I work remotely, so my schedule is flexible. I typically take my own dog out during lunch for a quick 30 potty break/walk and I am off by late afternoon. Weekends I am off so I have an open schedule.

Safety, trust & environment
My dog is crate trained for grocery deliveries, sleep, naps, and the remainder of the time I let him roam about the apartment. Everything is dog proofed so there is never a mess or accidents to clean up. I am respectful to dog parent’s parenting and will follow to a T, I do communicate a lot to confirm that what I’m doing is correct or if there’s something that they would like adjusted.
Information Tyler C. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if there are any needs or behaviors to look out for. Example being that I know a few dogs are excited to see other dogs and will try to dart or they might try to pull in that direction.
A typical day
I typically start my day by feeding my dog, half his food in a bowl with his supplements and water the other half in an IQ feeder to have him wear him down for a little bit. Then afterwards we will go for 30-45 minute walk to do potty and explore. I try on my days off or when I get off work to go to a new trail or take my dog for a drive. Then take him out to review our commands in a new setting. Afterwards it’s a water bowl and then getting ready for bed.

Pet care experience
I have taken care of my family’s dogs for 5 years, my own Belgian Malinois and my roommates German Shepherd for almost 2 years now. I try to stay active with walks, mental stimulation using commands and IQ feeders and socializing my dog with new places, people, and smells
Reviews

Tyler was incredible with our active, anxious pup, Penny! He was so patient with her and even helped with leash training along the way. We really appreciated the daily updates and photos. He was quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and even added an extra day when we extended our trip. Total peace of mind and such a great experience… we’d absolutely book with him again!

Tyler is seriously the best! We’ve been booking with him for a while now and he’s always dependable and eager to help in any way that he can. He always goes above and beyond for us and our pets. His communication skills are amazing. We will always continue to exclusively book with Tyler on Rover! Plus, we will refer all our friends who need a drop in sitter to use his services.

Tyler was great with our cats! He made sure we received a picture of both cats during visits. Great communication and very reliable and easy to work with.
Tyler has great communication and is very dependable . Thanks Tyler!
