About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My experience with dogs ranges from showing dogs as a child to raising and caring for my own puppy today. I grew up on a ranch, where I was responsible for caring for a variety of animals, including quail, rabbits, horses, cows, and dogs. This background gave me hands-on experience with animals of different sizes, temperaments, and care needs. I am comfortable caring for dogs with a wide range of personalities, energy levels, and behavioral needs. Whether your pet is playful and active, shy and cautious, or requires extra patience and attention, I strive to provide care that is tailored to their individual needs. Your pet will be treated with the same love, attention, and respect that I give my own animals. My husband and I both enjoy spending time with and caring for pets, ensuring they receive plenty of attention, companionship, and affection. When caring for pets, we prioritize responsibility, reliability, and respect for both your space and your pet’s routine. We carefully follow all care instructions and are committed to maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for your pet while you’re away. We also provide regular updates, photos, and videos so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for. I currently work a part time hybrid role as a behavior therapist, making my schedule very accommodating. My husband works from home, so when I’m away, he’s here to care. I have a small patio, but access to an incredible walking neighborhood for both slow enjoy the sniffs walkers or the many miles type of guy!

About: My wife Iris and I live in a quiet, fenced home in La Jolla near Mount Soledad, and we work from home, so your dog will always have company and supervision. We’ve had dogs our entire lives and have cared for puppies, adults, and senior dogs for many years. Your dog will enjoy peaceful walks, fresh ocean air, and beautiful sunrise and sunset views from our backyard. We also have a very friendly 11-year-old beagle, Justin, who absolutely loves other dogs and can’t wait to make new friends. Our home is safe, calm, and smoke-free, with plenty of indoor comfort and secure outdoor space for play, relaxation, and cuddles. My wife Iris and I both work from home, so your dog will never be left alone for long periods. Pet care fits naturally into our daily routine with regular walks, playtime, feeding, and plenty of attention throughout the day. We’re flexible during the week and weekends, and we build our schedule around your dog’s needs to make sure they feel comfortable, happy, and relaxed while you’re away. Your dog will stay in a calm, quiet, and fully fenced home in La Jolla near Mount Soledad, located on a peaceful cul-de-sac with very little traffic. Our home is smoke-free, drug-free, and safe for pets, with secure outdoor areas and comfortable indoor space for relaxing. We supervise all playtime, follow your dog’s routine carefully, and provide constant care and updates. We also have a very friendly senior beagle, Justin, who loves meeting new dog friends and helps visiting dogs feel right at home.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for my entire life! I’ve had 6 dogs of my own. I started watching friends, family, and neighbors' dogs at just 10 years old, and at 16, I started watching cats as well. I’d love to meet your pets and give them a home away from home :) I would love to spend all day with your pets. I work a part-time job where I will occasionally cover 4-hour shifts, but that’s the only time I’m away from the house. I would love to discuss what you love for your pets, whether it is car rides, walks, runs, etc. I have a large fenced backyard with plenty of space. About: I grew up surrounded by animals. My family bred Siamese cats, and we always had dogs of all sizes in our home. In June 2025, I began house and pet sitting and quickly fell in love with it. Being able to spend time with animals again has been incredibly rewarding. Since then, I've cared for dogs both large and small, watched multiple pets at once, and administered medications when needed. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs, and I strive to provide attentive, loving care so both pets and owners feel comfortable and at ease. I live a fairly routine lifestyle and enjoy spending lots of quality time with the pets in my care. I typically start my day early, which allows plenty of time for morning potty breaks, feeding, and attention before I head out to train clients for a few hours. I'm usually back home around midday and enjoy spending time with the animals I'm caring for. Depending on their energy level and owner's preferences, this may include walks, playtime, a run, or even a hike. I also work virtually at times, which allows me to be home throughout much of the day. In the evening, I'll follow your pet's normal feeding schedule and spend the rest of the night relaxing at home. Whether your pet enjoys cuddling on the couch, playing, or simply having someone nearby, they'll have plenty of companionship and attention. I'm typically home in the evenings and maintain a consistent routine, helping pets feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away. I understand how important it is to trust someone with both your pets and your home. I take that responsibility seriously and strive to provide a safe, reliable, and respectful experience for every family I work with. I carefully follow each pet's routine, including feeding schedules, exercise, medications, and any special instructions provided by their owner. I prioritize safety on walks and outings and always make sure pets are secure and comfortable. When staying in a client's home, I treat it with the same care and respect I would my own. I keep the home clean and tidy, lock doors and windows when leaving, and provide regular updates and photos so owners can have peace of mind while they're away. My goal is for both pets and owners to feel relaxed, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the entire stay.

About: I am a former college athlete who absolutely loves dogs and wishes she had one of her own! I would play, walk, and take care of your dog as if they were my own. I have tons of energy and am very flexible with hours. I am going to be working from home and am looking to get some extra cash while enjoying the company of friendly dogs. Dog walking/sitting is the perfect job for me because I love dogs and get to play with them while getting some of my own energy out too! I have had a few dogs, and a cat in my own life and absolutely adored them. I have had a golden retriever, 2 labradors, and a black mouth cur, all very different and all equally wonderful. I am available to stay and work from your house, while caring for your pets, or come over after work to play and walk them around. This is a part time job for me but I work remotely so I am very flexible. I live in an apartment that is only a few blocks from Balboa Park. I look forward to caring for your dog in my home (they are welcome on my bed), and taking them to the park to either play with other dogs, or for a long walk!

About: I have lived with furry friends my whole life, lending me years of firsthand experiences dealing with dog and cat ownership from little babies to senior animals and I am familiar with the special care needs that come with different age groups. In addition to dog and cat sitting for family I have several years of experience on Rover providing walking and house sitting care. Every animal has such a vibrant and unique personality and I can't wait to meet yours!

About: I have a French bulldog at home back in Ohio since 2020 so I am aware of everything this entails, even for the most needy of dogs like she is… :) I have a lot of free time while working from home everyday, and go on daily walks anyways, so I would love to bring your pup along! I can walk anywhere from .5-5 miles a day, no distance is too little or too much! I currently have a 100% remote work from home job so I have a lot of free time to come help you out any day of the week! I love all dogs and will always take care of them as if they are my own. However, I will not accept any dogs that have any history of biting.
