“Whitney is the best! Bentley is always well taken care of and Whitney is super great to schedule with. We had a rough trip home with flight delays. Moved pick up times like 3 time and ended up having to add two nights! Whitney was super flexible, adding days and rolling with the changes.”

“Hana was wonderful with our slightly neurotic older poodle mix. When I picked her up after her overnight visit, she really seemed like she had had fun! And Hana's home environment seems like doggy paradise. She provided me pics throughout the day, and her communication was excellent. I would be glad to use Hana's services again.”

“I can highly recommend Jason to board your dog! He took wonderful care of Nikki and was very flexible when I had to extend for another day. She cane home washed with her nails clipped, smelling and looking great! He’ll be my first choice the next time I need someone to care for my dog.”

“Everest was loved and taken care of! Kylie was super flexible and worked with me on pickup and drop off times. She kept me posted on how Everest was doing and sent me pictures of her. We will definitely book with Kylie and her family again.”

“Natasha was incredibly attentive to our 8 month old pup and communicated regular updates! I appreciated that she asked how frequently we wanted updates to help set expectations upfront. She made sure our pup was not just well taken care of but engaged and exercised regularly, plus she kept up with training which was a bonus. We even went through travel delays getting home and she was flexible to accommodate the extra time, it was great knowing our dog was taken care of and didn't add to the stress of travel. We would absolutely use Natasha again.”

“Our dog had fun & was well cared for by Alyssa. Our dog was able to run around outside in a nice, secured backyard and sleep inside at night. This is a special treat for our dog, since we don’t have a secured backyard. We highly recommend Alyssa.”

“Our dog Lula had a great time during his boarding stay with Shyrah! She was very communicative and provided photos and updates throughout the booking. Would recommend!”

“Cerita is so accommodating and sweet with Indy. We felt so comfortable leaving him for the night. We got updates and photos, he had so much fun! Indy would love to come back and visit!”

“This was Willow’s second time staying with Araceli, and when I picked her up, she didn’t want to come home! Araceli is the best, her manner with pups and her joyfulness with being a sitter is what makes me effortlessly comfortable to leave my Willow with her. Willow loves her “Tia” and she’ll be back!”

“Mihaela did an amazing job watching my doggo. My dog is senior so she needs more care, and she was very attentive, kind, and kept me informed. Highly recommend her!”

“Kaitlin & Verle took amazing care of our dog Punky. She clearly loves it there, and they are very attentive, caring, and communicative--can't recommend highly enough!”

“This was our second time trusting Holly with our furbaby! She is always on time, communicates right away, and sends several daily updates so we never have to worry. It puts our minds completely at ease when we are missing our pup. Thank you, Holly, for being an awesome dog sitter!”

“Marwa was great with our rescue corgi. We were apprehensive about leaving our dog with a sitter so soon after adopting her, but as soon as we met Marwa our anxieties were eased. She was great about providing us photos, videos, and updates about our sweet girl. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again for our pet sitting needs.”

“Kiara was amazing she communicated the whole time and sent pictures during his stay. He got a ton of play time with her and her family. She also kept up with his home schedule which we appreciate so much. Apollo will definitely be back.”

“Jocy is worth a reservation! She has experience with all type of dogs and knows how to gauge with each one. She is a very nice person and wants the best for your dog. Listens and understand your concerns for your dogs needs. She took very good care of my senior Pomeranian. Followed instructions with food and medication, provided updates with video and pictures throughout my dog’s stay. Made sure my dog was comfortable when she had separation anxiety. And was my dogs temp. bestfriend while I was away. I look forward to rebooking her again.”
“Layla was great in taking care of my Koko B! She sent updates and pictures multiple times throughout my dogs stay. She went above and beyond. My Koko B was satisfied with her stay.”

“20/10!! Savannah took amazing care of our pups!! Especially when it came to giving my one pup her eyedrops daily. She took the best photos and I could tell the pups had a great time! 100% recommend and would have our pups stay with her again!”

“Susanne took great care of my dog! She was very kind and understanding of my dog’s needs, and my dog enjoyed his stay. I appreciated the regular pictures and updates that she sends. I definitely recommend booking with Susanne, and I’ll be sure to book again when needed!”

“Whitney has watched my kitties twice in a row now, and both times was able to schedule on short notice! At one point, I was feeling anxious because one of cats wasn’t coming out to see Whitney and I worried he had gotten stuck in one of the rooms we closed. Whitney took my concerns seriously and went back to check on him first thing the next morning (he was fine, I’m I just a worrywart).”

“Sara took great care of our kitties while we were on a weekend trip. She was very professional, caring and transparent in communication since from the beginning. I would highly recommend her and will be definitely booking her next time!”

“We can’t recommend Caity enough! We were first time Rover users and feel really blessed to have worked with Caity. From the beginning she was very understanding and patient with our questions. She took her time to hear our slightly nervous concerns over our two cats. We have one that required medication and I felt very comfortable knowing Caity had experience. Her reports were very detailed and I appreciated the numerous photos we got after each visit. We plan to use Caity in the future. Thank you for making sure our girls were so well taken care of and respecting our home with an equal amount of care.”

About: Where do I begin? When I was in college, I dated a woman who brought home two stunning Abyssinian Egyptian cats. They were the most beautiful babies I had ever seen, and I helped her raise them for many years. I loved them and nurtured them for years. Many years later, I was in a new relationship with a woman who had two Saudi Arabian princesses as her clients. The princesses each bought two Russian Siberian cats to take back to Saudi, but this journey would have required them to put the babies in quarantine for months. That was scary prospect for everyone so they gifted the cats to my girlfriend and I at the time. We each took one and named them Chloe and Bijou. Chloe came home with me and for the last 18 years she has been my special girl. In the beginning, I would bring her down with me to Los Angeles with me every week to visit so her and her sister could have playtime. I got Chloe comfortable traveling, walking around outside with me, taking walks, etc. I don’t think I’ve ever felt closer to another animal. Now at the later end of her life, I’m giving her fluids every other day because she has fourth stage kidney failure, but still she gets hours of cuddles and love every single day. My entire neighborhood knows her because she goes on daily walks without any harness, and we cruise around the neighborhood together so that she can smell all of the different leaves and play in the brush. When you live this long with an animal, there’s a deep bond and depth of understanding that comes from so much time connecting. I’ve always known and been told that I have a special way with animals. Most cats do gravitate towards me, as well as dogs. For me, animals are one of the most special parts of being alive, and they all deserve to be honored and loved.
About: I've been surrounded by animals my whole life by dogs, cats, birds, fish, turtles, and at 40+ years in, my love for them has only grown. I've pet sat for many households and have a natural ability to handle all kinds of personalities, energy levels, and needs. I'm a verified member of Trusted House Sitters (in which the primary is pet sitting), and I take that seriously. I'm experienced with medically complex pets. I've administered subcutaneous fluids, insulin injections, and oral medications. I also have cared for special needs animals including a three-legged seizure-prone Chihuahua, a teacup Chihuahua with broken elbows, and a German Shepherd with cow-hocks disease. If your pet has extra needs, they're in capable hands. My approach is calm, grounded, and playful and animals feel it. I'm a certified hypnotherapist and life coach, and the same energy awareness and patience I bring to people, I bring to pets. Anxious, shy, and difficult animals tend to soften around me naturally. My sister didn't call me the Cat and Dog Whisperer for nothing. :D I have a soft spot for the ones others overlook. I've rescued an abandoned Chihuahua-Terrier, adopted a shelter pup, and my two boys Bruce and Charlie came to me as feral kittens nobody else wanted. Every animal deserves patience, consistency, and genuine love and that's exactly what I bring to every walk and drop-in. I'm a San Diego local with regular availability in LA County as well, so wherever you are, I've got you covered. My schedule is flexible and I'm available most weekdays and select weekends, morning through evening. I don't operate on a rigid 9-to-5, which means I can work around your pet's needs rather than the other way around. Outside of pet care, I'm an active, outdoorsy person and love hiking, kayaking, and paddleboarding. That energy carries directly into every walk and drop-in. Your dog won't just get a stroll around the block, they'll get someone who genuinely loves being outside and moving. Your pet's safety and your peace of mind are my top priorities always. I follow your established routines closely and take detailed instructions seriously. Every home, every pet, and every owner is different, and I respect that. When I'm in your home I treat it with care. I leave things as clean or cleaner than I found them. Your space and your pet's environment will be respected. I'm extremely mindful of doors and escape artists. I know how quickly a curious pet can bolt, and I create my own blockades when needed to make sure no one slips out unexpectedly. I'm comfortable walking multiple dogs simultaneously including large, high-energy breeds. I've walked a Rottweiler and German Shepherd together, both with strong pulling tendencies, and handled them with confidence. You'll never wonder how your pet is doing. I send photos and updates daily including sometimes multiple times a day because I know how much you miss them and how much it means to see a happy face pop up on your phone. I also have hands-on experience with pet first aid, including applying Quik Stop for bleeding so minor mishaps are handled calmly and quickly without panic. Your home, your routines, your pet I've got all of it handled.

“I always book with Audrey because she takes great care of my cats when I’m out of town. Always takes great notes and sends plenty of update pictures so I don’t feel like I’m missing out on seeing my pets. Thanks again Audrey!”

“My cats warmed up to Tyler quite quickly. Was also very surprised that he cleaned up our place a little bit before I can home from being gone for two weeks. It was very much appreciated!!”

“We had Le Lee stay overnight with our 2 cats and they loved her! We have one cat who’s really social, loves to play and needs to be played with a lot so he doesn’t cause trouble, Le Lee gave him all the attention he needed and played with him until he was tired. Our other cat is super skittish and mostly hides when people come over. She has been known to hide the whole time when sitters are there but she was out and playing with Le Lee within the same day (amazing because she never does that!) Le Lee sent lots of pictures and updates for us which reassured me that everything was going well, and I wasn’t worried at all. She also was available last minute and made time to come do a meet and greet with us and the cats beforehand. I would highly recommend her for your pets, and I’ll definitely be asking her to stay with our cats again next time! Thank you so much Le Lee!”

“Casandra was amazing with my cats- they slowly warmed up to her over time and she was able to get meds to my extra nervous cat! I know I can look to her when I leave town and not have to worry :)”

“Merlyn was fantastic! She left very detailed reviews and our cats felt very comfortable with her. Loved the daily summaries and photos. Will definitely use her again the next time we go away!”

About: I was 6 months old with my first cat, I’ve grown up with them my whole life and I’ve never had a bad experience. I love grooming, play and cuddling with as many cats as I can. I currently have one rescue myself and she’s 5!

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 15 years old and I’ve always had a genuine love for animals. Over the years I’ve looked after pets of different sizes, personalities, and energy levels, making sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I’ve volunteered at adoption and rescue centers. Whether it’s feeding, walks, playtime, or simply giving them plenty of attention and affection, I treat all pets like they’re a part of the family. I’m dependable, patient, and committed to providing loving care while you’re away. Although I am not a certified trainer, I happen to be very committed to become one and I think taking care of your best friend will help me get there.

“Anna was fantastic! She took great care of my cat, Clark, while I was out of town and gave me so much peace of mind. She was reliable, communicative, and sent thoughtful updates and photos after each visit, which I really appreciated. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making sure Clark was comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommend!”

“Susanne has been watching my cats for several years, and I couldn’t ask for a better sitter. She is kind, dependable, and truly cares about the animals she looks after—my cats love her. She even stepped in on very short notice for me recently, which meant a lot. I always feel completely at ease knowing she’s taking care of them. Highly recommend.”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs all my life. I also volunteered at an animal shelter when I was in high school. My fur baby Leo was my everything so I understand the importance of having a thoughtful, caring, and detail oriented individual watching your pets. I want to make sure that not only your pets needs are met but yours as well. I want to create a comfortable and safe environment for your pets. I work a hybrid schedule and can spend the day with your pet if that’s a need! Although I do not have any cats I do have some experience playing with anxious cats. I know it can take them a while to come around but once they do it’s so rewarding. I am more than happy to check in on your cats and make sure they have some company. I am currently working full time but a hybrid schedule so I can spend the day pet sitting or just do drop ins. I can do potentially do weekends with advance notice. In the clients home I’ll make sure your pets are comfortable. I’ll check in with the client and see if there are specific schedules or routines I should follow. I’ll make sure your pet is safe and create a trusting environment for them.
“We were so glad we contacted her to take care of my cat since she was very punctual, friendly with my pet. She was in constant contact with me and sent various pictures and videos of my cat. She was overall very flexible and took great care of my cat and in the future we will definitely choose her again.”

“Alyssa was fantastic! She responded promptly, she provided great care and feedback, she has a great setup, and I'm looking to book her again this week and beyond!”

“Michelle was great with our anxious senior pup! He has separation anxiety and she created a very calming environment for him to hang out at and had a great system to ensure that he was comfortable. She was communicative and easy to plan with. We’ll definitely book with her again!”

“Mrs. Shyrah is awesome! I brought my 2 dogs - Athena (Rottweiler) and Ava (Chihuahua/Dachshund) - to her care, and despite them both being very shy of new people, I was told they did wonderfully, they were so calm and friendly to her at her home. She let both of them feel welcome and let them acclimate to the environment at their own pace. She often sent me pictures and updated me on how they were, which was so great to see. I will 100% be booking Mrs. Shyrah again in the nearby future for all daycare and overnight stays! She’s awesome and my dogs love her! 💕”

“Ruby had a great time! Thank you Jason for the walks and cuddles with Ruby and all the sweet pictures! It was comforting to know she was being well taken care of while I spent the afternoon sightseeing.”

“Jessica has been absolutely amazing! As a travel healthcare worker starting at a new facility in San Diego, my schedule has been changing constantly, and she has been incredibly flexible, accommodating, and easy to work with. It has taken so much stress off my plate knowing Broly is in such great hands. This morning I completely forgot his bag with his food and leash, and without hesitation she offered to pick up the mobile order I placed so he had everything he needed. She was an absolute lifesaver! It’s clear she genuinely cares about the dogs she watches, and I always feel confident leaving Broly with her. I can’t recommend her enough, and we’ll definitely be booking with her again!”

“Kylie is very responsive and communicates well, which I appreciate. My dog enjoys his days playing with their 2 dogs and others they care for. I’ll definitely continue using their services.”

About: Dogs have always been part of my family. I’ve raised Winston, my 16-year-old Morkie, since he was a puppy, cared for George, my Terrier, through his Type 1 diabetes, and now share my home with Xavier, my fun-loving 3-year-old Chiweenie. Your pup will be welcomed into a calm, loving home with plenty of attention, playtime, and affection. My condo has a secure patio, a convenient doggie grass area just outside the gate for quick potty breaks, and we’re right next to beautiful Rancho Mission Park. Every evening, the neighborhood dogs gather in the large grassy field for a fun social meetup—perfect for pups who enjoy making new friends. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, or simply relaxing with good company, I’ll care for them as if they were one of my own. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. That means your dog won’t be left alone for long periods and will receive plenty of attention, companionship, potty breaks, walks, and playtime throughout the day. Morning walks, afternoon cuddle breaks, and evening adventures at the nearby park are all part of the routine. I genuinely enjoy having dogs around, and I love creating a calm, safe, and fun environment where they feel comfortable, loved, and at home. My home is a safe, clean, and dog-friendly environment where pets are treated like family. Because I work from home, I can provide close supervision throughout the day, ensuring plenty of companionship, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and rest. I have a secure patio, an enclosed doggie grass area just outside my gate for easy potty breaks, and beautiful Rancho Mission Park next door for walks and exercise. I always follow each owner’s feeding schedule, medication instructions, and daily routine to help every dog feel comfortable and at home. I know how important trust is when leaving your pet with someone else, and I care for every dog with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own.
About: Hi! My name is Kiara and I am a fully remote worker with no pets and a quiet, clean space to spend time with your baby - focusing on one dog at a time to ensure quality attention and care can be provided. I am an experienced dog owner who lost my baby, Shiloh 🐾🪽🤍, after 13 years. Since Shiloh’s passing, I haven’t felt ready to commit to owning another dog full-time. However, I have been big sister/cousin to other dogs over many years and have loved on various breeds, sizes, and personalities. I am particularly experienced in providing calm, laidback environments for furry family and friends, ensuring both pup and I feel at ease with our time together. My work grants me the ability to love on and closely monitor the dog(s) I choose to spend time with in the comfort of my home. I have the flexibility to not only give lots of TLC, but also take them for walks or play in my backyard. I have a healthy work/life balance that avails the opportunity to make time to brighten a pup’s day, giving you some free time and me some added canine joy. While your pup will have open space in my home to explore, I have a safety gate to block off stairs as needed, and an enclosed indoor play area with bowls, toys, and enough room for you to bring their crate / bed. My fully fenced in backyard makes backyard trips convenient and safe, and my neighborhood offers many sidewalks and parks to safely walk my more active friends. Additionally, there is an enclosed dog park right across the street!

“Whitney is one of the most comprehensive and attentive sitters I’ve gotten. Got loads of pictures and fantastic updates! Definitely a recommend and would love to have her take care of Terry again!”
“Had a last minute trip and Melanie was able to accommodate us. She was very informative, sent pictures and let us know how she was doing. I would love to use Melanie again when we are in town.”

“Rebecca was amazing. I requested the night before, and she made room for Pancake the next day. She had an amazing time playing with the other dogs and kiddos at the house and came home to zonk out. Thank you so much for giving her such fun days!”

“Susanee is an excellent dog sitter! She took great care of my dog, Zhuangzhuang, and there was also another Bernese dog for them to play with, which helped Zhuangzhuang burn off a lot of energy. Plus, Susanee has a large, fenced yard, perfect for active pets. Zhuangzhuang had a fantastic day!”

“Andre was great! Booked him on short notice, felt so comfortable leaving my boys with him. Our Adonis is recovering from surgery and he accommodated to his needs. Will definitely use his service again!”

About: I've loved dogs since I was a kid growing up with huskies! I would always handle their grooming, walking, and medications. In adulthood I found my passion for rescue dogs and have rescued/fostered pitbulls and mastiffs for the last 8 years! I have a heart for gentle giants but love snuggling and taking care of my parent's little poodle mixes as well. I also have a lot of experience handling senior and ill dogs, and give that level of care and patience to all dogs that I work with. I handle our two dog's enrichment all day and love having visitors. I'm currently working from home so can be their all day for your pet's needs. I understand that pet routines are key to creating happy healthy pets and will do what ever I can to accommodate your needs! We also have doggie doors to allow your pet access to potty breaks whenever they need! I have a fenced yard and two friendly pups to keep your pup company! I also have a great neighborhood for walking your fur baby in, low traffic and tons of plants for them to smell. Dogs are more than welcome to cuddle up on the couch or our dog beds. I have comfy crates available as well if that's your dog's jam.
“From the moment I dropped Gunnar off to when I picked him up, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention provided. I cannot recommend this dog sitter enough for her outstanding service. Communication was a standout aspect of the dog sitting experience. Heidi provided regular updates, including photos of Gunnar, which greatly reassured me during my time away. I appreciated the prompt responses to any queries or concerns I had, demonstrating her dedication to excellent customer service. Gunnar returned home happy and content, which is a testament to the Heidi’s expertise in creating a positive and stimulating environment. In addition to the superb care provided to Gunnar, Heidi also demonstrated professionalism and reliability. I felt confident leaving Gunnar in her care, knowing she would maintain the same level of responsibility and dedication as I would myself. Overall, my experience with Heidi was exceptional, and I highly recommend her services to any dog owner seeking reliable, compassionate, and professional care.”

I currently live in a small ADU Unit in a backyard that is fenced off from my neighbors who own two friendly dogs, due to how small my unit is I would prefer to stay at a clients home if I needed to dogsit overnight!

I understand how important it is to feel confident leaving your pet with someone, so I prioritize communication, consistency, and creating a safe, comfortable environment. Whether it’s walks, drop-ins, or overnight care, I focus on meeting each dog’s individual needs. I also have experience with puppies and basic training reinforcement, and I’m happy to support routines you’re already working on. I have plenty of experience with having pets of my own and making sure they are safe, happy, and taken care of. I also have plenty of experience walking my own dogs over the years, so I feel confident I can keep your pets safe on our walks. I’m comfortable with puppies, active dogs, and dogs who may need a little extra patience or structure. I focus on creating a calm, consistent environment so dogs feel secure and understood.

About: I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and getting to know their personalities!Doing this for the past 5 years has given me a range of experiences and deepened my affection for pet care. I’ve worked with dogs and cats ranging from young/old/energetic/relaxed/fussy/playful and everything in between! Communication is my #1 as your sitter, not just the fun updates and pictures but also any questions/concerns about your fur baby as they come up in real time! Being able to provide peace of mind for my clients while they’re away from their pets brings me so much joy, as I understand it can be hard to know if they are truly being cared for the way you prefer. My main goal as your sitter is to gain not only your trust, but your pets trust and love as well :) I pride myself in being reliable, caring, and flexible, and I can’t wait to meet you and your pets! I’m currently working on cutting my work hours so that I have a part time schedule and can be more available in the afternoons/evenings, but I’m also available for petsitting/overnights on the weekends (or for longer trips when given notice), as well as drop in visits/walks - just let me know your needs and hopefully we can work something out! At the moment, I don’t have the ability to bring your pets into my own residence for care. However, all of my 5+ years of pet experience has involved care in the clients home, so I am very familiar with what it takes to maintain a pets routine in their home environment. Whether I’m showing up for a quick walk/feed or spending a week with your fur baby, I will ensure your house is left in the condition I find it (if not better!). Safety and respect are top priority to me; if you allow me the opportunity to offer you my services, I hope to earn your trust and show you I can provide the best care for your pet and your home.
About: House with AC and heat! Blasting it all day long for these fur babies!!! I grew up with dogs! I raised my fur baby since she was 8 weeks old and she almost 6 years old now. I also have watched many of my friends and neighbors dogs while they are gone for a few nights up to a week. I fostered two puppies (separately) last year, and may foster again soon! I work from home and have the flexibility to build my day. I spend a lot of the day on the couch (in the AC or heat) to be near Cocoa. I get an hour for lunch so I tend to take Cocoa out to play if the weather permits. I also have a fenced back yard and spend a lot of time out there with the pups. I do go to the gym almost daily and sometimes go into the office to meet clients for a few hours. It’s best if your dog can be crated or left alone in a seperate room without anxiety or accidents. I have a fenced in yard as well as baby gates in the house to keep the dogs out of areas they shouldn’t including by the front door. I live in a nice community with clean grassy areas for dogs to sniff and potty.
“Hana is amazing! I have been extremely scatterbrained and she’s been very understanding and worked with me when I messed up our walking schedule. She is a true dog whisperer and I trust her with our (sometimes very angry) 13 year old husky. She is very patient with him (and me) and has been a real lifesaver for dog walking on our busy 15 hour days!”

About: I’ve taken care of animals all my life. From reptiles, fish, bunnies/guinea pigs, cats and dogs! From babies to seniors My longest boarding was 1.5 months. I work/stay at home. So I’m usually very open with my schedule! Usually available every single day. I’m open to help any way I can! I have a fenced in yard, two story home. If you would like to keep your pet separate from mine that is very possible! I’m usually more comfortable with care in my home. But if it works better for me to check in that can also be arranged.
About: Hi! I’m Charlie and I’d be honored to help you with your pet needs. I have recently moved (back) to San Diego from the east coast, where I ran Happy Trails Dog ranch boarding dogs in my home. I loved being surrounded by dogs all day and am sincerely missing it. While we get settled in CA I would love to get my dog fix by helping out with yours! I have experience with and am confident caring for dogs of all ages, sizes and temperaments. I have been fostering dogs since 2020, and during that time I have come to understand that each dog has their own unique personality and have become adept at reading dog body language and helping them feel safe and comfortable with me. I would love to meet, become friends with and help out with your fur-friend and will take care of them with diligence, love and joy. I look forward to meeting your family! I am available for dog walking and house calls weekdays, between 9.30-3. Weekends and evening walks and house visits can be arranged on an individual basis. I will work with you to ensure your pet gets the best care and attention, specific to their individual needs. I am flexible and can care for them at your house or ours.
“Tyler was incredible with our active, anxious pup, Penny! He was so patient with her and even helped with leash training along the way. We really appreciated the daily updates and photos. He was quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and even added an extra day when we extended our trip. Total peace of mind and such a great experience… we’d absolutely book with him again!”

“Audrey was such a gem! My dogs loved her, and she was super reliable and communicative. I was out of town for a work trip and it gave me such peace of mind to know my pups were in good hands. I’ll definitely use her again and would recommend her in a heartbeat!”

“Susanne has done a great job with Rex and Riley. Rex always gets nervous with new people but she handled our big boy well, so calm and non threatening. We’ve booked her multiple times already and will continue to do so! 🤗”

About: Ever since I was a teenager my family and friends have relied on me to take care of their animals. Everyone knows they are safe while they’re gone. While most of my friends are focused on marriage/having kids, I am more focused on spending time with animals😂 Right now, I’m taking online courses for my profession. In between classes I would like to take breaks by taking care of animals. It’s both a stress reliever and something I love to do. I keep an eye out for any safety concerns or measures that need to take place to ensure the safety of your animals. Safety is key!
“I have a 155lb Great Dane and I am very weary of letting just anyone walk him because of his size and strength. Caity might not be big, but she’s mighty! The first walk I got cute pictures and updates, and when she showed up for the second walk it was like I no longer existed and it was the Oceyn and Caity show! That made me feel good that he has a good time with her. I’m pregnant and on bed rest so I can’t walk him myself… but even when I can walk him again I still plan to keep Caity around 😊”

About: I have over 15 years experience caring for pets of all kinds. I grew up living with large breed dogs in my home and have gained experiencing caring for dogs, cats, and other critters (birds, tortoises, rabbits, ferrets, etc.) all of sizes in my community as a trusted sitter and Humane Society volunteer. I have cared for dogs young and old, puppies who required constant care and seniors with mobility support needs. I am comfortable administering oral or topical medication and bathing dogs upon request and direction. I currently live with a curious 9 year old feline named Luna and am planning for our next four legged friend. Since moving to San Diego from the Bay Area, I’ve missed daily walks with my family’s dog, a Siberian Husky Malamute mix also named Luna, and cherish each opportunity I get to bring that care, joy, structure, and stimulation to a dog’s daily life. Safety, trust, and wellness are my top priorities when engaging with your pet. It is important to me to honor each pet’s unique needs, personality, and boundaries with each meeting. I look forward to being a loving, reliable human in your pet’s life. I have a flexible hybrid work schedule that allows for weekday drop ins and walks. If requesting house sitting during the week, please specify if a constant daytime presence in the home is desired. Trust and reliability are central to my work as a sitter and caregiver. As no two pets or homes are alike, it’s important to me to understand you and your pets’ unique needs and preferences and adapt my care accordingly. I want to keep your pet healthy, happy, and safe, and your home clean and comfortable. I love snapping photos to keep you updated on how your pet is doing throughout our time :)

“Whitney is a true pet lover. She is very thoughtful, communicative, and caring. Our dogs and I look forward to many future visits with her. Many thanks from everyone in our family, Whitney!”

About: I have had a dog since I was born and I have been surrounded by dogs my whole life. I have worked as a dog walker/dog sitter since I was a little kid. My last dog client I have worked with everyday for the past four years, he is moving with his parents to their new station. I have experience with puppies as young as 4 months all the way to senior dogs with hip weaknesses with therapy sessions and kidney problems that require special diets. I am graduating with my masters in nursing. My schedule is consistent but flexible with days or times your pup needs me. My past experiences have prepared me for last minute schedule changes and even quick a quick pop-by. I try to keep schedules as normal as possible for clients. I verify walking/sitting schedules with my clients frequently and notify them right away if there is a schedule conflict or if I may be running early or late. I understand some pets don't love the rain and will not go out, if that is the case I'll sit with them and comfort them. I usually contact my clients with a picture or just a thumbs up that their pet had a good walk and is doing well and are back home playing or napping.

“Samantha watched our Lab Shepherd mix, and our dog was in absolute heaven! She has a lot of anxiety, but Samantha did an amazing job following her routine and making sure she felt safe, comfortable, and loved. She sent updates and pictures throughout the day, which I really appreciated and gave me so much peace of mind. I highly recommend Samantha to anyone looking for a caring, reliable pet sitter!”

“Genevieve was, as always, a fantastic sitter. We had an emergency and having such a trusted sitter for our dog took such a stress off our shoulders. She sent great pictures and updates, and Charlie had an amazing time playing with Willow and snuggling Genevieve and her husband. Thank you so much and we’ll 1000% book again!”

“We’ve been frequent flyers with Todd and Bill now for over a year. They have always been so welcoming of our little puppers and so loving with them. It’s scary leaving a furry friend behind so finding the right person to care for them like you would yourself is important. I love how happy my pups are when they come back from a pawcation😄they are so happy Zane tired. A tired dog.. is a happy dog.. very glad I found them!”

“Mark is an absolutely the best. He is so accommodating, easy to communicate with and goes above and beyond anything I couldn’t have hoped for. I had pictures everyday and my little guy was obviously at home. I felt confident and reassured that little “Stevie “ was well cared for and happy. It was all that I could have hoped for.”

“Ami treated my boys well and kept me updated as one of them was having trouble adjusting to a new location. I really appreciate her patience and graciousness in caring for the boys. They both came home healthy, happy, and worn out. I’d definitely recommend Ami to other pet parents.”
About: I have had a family dog my whole life. My current pup is a 2year old mini goldendoodle that is about 25lbs. He is high energy and loves play time, long walks and going to the dog park. I work remote full time so I am home with my dog the majority of my day. Any pet in my care would get the same treatment as my own. Multiple walks, a trip to the park and of course regular feedings. My pet is free to roam my apartment, I have a balcony that he also has free access to during the day. I keep the door open for him.
