boarding, or house sitting, my goal is to make dogs feel secure, engaged, and cared for so owners can feel confident their pets are in capable, loving hands :) I’m currently a full time student at San Diego City College with all online classes except one, which allows me to be flexible and attentive with pet care. I offer walks, drop ins, boarding, and house sitting, and I plan my schedule around each dog’s routine. I make sure dogs get consistent walks, playtime, meals, and any required medications, with plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m communicative and happy to adjust care based on your dog’s needs and comfort level ! My apartment is dog friendly and located in a safe, very walkable neighborhood. There are multiple designated areas nearby for dogs to use the bathroom, as well as several dog parks within a 10 min walking distance for dogs who enjoy extra exercise and social time. All outings are based on the owner’s preferences and the dog’s comfort level. Dogs in my care are always supervised, follow their regular routines, and receive attentive, structured care. When caring for dogs in a client’s home, I respect their space and maintain their established routines so pets feel comfortable and secure!

I’m currently working part time as a nanny, some days I don’t work at all and on those days I have lots of time to take care of your fur babies! I will spend lots of time with your babies. I will take them on walks, bathe them if necessary, give them their food, and spend lots of quality time with them. I will care for them as my own.

Whether your pup is a couch cuddler, a treat enthusiast, or an energetic explorer, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, loved, and right at home while you’re away. Big or small, shy or social, I adore them all! 🐾 I’m currently hybrid the days I’m home I have all the walk breaks I need and the days I’m in office I can take a walk during my breaks every 3-4hours. I’m in a big spacious apartment and have light coming in from all angles. There is a park nearby with lots of grass that I love to walk at. If your dog plays fetch they’ll love it!

About: I have had dogs and cats all my life, so I am very comfortable with pets of all ages! I am happy to take care of any of their needs, from administering oral medications to giving lots of love and attention. I am a recent doctoral graduate from San Diego State. I have a fairly open schedule as I am studying to take my state licensure exam. I cannot care for animals in my own home since I live with other roommates. If you have a smaller animal, like a cat, it may be able to be negotiated.
