About: I LOVE all animals. I have been surrounded by them my entire life. I love spending time and playing with pets during my free time. I have experiences in older cats and dogs, and bigger dogs too. Currently, I’m a UCSD undergrad, and I would like to continue to spread my love for animals! I’m currently a UCSD student. I have available times everyday. I could do multiple drop ins per day, and I am also available to sit or board daily. I want the pets to feel loved and comfortable with me. I like keeping places very clean and organized. I believe spending LOTS of time with them is key!

About: I’ve been around animals ever since I can remember! I’ve helped train puppies and care for kittens over my life. I’ve had four dogs and three cats. I’ve also fostered kittens and puppies through the local animal shelter in college. I recently adopted a kitten who had to undergo a surgery requiring partial bone removal. I diligently watched him to make sure he was safe and healed properly. He has since made a full recovery! I love caring for animals and learning each unique personality:) I’m new to using rover but I have a lot of availability for this summer so please feel free to reach out Most days I can be around anytime from 8am-8pm to check on your babies. I am flexible so let me know if you need something outside of those hours. On the weekends my hours are a little more limited but I’m sure we can work around what you need. I do have my own car and I am fully vaccinated. I am also CPR and AED certified. I am a very cautious person especially when it comes to the safety and well-being of someone else’s family. I take that responsibility very seriously.

“Jasmine was very helpful and flexible during my month long stay. I would definitely recommend her services! Thanks again”

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs since 10 years old and have feed, bathed, provide exercise, and different kinds of enrichment for pets. I love animals and am working on being able to train dogs. I have a medium sized yard and am willing to take dogs on hikes. I’m currently working part-time and can board from certain days with given notice. On the days I don’t which is 4 days out of week I am mostly home all day and take out my own dog most days on hikes. I have a fenced yard and have my own dog which I sometimes keep in the crate or outside when I am not home. My dog can be mean and first but then becomes more friendly with time. I provide stimulation and exercise for my pets and the pets I am taking care of.

“Ravit did walks with our dog Ada for a little over a week. She quickly bonded with Ada, who was excited to see her every day. Ravit was flexible when we wanted to change times or find extra times. She took great cute pictures and gave frequent updates. Highly recommend!”

About: I’m a fresh college graduate back home and looking to hang out with pets! I love animals and I've been taking care of my family's schipperke as well as my neighbors pets since I was old enough to be home alone! I’ll treat your pets like my own and adjust to their unique needs and routines. I’m also highly organized and communicative, so you’ll always know your pets are in good hands :) I'm taking the summer off after graduating, so I have totally open availability apart from a couple vacations I'll be going on in early July and late August. I'm extremely flexible for overnight stays or dog walks on your time! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I'll do my best to maintain their usual routine to help them feel comfortable and secure. I'll follow all feeding, walking, and medication instructions carefully as well as always taking time to give pets individual attention, whether that’s playtime, cuddles, or just keeping them company. I'll respect your home by keeping things clean, secure, and tidy while you’re away, and I'll provide updates so you always know how your pets are doing. My goal is to make your pets feel safe and happy while you're gone and give you peace of mind.

“Madeira has been fantastic about bringing our 2 fur babies out for their walk daily for this past month. We needed them walked each day at noon and she has been punctual, reliable and provided them solid exercise while we are at work during the day. We love Madeira’s upbeat attitude and are so grateful to have found someone so reliable. Highly recommend her to others and will absolutely call her again!”

“Taryn’s amazing, she doesn’t do the bare minimum going above and beyond! My dog loves her, he gets a lot of exercise with Taryn and we both appreciate it.”

About: I’ve had pets for as long as I can remember, and they’ve always been so much more than just animals—they’re friends, family, and cherished companions. I’m experienced in puppy training, positive reinforcement, progressive discipline, and senior pet care. I’ve raised my own dog since he was just two months old—he’s now 15! I understand how quickly time flies and how much each day matters to our pets. My goal is to make every day a joyful, memorable experience for them. I work full-time in the corporate world, which makes the moments I spend with pets all the more meaningful. Every walk and every sitting is a mindful opportunity to bring joy and presence into both their routine and mine. I understand how unpredictable pets can be, which is why their safety is always my top priority. I’m mindful of what items and foods need to be kept out of reach, and I’m attentive to behavioral changes that can arise when pets start to feel uncomfortable. My promise is to keep your pet safe, earn their trust, and help ease any behaviors that may surface along the way.

About: Hi, my name is Morgan! Animals have always been a big part of my life. I currently share my home with a sweet cat, and I grew up with dogs of all sizes and personalities. In college, I fostered dogs regularly, helping them transition into loving forever homes, and I started dog sitting back in high school—so caring for pets comes naturally to me. Whether it’s a playful pup who needs lots of attention or a mellow senior who just wants company, I’m here to provide personalized, loving care while you’re away. I know how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member, and I’ll treat your pet like one of my own—with patience, affection, and respect for their routines. Can’t wait to meet your pet!! I’m currently working in the office Tuesday- Thursday from 8-5pm so any days and times after that I am free to care for any pet. I have a fenced yard, and can have your dog stay with me if you are working on Monday and Fridays. I am also available to stay in your home if necessary.

About: I have taken care of all kinds of dogs and cats since i was an early teen. I’ve trained and kept them healthy and happy. Currently i have two cats and a husky that are very well behaved, non-reactive and happy. I’m a recent uni graduate who loves animals. I love taking care of them and staying active. I’m very easygoing and kind. I put a lot of effort into everything i do. I have a fenced backyard with plenty of space for dogs to walk around while inside. The house is very pet safe, no choking hazards around. I also live in a safe neighborhood that is perfect for walks, with a couple of parks around for dogs to get their sniffing and running done.

“Shelly was amazing! She came to meet Joey and Blue right away and they immediately fell in love with her! Shelly kept me posted with messages and pictures! I did not worry one moment about my pups my entire vacation:)”

“Jaylynne is always so reliable and great with my pups. They have different needs and Jaylynne is happy to help accommodate their individual personalities. Thank you for all your help!”

About: Hi, I’m Hazy! Nurturance, love and care are what I lead with when caring for your pet. With my therapeutic background, I focus on bringing comfort and well-being to your loved fur babies. I specialize in caring for your pet holistically, including physical movement, outdoor time to connect with nature, and emotional attunement. I have experience with sensitive dogs, shy cats, and high energy bundles of love. I have cared for fur babies post-surgery and administered medicine, along with grooming, walking, and cooking specialized diets. I bring warmth to those experiencing the turbulence of anxiety and offer a safe place when environmental factors become overwhelming. I look forward to connecting with you and your furry loved ones and providing individualized care. Please feel free to reach out with any inquiries! I am currently prioritizing pet care, so your fur babies will receive all the love they need! I enjoy taking the pups out throughout the day to get lots of sunshine, walks, and smells. I'll intermittently pop out to run a few errands, go to meetings and appointments (usually for just a few hours at a time), but will frequently be in the home with your loved ones, so can provide medication, playtime, snuggles, or whatever your furry family members need. When boarding fur babies, I like to follow as close to routine as they are use to. This includes walks (time and distance), eating schedules, potty breaks, and socialization. I find this consistency helps reduce anxiety and makes for a smoother transition. We have a four year old bull terrier at home who loves other dogs. I like to go slow with interactions to allow all pups to have the most positive experience possible. This might include a scaffold approach but is highly customizable depending on your preferences and your pups comfort level. Our dog is crate trained, so if I need to step out for a few moments, she's really comfortable hanging in her crate for a bit (she loves it!). For walks, I like to follow the dogs lead. Some pups have LOTS of energy and are ready to run, so I'll jog along side them. Others need to go really slow, so I'm happy to mosey along and take in the scene. I like to allow them to smell as much as they want, for some good mental stimulation, paired with the amount of exercise that suits them. I want to learn all about your furry family member to individualize the care I provide to them and ensure all parties have smiles on their face and warmth in their hearts.

About: I have had pets since I was a kid! Cats, dogs, hamsters, etc! My family has a doodle and I have three cats of my own. I love meeting other fur babies and would love to help out where I can. I currently work remote part time, and in one graduate course. I have plenty of free time to go on walks and do home visits! I can’t wait to provide you with photos and updates of your babies. Whenever I have pet sitters, that is my favorite part. There will be great communication! I work remotely so I have plenty of time and availability to come let your dogs out, feed your cats, house sit, etc. I’m very flexible! After meeting your pet and finding out things that work best for them, I will be in close communication before, during, and after my visit.

About: I am a well-cultured young female adult, and love spending my free time traveling the world. I am a part-time caretaker for children with special needs, and use Rover for part time work and extra cash. Growing up, there wasn't a year that we didn't have a dog in the house. My parents have been volunteers for a senior dog sanctuary named "Gray Paws Dog Sanctuary" in Pittsburgh, PA. Because of my parents commitment to the sanctuary, I am very used to being around and caring for dogs of all ages, and with all types of temperament. Currently, I live with my sister and we have one dog who is a German shepherd mix. He was adopted from Tijuana, Mexico as a puppy and suffered from Canine Distemper, so he is left with a constant tremor in his face and body. Message me if you have other questions! I am a full-time student in a virtual graduate school program, and caretaker for children with special needs. I am flexible with my hours, and can usually find time to help anyone in need for someone to watch their doggie or kitty. I hope to work something out, so we all can meet and I can spend time with your fur baby! :) In my home, my sister and I keep a fountain water going for our 2.5 year old German Shepard mix and have specific times that he is fed everyday, so that if he gets upset, barks a lot more than normal, or gets sick.. it can help rule out some options for the veterinarian if he needs to be seen for additional care.

“If you need a Dog Walker and someone to love your pet as much as you do, then Cheryl is your person! She is amazing and my dog just loves her so much”

Sarah M.
“Sarah is 100% a dog and cat whisperer! I have a long hair, silver Persian cat, he requires daily eye care as well as well as constant brushing to avoid matting and grooming. He is definitely not an easy cat to watch, but the second he met Sarah it was the easiest transition of all time! I felt so safe, leaving him with her while on vacation, she is very professional kind and has a wonderful heart for animals! I recently just got a golden retriever puppy as well, which is extremely high energy, Sarah handled this no problem whatsoever and was actually able to help my puppy sleep longer than I am able to ha ha! Not to mention taught him tricks! I would give Sarah my top recommendation on Rover, you won’t regret choosing her!”

Cedric was amazing! I feel so lucky to have found him to care for our dogs during our trip. i could see the effort and care that denise put into watching and walking my dog! my dog is really shy and hesitant around new people so it can be difficult at first but it made me feel really reassured on my vacation knowing that my dog was being looked after well (: and my dog warmed up to denise quickly because of how comfortable she made her feel! denise was also really great at communicating as well as listening to all of my requests and concerns! i would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for pet care

Always so reliable and an amazing communicator, we appreciate you taking such great care of our dogs.

Danny and his partner, Dee were exemplary dog walkers. We had them coming twice a day to walk Piper, our high-energy Jack Russell Terrier when my husband was ordered back to the office 5 days a week. Once Piper got over her fear of strangers entering the house, she quickly decided Danny and Dee were her new BFFs. Piper can be reactive and sometimes can be a handful on walks. Danny and Dee were complete pros with her and never complained about her "spiciness". They even loved her howl that mimics the fire truck. We can't say enough to adequately convey how pleased we were with their services and how much Piper will miss them on the daily, now that my husband is retiring. We hope to use their services again when we have the need. You will not regret hiring Danny and Dee. We loved having them care for our Piper and provide her exercise and stimulation.

Rochelle was absolutely amazing to our dog Kimchi! We had a little unusual request by asking her if she could dog sit/ walk our dog during our engagement photoshoot so he could be included the pictures with us. She was so sweet, friendly and patient with him. He’s a very anxious dog and he warmed up to her so quickly! She was also so helpful in trying to get him to look in the photos! Lol. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know :) Thank you so much for everything!
