About: I am a lover of the natural world and all it's animals. I have sat for friends and family's dogs, cats, snakes, and birds since my early 20s. I have also fostered a sweet angel pit mix who came to the shelter malnourished with multiple tumors on her body and a broken hind leg. I administered her daily medications, nourished her body and slowly helped her heal throughout and after multiple surgeries to remove her tumors and amputate her leg before finding her furever home. It was a gift to see her grow stronger and thrive as a silly goofy girl. I am patient, attentive, and easily adapt to your pets needs whether it's on walks or cozy at home. I currently live with two dogs who I love and adore and often help my roommate care for them with daily walks and cuddles. I can't wait to meet your pets and help them feel comfortable and happy while you're away. I am currently in between jobs due to lay offs so I am available anytime including weekends and holidays and would love to meet your fur babies! I love to be active, outdoors, and move my body so daily dog walks are a sweet retreat and exploration for the both of us. I have experience walking multiple dogs at once as well. I work from home full time so your dog will get plenty of love and attention and access to my fully fenced in backyard whenever they want it. I’ll send multiple photos daily of your pups stay and time with me ☺️ I am willing and able to take care of dogs with special needs, whether giving meds, adhering to strict diets, or anything else in the best interest of the pup. We always had dogs growing up. I currently have a senior golden I adopted in 2021 and recently had to send my soul dog, a 14 year old havanese I got as a puppy, over the rainbow bridge. I also foster older dogs looking to find a forever home for their golden years. I work from home full time and love to walk so the dogs always go with me! My dogs love backyard fetch time and dog beach/Fiesta Island many times a week (I don’t take visiting dogs to the beach for safety). Your dog will be considered family while here at my house. That means walks, cuddles, lots of pets, and treats (so long as you're OK with it). They'll have access to the many dog beds around the house and access to outside (where there are more dog beds) whenever they want. I have fenced in front and back yards. The backyard has a 6ft fence and a security door that locks.
