I only accept one pet (or pet family) in my home at a time to ensure the safety and comfort of your furry loved one. For decades, I’ve been trusted to care for pets while their families are away, whether it’s walking, checking in, or staying overnight. I know how important it is to find someone reliable and loving to look after your pets, and I’m here to provide the same care and attention I’d want for my own. Growing up with dogs, I started caring for other people’s pets at a very young age, and it’s been a passion of mine ever since. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of working with a wide variety of animals including dogs, cats, turtles, rabbits, lizards, fish, and more! I’ve also shared my home with dogs, cats, a ferret, a turtle, fish, and even a chinchilla, so I understand the unique needs of each furry (or scaly!) friend. Let’s chat about how I can make your pet’s day a little brighter!

Shauna is fantastic. She came twice a day to check on our kitty while we were gone for two weeks. She was on time and gave our kitty so much love and attention during her visits. Could tell our kitty really enjoyed her visits by the great photos she took :) Would definitely hire her again!

I WFH as a freelance designer and fine artist (specializing in pet portraits) which makes my schedule very flexible to care for your furry loved ones when needed.

I understand how important it is to create a safe, calm, and loving environment for your pet. Whether it’s following your specific care instructions, maintaining a clean space, or providing plenty of playtime and affection, your pet’s well-being is my top priority. I take every precaution to ensure they feel secure and happy in my care, so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.
A typical day
Walks, fetch, pets and cuddles are always part of the plan! Other activities would be pet specific based on their diet, activity levels and of course what they like and respond to.
