“Sara always takes such great care of my babies. In the past, she’s taken my dog for walks and given him loves but this time, the cat needed a friend to stop in. Sara came every day, was so respectful of instructions, and did a big favor even helping pull in the trash cans while I was away. I appreciate her so much and she’s usually my first ask when looking for someone to pop by. Couldn’t recommend her enough! Thanks Sara!!”

About: I've had my two family dogs for many years, and they've taught me everything about belly rubs, tail wags, and the occasional puppy-eyed guilt trip! Back home, I also helped friends and family by checking in on their pets, including feeding, walking, and giving them lots of love (& maybe some extra treats!) I just moved to San Diego and don't have any pets here yet, so I'm excited to make new furry friends! I'm reliable, patient, and love making sure every pet feels happy, safe, and snuggly while their humans are away. Walks, playtime, cuddles - I'm here for it all! I work part-time, so I am flexible during the weekdays, depending on the time (usually after 4pm). I am also available on weekends! I love spending time with pets—walks, playtime, cuddles, or just keeping them company while you’re away. I’m happy to follow your pet’s routine so they feel safe, loved, and spoiled while in my care. When I visit pets at their own home, I follow all instructions carefully—feeding schedules, medications, and any special needs. I make sure pets feel comfortable, safe, and happy while you’re away, giving attention, playtime, and cuddles as needed. I always respect your home, keeping it clean and secure, and I’m committed to being a reliable, trustworthy presence your pets can count on.
“Caity was great with my puppy, who had only been home for two days! She was vigilant for accidents and even got my puppy to eat her first full meal since coming home! Highly recommend!”

“Took such good care of our two kitties! Sent plenty of pictures, played with them a bunch, and always kept us up to speed with how they’re doing. Will be having her watch our cats again and would highly recommend!”

“Audrey is wonderful! It was a great experience working with her. Our cat Delilah is very shy and easy to get anxious. Audrey is very kind and patient, and Delilah was taken good care of. I look forward to working with Audrey again soon.”

“Courtney was so kind and loving to our cat while we were away! She is so easy to communicate with and is super friendly. I felt really safe leaving Milton in her caring hands and will definitely be reaching out to her again in the future.”

“Sharlet took great care of the dogs! She let me book her with short notice and did an excellent job. She stayed longer than necessary just to play with the dogs and give them some love. When I came home they were so happy.”

About: Hi there! I am a proud cat mom to two boys, Benny and Ellie who love to sun bathe and go on harness walks, and for 13 years, I was the lucky guardian of Lulu, my beautiful Lab/Shepard mix and favorite beach and hiking partner. I know first hand the "parent guilt" that comes with long office days or the anxiety of traveling and hoping your babies are getting the same love and attention they'd get from you. Now that I work from home, I have the flexibility to be the reliable "send you too many picture/updates" sitter I would have wanted to have and have my own pets experience. Services: I offer house sitting, drop-in visits, and dog walking! For any day care services, your pet will enjoy the safety of my gated community, which features an enclosed patio for fresh air and an onsite dog park. We are also steps away from a beautiful hiking trail, perfect for those who need a bit more adventure! Because I work from home full-time, I offer maximum flexibility for your scheduling needs and constant companionship for your pets. I’m here to give you and your furry friends total peace of mind! Day Care Disclosure(s): 1. Pet must be current on Flea/Tick prescription medication and recently bathed. Must also be tempered to interact with cats. 2. If your pet has social or separation anxiety, you must schedule a meet and greet first. 3. Day Care is on a 8hour maximum cycle, if a longer day is needed during booking a rate adjustment can be discussed. I work fully remote, which gives me the flexibility to plan my schedule around your pet’s needs! Whether it’s walks, drop-ins, playtime, or overnight care, I’m able to provide attentive and reliable care throughout the day. I have a gated patio where your fur baby can sunbathe and relax if they need some fresh air or they can enjoy roaming around my two level town home and hang out with my two cats who love to meet and befriend other animals.

“Whitney took great care of my two kitty babies while I was away. One of my kitties required medication (pills) for the first time and I felt confident and reassured knowing that Whitney was capable of administering the medication he needed and taking care of my fur babies. About: I have been caring for my own and family members’ pets ever since my early childhood. This includes walking, feeding, bathing, playing, etc. I also have extensive experience caring for senior dogs, including dogs with limited vision and mobility. I often pet and house sit for friends, as well as provide drop in and done drop in visits to feed and walk their dogs. I also volunteer with Frosted Faces Foundation, a senior dog rescue in Ramona, CA. I am trustworthy, friendly, caring and professional in every job that I take on. I am respectful of both client and pets needs, wishes, and boundaries. I am also very detail oriented and communicative, so you will always know exactly how my services went when I care for your pet(s). I have a pretty routine schedule with work and grad school, so I will be able to account for that when accepting bookings for your dog. I will wake early in the morning to walk, play with, and feed your dog. If I have to leave for work or class, I will make sure they have access to water and stimulating activities/toys if you feel they would benefit from it. My home is set up to make your dog feel as comfortable and happy as can be. They’ll have access to roam around the apartment, a set spot for food and water, comfy beds, and can even sleep in bed with me if they so desire. I can also crate your dog whenever needed.
“Thanks so much to Genevieve for dropping in to feed and play with Bert on my last minute request, she was able to follow my instructions perfectly and sent me lovely photos and videos of Bert letting me know he was happy, healthy, and looked after. Will definitely be calling on her to drop in again if I need it.”

About: I’ve had at least one dog in my home since I was 3 years old, so it’s the only way I know! I understand how important it is to feel confident leaving your pet with someone, so I prioritize communication, consistency, and creating a safe, comfortable environment. Whether it’s walks, drop-ins, or overnight care, I focus on meeting each dog’s individual needs—from playtime and enrichment to relaxed companionship. I’m also available for drop in care and pet sitting when needed! I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and understand how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your pet. Being a dog mom myself, I know the level of care and attention I would want for my own dog, and I bring that same level of intention to every client I work with. I have plenty of experience with having pets of my own and making sure they are safe, happy, and taken care of. I also have plenty of experience walking my own dogs over the years, so I feel confident I can keep your pets safe on our walks. I’m comfortable with puppies, active dogs, and dogs who may need a little extra patience or structure. I focus on creating a calm, consistent environment so dogs feel secure and understood.
About: I’ve been around animals my whole life. I’ve had family members who have owned wolf dogs, giant Alaskan malamute, an incredible other breeds as well. And I have some experience being around all sorts of animals. There is an off leash park by my house, which I often frequent by myself, and many of the dogs there will gravitate towards me to come say hello, or roll over on their back in front of me, play with me, or just give me some love. It’s a special feeling that I’ve cultivated over the years to put out awesome animal energy that makes them want to say hello or sometimes even be submissive. I love animals and think they all deserve lots of love, care and respect. I’ve never really liked the idea of being either a cat or dog person. I love all animals. Giving them lots of love and affection, comes natural to me, and having taken care of my own cat towards end of life, I’m extremely responsible I own my own business as the top relationship and intimacy coaches in the area. I’m usually up quite early on a morning walk, getting work done or in nature, so I will usually have the flexibility to come see your little ones. At the moment, with my 18-year-old Russian Siberian cat who has special needs, she has the whole house to herself. I do have a backyard that she loves to spend time in, that is completely fenced off from the outside. There’s a possibility of doing some pet sitting in my house eventually but right now it might be a little difficult with a cat in the house. I can, however, come to you, and do some possible food visits, walks, affection, etc.
Allied Gardens pet parents share their Rover experiences
Amanda was so sweet! I booked fairly last minute and she still made time to meet with me and review my pet's care before I left town. I felt like my dog was in kind and capable hands while I was gone and I loved the photos and updates she gave me! I'm going to book her again for any future needs!

I’m so grateful Miranda watched Penny and Daisy for me! She was incredibly caring, attentive, and communicative throughout the entire stay. I loved getting updates and knowing my girls were happy and comfortable. It’s obvious she genuinely cares about animals, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again.

Caity is an awesome sitter!! I knew the moment she met the cats that they liked her and they are pretty picky with people. After that moment we fully trusted her and she continued to affirm our trust! She sent detailed notes and took adorable photos of our kitties. She even gave us some ideas for our boy cats pooping issues. Highly recommend and would book again!!

Tyler is seriously the best! We’ve been booking with him for a while now and he’s always dependable and eager to help in any way that he can. He always goes above and beyond for us and our pets. His communication skills are amazing. We will always continue to exclusively book with Tyler on Rover! Plus, we will refer all our friends who need a drop in sitter to use his services.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I can’t say enough good things about Carmen. She took wonderful care of my two cats while I was traveling. Carmen was friendly, communicative, professional, clear, and extremely reliable. She followed my instructions perfectly, despite my cats’ feeding routine being a bit tricky and specific. Every visit, I received photos and ample communication with updates - and my cats ADORED her!!! She truly went above and beyond, and treated my home with much respect. I give Carmen my highest recommendation to anyone looking, and look forward to booking her again for the future!!!
