We feel very fortunate to have found Jill! One of the things we appreciated right away is that she lives in our neighborhood, which made scheduling and communication very convenient. From the moment she came over for the meet-and-greet, it was obvious that she was completely comfortable with both cats and dogs. She asked thoughtful questions, took the time to get to know our pets, and immediately inspired confidence. Jill has cared for our pets twice now, including one visit with our Golden Retriever in addition to our cats. She took excellent care of everyone, sent regular, detailed updates with plenty of photos, and gave us peace of mind while we were away. We also appreciated the little things, like noticing and closing windows that had been left open before we left. We are already planning to book Jill again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and communicative pet sitter.
