About: I know how important it is to find someone you trust with your dog, because they are not “just a pet.” They are family. Whether you need dependable everyday care or someone to step in for a last-minute dinner date, I’m your gal, Val! I have spent much of my life caring for and working with dogs. My mother is a dog groomer by trade, so I grew up in a shop, knew our local shelter techs and vets, and even got to shadow veterinary surgical procedures as early as middle school. I am comfortable following detailed care instructions, using specialized collars and harnesses, reinforcing established training routines, and caring for dogs with very different needs and personalities. I am patient with teething puppies, cautious rescues, high-energy pups who would rather walk me, and sweet senior “old geezers” who need a gentler pace or extra support for conditions like hip dysplasia. I understand that puppies need consistency, supervision, and positive reinforcement, while senior dogs may need medication schedules, mobility accommodations, and a little more patience. I also genuinely love big dogs, including the ones who think they are lap-sized (adorable, but factually incorrect). Most importantly, I treat every dog as an individual. Whether your pup needs an adventure buddy, a calm and reassuring presence, or someone who can confidently manage a detailed routine, I will make sure they feel safe, understood, and thoroughly loved. I work from home, so I have plenty of flexibility to give your pup lots of attention, playtime, walks, and companionship throughout the day. Pet care fits naturally into my routine, and I love having a furry coworker nearby. I can easily accommodate regular potty breaks, feeding schedules, exercise, and plenty of affection. I want every pet to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while in my care. I follow each pet’s usual feeding, walking, medication, and bedtime routines as closely as possible. I provide lots of playtime, affection, enrichment, and outdoor breaks based on their energy level and personality. I am also happy to send regular photos and updates, so you can relax knowing your pet is having a great time.

My schedule is flexible and I'm available most weekdays and select weekends, morning through evening. I don't operate on a rigid 9-to-5, which means I can work around your pet's needs rather than the other way around. Outside of pet care, I'm an active, outdoorsy person and love hiking, kayaking, and paddleboarding. That energy carries directly into every walk and drop-in. Your dog won't just get a stroll around the block, they'll get someone who genuinely loves being outside and moving. Your pet's safety and your peace of mind are my top priorities always. I follow your established routines closely and take detailed instructions seriously. Every home, every pet, and every owner is different, and I respect that. When I'm in your home I treat it with care. I leave things as clean or cleaner than I found them. Your space and your pet's environment will be respected. I'm extremely mindful of doors and escape artists. I know how quickly a curious pet can bolt, and I create my own blockades when needed to make sure no one slips out unexpectedly. I'm comfortable walking multiple dogs simultaneously including large, high-energy breeds. I've walked a Rottweiler and German Shepherd together, both with strong pulling tendencies, and handled them with confidence. You'll never wonder how your pet is doing. I send photos and updates daily including sometimes multiple times a day because I know how much you miss them and how much it means to see a happy face pop up on your phone. I also have hands-on experience with pet first aid, including applying Quik Stop for bleeding so minor mishaps are handled calmly and quickly without panic. Your home, your routines, your pet I've got all of it handled.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 15 years old and I’ve always had a genuine love for animals. Over the years I’ve looked after pets of different sizes, personalities, and energy levels, making sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I’ve volunteered at adoption and rescue centers. Whether it’s feeding, walks, playtime, or simply giving them plenty of attention and affection, I treat all pets like they’re a part of the family. I’m dependable, patient, and committed to providing loving care while you’re away. Although I am not a certified trainer, I happen to be very committed to become one and I think taking care of your best friend will help me get there. I am currently working a full-time job and I am available on the following days: Monday-Friday 6PM-10PM And Sunday 10AM- 8PM Please don’t feel discouraged to reach out on a day not listed! I live in a pet friendly apartment community with a dedicated dog spa, so your best friend can enjoy a bath if needed. I also have two friendly puppies fully vaccinated who can provide companionship for social pets. If your dog prefers their own space or has a different energy level I am able to safely crate or separate them to ensure every pet is comfortable, relaxed, and receives personalized care based on individual needs.

About: Ever since I was a teenager my family and friends have relied on me to take care of their animals. Everyone knows they are safe while they’re gone. While most of my friends are focused on marriage/having kids, I am more focused on spending time with animals😂 I’m currently taking real estate appraisal courses so my schedule is very flexible! Right now, I’m taking online courses for my profession. In between classes I would like to take breaks by taking care of animals. It’s both a stress reliever and something I love to do. I keep an eye out for any safety concerns or measures that need to take place to ensure the safety of your animals. Safety is key!

About: I’ve grown up with dogs all my life. I also volunteered at an animal shelter when I was in high school. My fur baby Leo was my everything so I understand the importance of having a thoughtful, caring, and detail oriented individual watching your pets. I want to make sure that not only your pets needs are met but yours as well. I want to create a comfortable and safe environment for your pets. I work a hybrid schedule and can spend the day with your pet if that’s a need! Although I do not have any cats I do have some experience playing with anxious cats. I know it can take them a while to come around but once they do it’s so rewarding. I am more than happy to check in on your cats and make sure they have some company. I am currently working full time but a hybrid schedule so I can spend the day pet sitting or just do drop ins. I can do potentially do weekends with advance notice. In the clients home I’ll make sure your pets are comfortable. I’ll check in with the client and see if there are specific schedules or routines I should follow. I’ll make sure your pet is safe and create a trusting environment for them.

About: Hi! I’m Charlie and I’d be honored to help you with your pet needs. I have recently moved (back) to San Diego from the east coast, where I ran Happy Trails Dog ranch boarding dogs in my home. I loved being surrounded by dogs all day and am sincerely missing it. While we get settled in CA I would love to get my dog fix by helping out with yours! I have experience with and am confident caring for dogs of all ages, sizes and temperaments. About: My husband and I have cared for animals, both cats and dogs, since childhood. We now have a home of one cocker spaniel / chihuahua mix who is a year old and two male cats (ages 5 and 2) who are extremely friendly with other cats. They have all behaved extremely well in previous instances of cat and dog sitting. We provide food, treats, morning and afternoon walks (for both cats and dogs), as well as visits to the dog park twice a day for dogs. We also have a enclosed patio, which allows pups to spend more time outside! My husband and I both currently work from home, which allow us to be accesible to your pet at all times. We already are very active with the pets of our own and would easily adapt to adding your furry friend to our daily schedule. We are extremely responsive via text or email and will keep you updated on your fur baby as much as is desired. We care for any pet as if they were our own. We prioritize the best interests of any pets which includes frequent play time, adequate walks, treats and ample affection

About: I have over 15 years experience caring for pets of all kinds. I grew up living with large breed dogs in my home and have gained experiencing caring for dogs, cats, and other critters (birds, tortoises, rabbits, ferrets, etc.) all of sizes in my community as a trusted sitter and Humane Society volunteer. I have cared for dogs young and old, puppies who required constant care and seniors with mobility support needs. I am comfortable administering oral or topical medication and bathing dogs upon request and direction. I currently live with a curious 9 year old feline named Luna and am planning for our next four legged friend. Since moving to San Diego from the Bay Area, I’ve missed daily walks with my family’s dog, a Siberian Husky Malamute mix also named Luna, and cherish each opportunity I get to bring that care, joy, structure, and stimulation to a dog’s daily life.
