Cats are truly my specialty. From seniors to bottle babies, friendly lap cats to shy “work-in-progress” kitties, I’ve cared for them all. Between my rescue (which has taken in 200–300 cats and kittens in the past six years) and countless Rover drop-ins, I’ve probably cleaned more litter boxes than I could ever count—but I like to think I’ve earned an honorary gold medal in scooping. I’ve been a Rover sitter since 2019 and have earned over 156 five-star reviews from happy pet parents. I am also the Co-Founder and Director of Joanne’s Furry Friends, a 501(c)(3) cat rescue in San Diego, where I lead a team of 15–20 fosters. That role has made me a strong communicator, highly responsive, and reliable when it comes to caring for pets and supporting their people. While cats are my main focus, I also enjoy dog walking and am very experienced with pets that need extra attention—whether that’s administering medications, working with shy cats, or keeping energetic dogs happy and exercised. Working from home as a website designer and real estate broker gives me the flexibility to provide consistent, dependable care. Animals have always been a central part of my life, and I treat every pet I care for like family.
