About: I grew up on a hobby farm, where my grandmother was the local cat rescuer and my great grandmother ran a dog kennel. I finally counted and got up to 17 dogs before I lost count and am completely serious when I say I have had over 40 cats in my lifetime, sometimes over 20 at once! I still foster cats of all ages from the San Diego Humane Society regularly. I've always had a love for animals and wish I could own one now. Nothing would bring me more joy than getting to spend time with animals every day. I have a very flexible schedule, and am excited to accommodate any of your pet care needs. I currently work part-time, I have full availability Wednesday through Friday, and work roughly 5 hour shifts Saturday-Tuesday. I am extremely flexible for drop in visits, walks, and overnight stays. I am on time, follow instructions and schedules to a T, and love to send photos and texts updating you on how your pet is doing while you're away. I'm comfortable and confident in handling emergencies and anything that comes my way!

About: My family got their first dog when I was in 8th grade and I have loved them ever since. I now have a dog of my own and am solely responsible for her care. Along with walking, feeding, and bathing her, I am learning to groom her. My mom also has two dogs who live with us! I am currently in law school so my schedule varies but it reflects the hours I have expressed on my calendar. I can work with you to find a time that works best for us both! About: I have had pets in my family since I was born. These pets have included dogs, cats, reptiles and rabbits. I am currently a dog mom to my French Bulldog, Jade. She was diagnosed with a brain tumor in January of this year. It has been a difficult road but I am now very experienced with medication distribution and special needs. We go on daily stroller walks :) due to her walking imbalance. I also am involved with SoCal Bulldog rescue and attend events as well as volunteer with my family. Animals are family to me, Jade is considered my daughter not just a pet. I currently work remote so I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule to care for your pet and do not have children. Working remotely gives me the freedom to provide dog walking, feeding and potty breaks if I am not at your home full time. While caring for your pet, I will follow your feeding and walking schedule and any other exercise requirements. My dog sleeps in my bed so I am ok with that if you do the same. I am also comfortable with special needs pets and medication distribution. When caring for your pet in your home, I will treat your home with respect and insure that it is in the same condition as when I arrived. I will always make sure the home is secured and locked.

About: I have had animals in my household since I was born from dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, turtles, fish and geckos. I recently had my English bulldog (Bentley) pass after 13 years together. He had many unique needs over his life including requiring additional care over the last few months. I’m a scientist and work part-time during the week, and my husband is a registered nurse. We work opposite part-time shifts, so someone is almost always home to give your pup attention, care, and companionship. We also have a 10-year-old son who absolutely loves animals and enjoys gentle, respectful interaction with dogs who are comfortable around children. He is always supervised and adds an extra bit of joy and playfulness for social pups. We’ve raised and fostered many dogs over the years and love helping them become happy, well-behaved family members. We believe in patient, positive-only reinforcement and creating a calm, loving environment for every dog in our care. We have a large, open home with a spacious shady fenced backyard that backs up to a peaceful nature area, giving dogs plenty of room to relax, play, and explore safely. I take my pup on scheduled walks 2–3 times a day, and we also have a fully enclosed backyard where dogs can safely roam, play, and take potty breaks throughout the day as needed. My pup has free range of the house while we’re home. If I need to step out briefly, I simply close the bedroom and bathroom doors so there is access only to the safe common areas of the home.
