“Lynn is a great dog walker and caregiver! She walks my boys on a regular basis and kept them at her house for a few days. The boys love Lynn and I trust her to take great care of them. Would recommend her to all dog lovers!”

About: I have experience with all kinds of animals! I grew up with a pet filled home. I have experience with elderly animals, sick animals, puppies, kittens, and tons of other animals as well. I love them all the same. I work completely remote in San Diego. I am able to drive to local homes, parks, etc. I have a lot of flexibility for drop in visits, walks, or I can stay and hangout with your pets if I am able to bring my computer :). I have two kitties of my own so I likely cannot bring any more pets back to my own home, but I am open to the idea if you are comfortable with it!
“Very grateful to have found Catherine. She did an excellent job walking my 2 dogs who have different needs. Highly recommended in all ways - communication, trustworthiness, reliability, etc.”

“Rosalinda is an incredible dog walker and has been so great with our energetic 9 month old golden retriever. She is responsive, friendly, and keeps us updated on how walks go. Highly recommend!”

“Jelena was responsive, friendly, punctual, and a good communicator during this process. It was a somewhat last-minute holiday weekend request, she handled everything great. Would definitely re-book with her.”

About: I've have been dog sitting/walking and grooming since I was ten years old for all my neighbors. I always had a love for every animal. When I turned 17 I've worked as a wildlife technician/ vet assistant for 9 years now, and been a dog /cat groomer for 8 years, also I was a animal safety officer at my last salon,I'm always very aware of how just a little stress can affect a animal in a big way and strive to make sure there as relaxed as possible when there in my care. I do not mind taking on any animal with any physical or medical issues (including giving insulin/oral medication). I'm very patient with nervous dogs, and can always make them feel safe.My husband and I have been in the animal medical profession for 30 years put together. I always take walks in the mornings, noon and afternoon. If you wish as well I was a groomer with petsmart for 5 years before going into private practice, I have all salon quality equipment at home and can give your dog anything from nail trim, ear cleaning, to a bath or all of it including haircut. Hope you do pick me because your animals will be loved and cared for as if they were my own. I have a daughter, so I'm home all the time and have lots of time for love and cuddles, and getting out multiple times a day for exercise for my daughter your pup will be a welcome addition to help both of them get there energy out. I have two baby gates, 1 at the front door and 1 at the kitchen. And keep all electrical cords up. Because I have a toddler my house is more baby proofed so nothing dangerous can be chewed on. I vacuum twice a day and make sure all meds are up high and in baby lock cabinets.
About: I've been around animals for many years and have experience caring for both dogs and cats. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, so I take the time to make them feel comfortable and safe. I'm happy to follow feeding schedules, administer basic medications if instructed, go on walks, play with energetic pets, or simply provide companionship. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always prioritize their safety, happiness, and well-being. I’m currently working part-time so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I have very flexible schedule as well so if I’m needed, I can always stop by in addition to the already scheduled times. I try to be around as much as I can. For walks, I usually walk them earlier in the morning before it gets too hot for them.
About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life. I have had dogs as small as Yorkies to as big as German Shepards. I love every type of dog and treat each one I encounter like it’s my own. Dogs deserve nothing but the best because at the end of the day they are one of us! I work early mornings so I will be free to take care of your dog in the afternoon during the week, and I am free all weekends at anytime. When it comes to taking care of dogs I do not take it lightly. They are a living being and deserved to be treated with kindness and respect. I enjoy playing with dogs even if we are sitting on the couch at home watching tv. When watching your dog, I will never take my eye off them if I am watching them at your house, or mine and especially on walks!
About: I have never lived life without a dog. I got my first puppy where I went through every single stage of raising and taking care of a dog. I also have further my experience by learning how to provide first aid to dogs and cats. I also have invested in my own pet insurance. Dogs know I love them. I will give you and your pet the best stress free experience. I work part time, so I have plenty of time to check on the babies. In my free time I spend time with my dog and other dogs. I have a great balance in giving the necessities of potty breaks, water, and food. However, I also provide walks, enrichment, and cuddles. I focus on not only making the stay comfortable for you and your dog, but enjoyable.
“Heather was able to help us out with dog walking on short notice. She was very communicative and on time, and the pups really took to her. We definitely recommend her and would use her for house sitting as well.”

About: I've been around animals my entire life and have years of hands-on experience caring for a variety of pets. Growing up, my family always had dogs, cats, and rabbits, so I became familiar with the daily responsibilities of feeding, cleaning, exercise, playtime, and providing loving, attentive care. I now have a cat of my own, Stevie, and continue to enjoy caring for animals of all personalities and temperaments. In addition to caring for my own pets, I've also looked after neighbors' dogs while they were away. I understand that every pet has unique needs and routines, and I always strive to provide reliable, patient, and compassionate care to help them feel safe, comfortable, and happy. As a graduate student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate time to caring for your pets. I'm available for walks, drop-in visits, and house sitting during the week, as well as evenings and weekends. I understand that trusting someone with your pet is a big decision. I'll care for your pet as if they were my own by following their routine, providing plenty of attention and affection, and ensuring they feel safe and comfortable. I'll also keep you updated with messages and photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away, and I'll always treat your home with the utmost respect.

I'm a lifelong animal lover with over 10 years of experience working in and co-owning a doggy daycare, where I cared for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. Building trust and making dogs feel safe, comfortable, and happy has always been my favorite part of the job. I offer dog walks in your neighborhood, drop-in visits, and boarding at my apartment for dogs 30lbs or less. I live in a very safe and dog friendly community and will be with your pup the entire time they visit. I will only accept up to TWO dogs at a time for walks and drop-ins so I can give each pup the attention they deserve. I can only take ONE dog for overnights. While I love all animals, dogs have always been a huge part of my life and are the pets I'm most experienced and comfortable caring for. I am originally from the Hudson Valley in New York and just moved to California in early 2026. My boyfriend accepted a job as an airline pilot in San Diego which brought us to this amazing city. Working as a pet sitter is the perfect fit for our new, unpredictable scheduled life here in sunny SoCal and I am fully committed to making sure my history with caring for other people's dogs continues here flawlessly. That being said, I can't wait to meet your pups and you as well! I am only available 8am-3pm even though Rover.com shows a 6am start. Please check my calendar for availability. I update my schedule every 2 weeks to coincide with my other job. ☺️ I'm committed to continuing my education and am currently in the process of becoming certified in canine first aid and emergency care. These skills will be crucial in the event that anything medically related happens while your dog is in my care. I am also insured as a pet sitter/walker through Pet Care Insurance.

“Ravit did walks with our dog Ada for a little over a week. She quickly bonded with Ada, who was excited to see her every day. Ravit was flexible when we wanted to change times or find extra times. She took great cute pictures and gave frequent updates. Highly recommend!”

About: Hi! I’m Sohlaire, a reliable and attentive dog walker and pet sitter who genuinely cares about the well-being, safety, and happiness of every animal I work with. I have experience with a wide range of dogs—from easygoing companions to strong, high-energy dogs that require more control, structure, and patience. I’m confident handling dogs that pull, get distracted, or need a calm, steady presence during walks. I also have a special understanding of French Bulldogs and other brachycephalic (short-nosed) breeds. I’m very mindful of their breathing, overheating, and need for slower, more controlled walks—especially in warmer weather. I make sure they stay safe, comfortable, and never overexerted. Your pet’s safety is always my top priority. I pay close attention to behavior, surroundings, and individual needs, and I make sure each walk or visit is tailored to your dog’s personality and energy level. I also have experience with: • Administering medications • Caring for multiple dogs at once • Providing calm, consistent care for older dogs I’m dependable, communicative, and respectful of your home. You can expect updates, photos, and peace of mind while your pet is in my care. I’m currently accepting a limited number of consistent weekly clients, as well as pet sitting bookings. If you’re looking for someone responsible, grounded, and genuinely tuned in to your pet’s needs—I’d love to connect. I truly love animals and treat every pet like they’re my own. I am currently a full time pet care and dog walker which provides me the ability to give all my love & attention into caring for our furry best friends. *Please note i do NOT bring my pup with me unless there is prior approval and preferred meet and greet between our pets. In your home I treat your babies as you would, follow their structure and routines so they continue to have their stability and safety. I also treat your home with respect as my own, keeping it clean and organized so you return to it just as you left!
“For anyone who feels that their dog is less a pet and more a family member, Liz is the right fit for you. She treats our Lulu like she is a member of her own pack. She is reliable, thoughtful, trustworthy, and very loving. Our dog gets so excited to see her. We’ve been extremely happy with her dog walking services and would highly recommend her.”

“Emily was fantastic with our two pups - including one sweet but large and leash-reactive rescue dog! She went above and beyond in making sure that our dogs got to work out some of their mental and physical energy (even on days with heavy rain), and it was obvious to us when we got home that the two pups were much more happy and calm than they would have been otherwise. Will definitely be reaching out to Emily the next time we need help!”

About: I am very involved in the loving and care of your precious cat! I will spend lots of time with them and take care of every basic need and more. Hi there! I work in the school district and unfortunately don’t have as many hours over the summer. However, that means I have more free time to take care of cute animals over the summer. I am very involved in the love and caring of animals. My daily routine with them looks like walking them 1-3 times day (if you have a dog), petting them animals, spending time with them, feeding them, washing them if needed, and medications are fine too.
“Jenna was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me check in on my friend’s senior dog while we were out for the day. She was very responsive and kept me updated on everything. Jenna was so patient with Sadie, making sure she was comfortable and safe before leaving. I truly appreciated her help and would recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable sitter!”
