About: Dogs have always been a big part of my life, and getting to know each dog's unique personality is one of my favorite parts of what I do. Over the past 5+ years, I've cared for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities from high energy pups who love to play to anxious or reactive dogs who just need a little extra patience and understanding. My own dog, Xochitl, has taught me so much about reading body language, building trust, and creating positive experiences for every dog I care for. She's playful, friendly, and loves making new friends, which has been a wonderful bonus for many of the dogs who stay with us. I'm experienced caring for puppies, reactive dogs, senior dogs, and dogs with medical needs, including administering oral medications, eye drops, following special diets, and sticking to detailed routines. Every dog is different, so I take the time to learn what makes them feel comfortable, happy, and safe. My schedule is pretty flexible before August 24, 2026 before school starts. If possible, let me know a couple days in advance so we can get you booked! 🐾 My apartment is dog friendly and located in a safe, very walkable neighborhood. There are multiple designated areas nearby for dogs to use the bathroom, as well as several dog parks within a 10 min walking distance for dogs who enjoy extra exercise and social time. All outings are based on the owner’s preferences and the dog’s comfort level. Dogs in my care are always supervised, follow their regular routines, and receive attentive, structured care. When caring for dogs in a client’s home, I respect their space and maintain their established routines so pets feel comfortable and secure!

About: I have 2 years of experience working at a dog/cat daycare and boarding facility. There I administered feeding and medications to cats and dogs according to owner instructions. I provided enrichment activities, walked dogs on leash to and from kennels and in yards some with barrier reactivity and leash reactivity. I have experience with off-leash dog play, recognizing dog body language and behavior, and providing redirections and intervening when needed. Other than my time there, I have owned both dogs and cats. I currently have a 2 year old pit-bull/staffy mix named Leia and have owned pit-bulls my whole life. I plan on someday becoming a veterinary technician and helping animals in any way I can. I have a pet CPR/first aid certificate and will treat your pet as my own. I just moved to California from Virginia to be with my husband who is stationed here in the Navy, so I am currently in between jobs. My schedule is wide open and I would love to help in any way I can. I cannot currently offer in home services, but I will happily come by and do drop-in visits with your pet and may be open to pet sitting in the future. I am offering dog walking services and I have access to a dog park that I can utilize as well. I have experience bathing dogs and clipping nails and am open to do that for an additional fee. I will provide undivided attention and top of the line care for your fur baby! I have experience feeding and administering medications, recognizing dog and cat body language, walking dogs, and providing off-leash play and enrichment.

About: I've been around animals for many years and have experience caring for both dogs and cats. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, so I take the time to make them feel comfortable and safe. I'm happy to follow feeding schedules, administer basic medications if instructed, go on walks, play with energetic pets, or simply provide companionship. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always prioritize their safety, happiness, and well-being. I’m currently working part-time so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I have very flexible schedule as well so if I’m needed, I can always stop by in addition to the already scheduled times. I try to be around as much as I can. For walks, I usually walk them earlier in the morning before it gets too hot for them.

About: I am an uncle to many cats and dogs over the years. I have lived with pets all my life. Most recently, 2 years with a Shih Tzu, Sola, and have cared for her throughout our time together. I have watched over my friend’s pets for weeks on end and enjoy the time we spend together. I love seeing the bond between people and their furry friends! I have helped raised a surprise litter of puppies, trained them, and helped them find good homes! We still keep in contact with their new loving families! I am currently working from home on a part time schedule, so my schedule is pretty open and flexible. I can accommodate to most schedules and carry my work with me. Sola has two small homes she uses as her safety zone. A crate is for when she is feeling stressed and a fuzzy home for when she wants privacy. We have an understanding to not cross her boundaries and when she enters those spaces, we give her the privacy she requests. Understanding animals boundaries is important to me, for my safety, their wellbeing, and to maintain trust, especially if I’m a stranger to them.

About: Pets have always been apart of my family life growing up. I helped my childhood pet give birth to her pups. I have trained my own dogs in obedience, tricks, and potty training. It is very rewarding spending time with dogs and helping them live a fuller life. I am currently available everyday of the week to spend time with your pups or cats! I also offer boarding services. I am more than happy to help meet your family’s needs. I have two small dogs. Cookie is 10 (Shih tzu). Ollie is 8(Pomeranian/papillon mix). They are very friendly to all dogs/cats they encounter. I have a small crate if needed. While I do live in an apartment, there are pet relief areas on site and tons of walking paths with grass. I also love to go on long walks if needed and trips to any nearby dog parks. I live in the Civita Area. There is a dog park walking distance from my home for social needs and another great dog park sectioned off(big/little) up the hill from me.

About: I have been surrounded by all sizes and temperaments of dogs for most of my life. I was always the go- to dog sitter for family and neighbors beginning around the time I was 10! In high-school, I volunteered at the Humane Society, doing kennel maintenance, dog walking, feeding, and play-time. I later performed these same duties in college when I worked as a kennel assistant in veterinary clinic that provided pet boarding. In this position, I was also required to administer medication and give baths. I went on to become a Special Education Teacher and acquired a facilty dog to be a part of my classroom. In order for this to happen, I was required to attend a 2-week intensive training at Canine Companions for Independence, where I learned a lot about dog behavior, care, and handling. I sustained a knee injury in 2024 that prevents me from rigorous walks, but I am certainly able to provide shorter, basic walks, playtime, and take care of all feeding, bathroom needs. I would love to help you out if you ever need a little extra help to make sure your pup feels safe and loved! I am available Monday-Friday between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. I can also do evenings from 5-9 pm, Mondays through Fridays. Weekend, holidays, and over-night stays just depending on when, but I do often have flexibility during these times. I can provide care in clients homes by following all requested duties. I am able to video and take pictures throughout my care time, and will readily communicate/share consistently with the clients.

About: I am new to Rover but not new to taking care of pets. I have a 2 year old dog who is my whole world. He is super friendly and LOVES being around other dogs. We go for long walks every day and want your pup to join us! I am the go-to pet sitter for all of my friend's pets so I figured to make it official and sign up for Rover. I have a backyard with grass so it easy to have dogs at my place. I had a cat for 12 years who was diabetic so I know a lot about care for cats and the best ways to give them love. I am available full-time to take care of your pets. I can check in on them or walk them whenever is best for your schedule. I love going for walks and play fetch with doggies. I have a fenced backyard with grass for them to play and can pick them up and drop them off to make it easier on you if you are traveling.

With a strong background in canine care and training, I served as a teaching assistant in dog trainer programs at a vocational school in Japan, where I managed a wide range of dogs. I am also a lifelong dog lover with personal experience raising dogs, including caring for senior dogs. Since my availability as a dog walker may vary depending on the time and circumstances, I plan to update my schedule regularly. However, the usual schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00PM. I believe every dog deserves a walk that matches their needs. I thoughtfully choose safe paths based on their age and health, making sure they feel happy and cared for.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 15 and am currently working professionally as a dog trainer. I work with dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities, from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need a little extra patience. Many of my training clients also trust me with their dogs’ daily care, including walks, feeding, enrichment, and basic grooming. I share my life with my 5-year-old Australian Shepherd, Oubre, who is on a home-cooked diet, so I’m very comfortable following detailed feeding instructions, including raw or fresh food routines. I’m attentive, calm, and observant, and I always prioritize your dog’s comfort, safety, and routine—whether that’s sticking to training rules, keeping walks structured, or just making sure they feel secure while you’re away. I treat every dog as if they’re my own and aim to be someone both you and your dog can genuinely trust. My schedule is very flexible, and with my husband working from home, we can give your pets plenty of attention throughout the day. I can take dogs out every 1–2 hours for potty breaks, play fetch, work on basic obedience, and enjoy long sniff walks for at least an hour daily. High-energy dogs can even play together. I’m available weekdays and weekends. I provide a safe and comfortable environment for your pets both at my home and yours. My spacious patio allows dogs to play with my friendly Aussie indoors and outdoors. I also take dogs to a nearby dog-friendly park with a large grass field for potty breaks and play, including fetch and sniff walks for at least an hour after dinner. I have three crates available to maintain consistency with crate training, so your dog can stay comfortably overnight.
