About: I’ve grown up around dogs and currently have two Australian Shepherds of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you genuinely trust with your pets. I have experience with dog sitting for both short and long overnight stays, and I always focus on making animals feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed in my care. I’m not currently able to accommodate boarding in my own home, but I’m very attentive to maintaining your pet’s normal routine and comfort in their own environment. I’m calm, patient, and respectful of each animal’s boundaries while they get comfortable with me. I’m also happy to accommodate any specific care instructions, routines, medications, or requests to help your pet feel safe and well cared for while you’re away.

Caring for animals has always been a huge part of my life, and I truly love creatures of all kinds. A while back, I lost my best friend, Chase — a brindle boxer mix I adopted and loved deeply. I still miss that sweet doggie energy so much. While I’m not quite ready for a fur baby of my own again, I absolutely love spending time with my friends’ and family’s pets and helping with animal care whenever I can. I originally joined Rover years ago, but I took a long break while traveling, teaching yoga, and hosting yoga retreats. Now I’m back in San Diego teaching yoga part-time, and I’m really looking forward to reconnecting with some animal energy again! I typically teach just 1–2 yoga classes a day, which gives me plenty of flexibility and time to devote to your pets. About: I’ve owned or fostered pets for many years and am the go-to sitter for my friends. I've taken care of a variety of dog breeds, cats, horses, even birds, reptiles, and small mammals! I have experience administering oral medication, caring for special needs dogs, and basic obedience/potty training with an emphasis on positive-reinforcement. I work 7am to 3pm from home, so it's easy for me to step away to care for your pet, whether that's a simple pet or a longer walk. Weekends and evenings are occasionally available as well. I work fully remotely, so your pet gets more attention. I can give plenty of bathroom or playtime breaks. I won't be out longer than ~5 hours at a time unless we discuss ahead of time. I'll respect your rules and provide as many updates/photos that you want. I'll always treat your pet like my own.
