About: I’ve had pets my entire life, including both dogs of all sizes and cats, and have always had a strong love for animals. I’m responsible, attentive, and patient, and I’ll treat your pets like family while making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable in my care. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. I’m able to work pet sitting and boarding into my daily routine while making sure each pet receives the care, playtime, walks, and companionship they need. I’m happy to work with each pet’s individual routine and schedule. I live in a comfortable apartment with access to two fenced-in dog parks downstairs, as well as plenty of nearby walking areas for daily exercise and fresh air. My roommate and I have 2 friendly fur babies to keep your baby company. I always prioritize each pet’s safety, comfort, and individual needs, and I’m happy to follow their usual routines and care instructions.

About: I am always used to being around animals! Back in my hometown i live on a ranch with many farm animals. Animals like goats, chickens, horses, cats, and yes.. dogs! Graduated from SDSU back in 2023 & I am currently working part-time. I do also work for a cheer and dance company on the side i have a pet friendly apartment and there is a group of dog parents that gather and meet up for play dates. we do have a fenced area/ dog park for potty breaks/ walks. Keeping a clean and hygienic environment is always important when caring for a dog! Engaging and loving them unconditionally is also included, of course!

About: I’ve been a dog & cat dad and been an uncle to many more over the years. I have lived with pets all my life. Most recently, 2 years with a Shih Tzu, Sola, and have cared for her throughout our time together. I have watched over my friend’s pets for weeks on end and enjoy the time we spend together. I love seeing the bond between people and their furry friends! I have helped raised a surprise litter of puppies, trained them, and helped them find good homes! We still keep in contact with their new loving families! I am currently working from home on a part time schedule, so my schedule is pretty open and flexible. I can accommodate to most schedules and carry my work with me. Sola has two small homes she uses as her safety zone. A crate is for when she is feeling stressed and a fuzzy home for when she wants privacy. We have an understanding to not cross her boundaries and when she enters those spaces, we give her the privacy she requests. Understanding animals boundaries is important to me, for my safety, their wellbeing, and to maintain trust, especially if I’m a stranger to them.

One of our kittens has been battling FIP and a skin infection, and we were understandably worried about leaving them, especially given her condition. Jaylynne exceeded all expectations. She provided regular updates, making sure we knew how they were doing, and went above and beyond in caring for them. Not only did she follow their complex medication schedules perfectly, but she also managed to trim their nails — something we’ve struggled to do ourselves! We were so impressed that she was able to do this all on her own and really appreciated her offering. Midway through our trip, we got test results showing that one of the cats had ringworm. Despite this new challenge, Jaylynne didn’t hesitate to keep caring for them, wearing the gloves we sent to ensure everyone’s safety. Leaving our kittens, particularly the sick one, was a huge worry, but with Jaylynne taking care of them, we felt completely at ease. About: I have grown up taking care of dogs my whole life and have plenty of pet care experience. I welcome any size cat or dogs! I am currently full time in the hospital as a student and have plenty of time to care for pets in the evenings and anytime on the weekends. I live right next to a dog park and my apartment is pet friendly. Additionally I do not have any other pets so your companion will have their own space and not need to worry about any other animals

About: I’ve been taking care of family friends’ dogs since I was a little kid. Dogs have a soft spot in my heart and I’ll do anything for them!! I figured going on Rover might be a good way to make extra money while also hanging out with pups! I have a corgi at home who is good with calm well-behaved (& older helps too) dogs, he needs a little more work/introduction when hanging out with hyper pups! I work from home full time Monday through Friday, but take breaks every couple of hours. My job is pretty low-demand when it comes to calls/meetings, I always have those planned at least a day in advance. My 1.5 year old Pembroke Welch Corgi is neutered, and my partner and I have him crate trained. When we leave the house or go to bed, he goes in his crate. Most of the dogs I’ve cared for weren’t crate trained, and had yards. I’m very open to taking dogs out to go potty with a leash if no yard is available, whatever it takes for them to do their business!

About: I’ve been around and had dogs for my whole life. I have also been watching and walking dogs for the past 6 years. I truely love animals and can not wait to walk and take care of yours! I also have lots of experience with training and watching puppies. I have a 2.5 year old rescue dog. She is a chow mix and LOVES all dogs! I currently work full time as a Project Manager, but I am hybrid so my schedule is flexible and can change based on the needs of your pets! I have a large apartment and live in a very walkable neighborhood! I love taking the dogs for long walks and to the local dog parks. I’m also an avid runner and can take your dogs on runs if preferred.

About: Hello, San Diego! After 7 years of dedicated pet sitting in Los Angeles and a short break to complete graduate school, I’m officially back to doing what I love. Over the years, I’ve cared for pets of all life stages and needs—from lively 1.5-year-old dogs to sweet 17-year-old seniors, as well as pets managing health conditions like diabetes and blindness. I'm no stranger to a full house either; my personal record is 4 dogs and 5 cats all cozying up in the same bed! I genuinely cherish every moment spent with animals and treat every single pet with the utmost care and dedication. I am a full-time High School Dance Teacher within SDUSD. Pet care would occur around my teaching schedule (primarily weekdays between 7:30am-3:30pm). However once I am in pet-sitting mode, my full attention is on the fur babies! I have 5+ years of experience with animals. (I grew up raising a Maltese+Poodle mix). I enjoy playing, hanging out, and taking care of animals! 🐕 🐈 🐾 I fostered kittens for about 6 months during my time in Los Angeles. About: I grew up with animals my whole life. I have taken care of my parents animals as well as friends and family. I currently have a mixed breed named Champ and a havanese named Beaux. I communicate well, and will treat your animals as if they were my own. Because of teaching I am currently available after 3 during the weekday, however I am free anytime during the weekend or on school breaks! I am currently working at a school full time, thus nights (after 3 and/or weekends work best for me. I love being outside and exercising, and enjoy being able to have a fur-companion with me while I do so. I understand the importance of animals to a family, thus I would treat your pet as so. I am able to follow directions well, and do not mind any weather while walking. If you have a preference in distance of the walk I will make sure I do so each time.

My pet, Blondie is my mom’s certified service dog, even when i’m not the dog master, I know how to treat her special needs. I got experience doing different task on her, like potty training, medication management, grooming and food preparation.

About: I have 2 years of experience working at a dog/cat daycare and boarding facility. There I administered feeding and medications to cats and dogs according to owner instructions. I provided enrichment activities, walked dogs on leash to and from kennels and in yards some with barrier reactivity and leash reactivity. I have experience with off-leash dog play, recognizing dog body language and behavior, and providing redirections and intervening when needed. Other than my time there, I have owned both dogs and cats. I currently have a 2 year old pit-bull/staffy mix named Leia and have owned pit-bulls my whole life. I plan on someday becoming a veterinary technician and helping animals in any way I can. I have a pet CPR/first aid certificate and will treat your pet as my own. I just moved to California from Virginia to be with my husband who is stationed here in the Navy, so I am currently in between jobs. My schedule is wide open and I would love to help in any way I can. I cannot currently offer in home services, but I will happily come by and do drop-in visits with your pet and may be open to pet sitting in the future. I am offering dog walking services and I have access to a dog park that I can utilize as well. I have experience bathing dogs and clipping nails and am open to do that for an additional fee. I will provide undivided attention and top of the line care for your fur baby! I have experience feeding and administering medications, recognizing dog and cat body language, walking dogs, and providing off-leash play and enrichment.
