About: As an elementary school teacher and previous foster dog volunteer, I have experience building patience, responsibility, and attentiveness. This translates directly into exceptional pet care. I am calm, reliable, and deeply attentive to the needs of animals in my care. My background in yoga and mindfulness means I bring a grounded, patient energy that helps pets feel safe and at ease. I am an active San Diego local who loves being outdoors, making me a great fit for dogs who need regular walks and adventure. I am communicative with pet owners, provide regular updates, and treat every animal as if they were my own. I'm currently on summer break and have a very flexible schedule. I have two dogs of my own so I am used to making substantial time for them every day to get the exercise and love they need. I share my home with two dogs, one of whom is a rescue, so I have firsthand experience understanding the unique needs of animals who may need extra patience, reassurance, and time to adjust to new environments. I also have experience fostering dogs, which taught me how to introduce new animals into a home safely, read animal behavior closely, and provide a calm, structured environment for dogs at all stages of adjustment. I have a fenced in backyard and park nearby that we visit frequently.

Can crate pet if needed!
“Sara is truly a gift to our family. She has been so patient, kind and loving to our new puppy. Sara is prompt, responsible and always goes out of her way to ensure our Otis is well taken care of and happy. She is the best and highly recommend her to all.”

About: I grew up on a hobby farm, where my grandmother was the local cat rescuer and my great grandmother ran a dog kennel. I finally counted and got up to 17 dogs before I lost count and am completely serious when I say I have had over 40 cats in my lifetime, sometimes over 20 at once! I still foster cats of all ages from the San Diego Humane Society regularly. I've always had a love for animals and wish I could own one now. Nothing would bring me more joy than getting to spend time with animals every day. I have a very flexible schedule, and am excited to accommodate any of your pet care needs. I currently work part-time, I have full availability Wednesday through Friday, and work roughly 5 hour shifts Saturday-Tuesday. I am extremely flexible for drop in visits, walks, and overnight stays. I am on time, follow instructions and schedules to a T, and love to send photos and texts updating you on how your pet is doing while you're away. I'm comfortable and confident in handling emergencies and anything that comes my way!

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and other pets my entire life and have experience caring for pets for friends, family, and neighbors. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs, and I strive to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. As a dog owner myself, I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, medication, or simply providing companionship, I’ll treat your pets like they’re my own. I have a flexible schedule and can provide pet care throughout the week, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. I understand the importance of consistency for pets and will do my best to accommodate your routine. Whether your pet needs a walk, drop-in visit, playtime, feeding, or overnight care, I’m committed to providing reliable and attentive care. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I will carefully follow any instructions regarding feeding, medications, exercise, and routines to help keep your pet happy and stress-free. As a lifelong pet owner, I understand how important trust is when leaving your pet in someone else’s care. I’ll provide plenty of updates, photos, and communication so you can feel confident your pet is being well cared for while you’re away.
“Celine was very responsive and quick to help with a last minute request to walk our dog, Messi. She was very attentive to our dog’s needs and we would definitely use her again! 😊”

About: I have had pets in my family since I was born. These pets have included dogs, cats, reptiles and rabbits. I am currently a dog mom to my French Bulldog, Jade. She was diagnosed with a brain tumor in January of this year. It has been a difficult road but I am now very experienced with medication distribution and special needs. We go on daily stroller walks :) due to her walking imbalance. I also am involved with SoCal Bulldog rescue and attend events as well as volunteer with my family. Animals are family to me, Jade is considered my daughter not just a pet. I currently work remote so I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule to care for your pet and do not have children. Working remotely gives me the freedom to provide dog walking, feeding and potty breaks if I am not at your home full time. While caring for your pet, I will follow your feeding and walking schedule and any other exercise requirements. My dog sleeps in my bed so I am ok with that if you do the same. I am also comfortable with special needs pets and medication distribution. When caring for your pet in your home, I will treat your home with respect and insure that it is in the same condition as when I arrived. I will always make sure the home is secured and locked.
“Andrew is a wonderful dog walker. He took great care of my dogs while on vacation. My dogs are not easy and Andrew handled them beautifully. I would hire him again.”

About: I’ve owned or fostered pets for many years and am the go-to sitter for my friends. I've taken care of a variety of dog breeds, cats, horses, even birds, reptiles, and small mammals! I have experience administering oral medication, caring for special needs dogs, and basic obedience/potty training with an emphasis on positive-reinforcement. I work 7am to 3pm from home, so it's easy for me to step away to care for your pet, whether that's a simple pet or a longer walk. Weekends and evenings are occasionally available as well. I work fully remotely, so your pet gets more attention. I can give plenty of bathroom or playtime breaks. I won't be out longer than ~5 hours at a time unless we discuss ahead of time. I'll respect your rules and provide as many updates/photos that you want. I'll always treat your pet like my own.

About: Hi! My name is Viviana, and I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 10 years old. Over the years, dogs have been a constant part of my life as members of my family. During college and grad school, I volunteered every weekend at animal shelters, helping with feeding, cleaning, enrichment, and walking dogs of all sizes and personalities. I also have experience fostering shelter dogs in my home, so I’m very comfortable working with dogs who may need extra patience, structure, or confidence-building. I adopted my own dog when he was about 4 months old, and he is now 12 years old and still in great shape. Having cared for a senior dog has given me a lot of hands-on experience with aging-related needs and routines. I’m confident caring for dogs who need special attention, including post-surgery support (such as assisting with potty breaks using a brace/helper sling), giving medications, and following specific care instructions. I also provide basic grooming care like brushing teeth and coat brushing if requested. One of my favorite hobbies is teaching dogs new skills! I enjoy everything from basic obedience (sit, down, stay, leash manners) to fun and advanced tricks like jumping rope, retrieving items, and even working with Augmentative and Interspecies Communication (AIC), using communication buttons to help dogs express needs and preferences. Whether your dog needs a calm companion, structured routine, playtime, training enrichment, or gentle senior care, I’ll treat them like my own and make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I work fully remotely, and my husband also has a flexible schedule. We are home most of the day, so dogs are rarely left alone and can get plenty of attention, supervision, and potty breaks throughout the day. When I’m out of the house, it’s usually for dog-related activities like walks or trips to the dog park. I have a friendly senior dog who loves the dog park and does great around other dogs and children. I also have two young children (ages 4 and 7) who are in school during the day, and in the afternoons we often go to the park together with our dog. In my home, pets are cared for in a safe and comfortable environment with plenty of attention and supervision. I have a fully fenced yard for secure outdoor potty breaks and playtime, and my friendly senior dog can provide companionship if your dog enjoys being around other dogs. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special care instructions. If requested, I can also crate your dog to match your home routine or for added comfort and safety. In a client’s home, I provide the same level of care by following your instructions carefully, ensuring your pet gets potty breaks, fresh water and meals, exercise, medication if needed, and lots of affection and enrichment. Because of my flexible schedule, I’m able to provide multiple visits per day if needed. I can offer potty breaks, feeding and fresh water, walks and exercise, medication administration, post-surgery support, basic grooming (including brushing and teeth brushing upon request), and plenty of playtime and mental stimulation.

“Lauren is the best! She made the time to come meet my golden before we ever booked a dog walk with her so that I knew the person behind the profile! She was attentive and sweet with my pup, who can be ALOT of work as she is only 1 and full of energy. Lauren listened to all of my training that I have implemented and she maintained consistency. She kept me updated with all of Georgia's walks and made me feel very happy that my pup was taken care of during the day while I was at work. Book lauren today!! ”
“Baisly was so great with my dog Summit! Summit can be territorial and leash aggressive but she loved Baisly and immediately warmed up to her. I’d recommend Baisly with anyone’s pet.”

We highly recommend Sydney! She walked our 1.5-year-old Golden Retriever, Louie (big boy with lots of puppy energy), and did an amazing job. Communication was excellent, and we loved the daily updates and photos. Highly recommend her and will absolutely be booking her again!

Elise was a great sitter who really listened and followed my instructions for taking care of my dog. During our meet and greet, Elise was comfortable interacting with my dog and my dog really enjoyed playing with her too. Elise sent me picture updates during the walk and I can tell my dog had fun with her too. I would definitely recommend booking Elise's services!

Ashley is the first dog walker I have ever used and it has been such an amazing experience. She is extremely reliable and I never have to worry about my dog when he’s with her. She provides me with updates when I’m at work so I know he’s in good hands. I really appreciate her services!
