“Ravit was awesome with Togo. He’s older, a bit moody, and very picking on who he chooses to warm up to - but he clearly loved her. She even got him to eat all his food (major win). The house was clean when I got home, and Togo was happy and wanted to play all morning, which says it all. Would happily book her again!”

“Johnathan watched my fur babies for 5 days while I was at EDCLV, and he was seriously amazing! I was a little nervous about leaving them, but he totally put my mind at ease. He took such great care of them—feeding, playing, keeping them on their routine—and even sent me regular updates and cute pics, which I really appreciated while I was away. When I got back, the house was super clean, and my pets were happy, relaxed, and clearly loved. It honestly felt like they didn’t even miss me that much (which is a good thing!). You can tell Johnathan genuinely loves animals and treats them like his own. If you ever need someone dependable and kind to look after your pets, I can’t recommend him enough. I’ll definitely be asking him to pet sit again in the future :)”

“Susan took wonderful care of our 8 month old golden retriever. We had never used a dog sitter before and it was our first time leaving our puppy, so we weren’t sure what to expect and we are so pleased with our experience. She was easy to get in contact with and very responsive. We loved the updates throughout the day. We highly recommend Susan for dog walking and in home dog sitting.”

“Emily did a great job watching our two pups. We recently had a baby and the dogs loved having individual attention and cuddle time with her while we were out of town. We came home to happy pups and a clean house. We would absolutely use Emily again.”

About: I have never lived life without a dog. I got my first puppy where I went through every single stage of raising and taking care of a dog. I learned so much from him as he has taught me so much on body language, training, and loyalty. Dogs know I love them. I will give you and your pet the best stress free experience. I work part time, so I have plenty of time to check on the babies. In my free time I spend time with my dog and other dogs. My pets at home are very spoiled. They have both a front yard and backward that is fully fenced. They like to tan in the sun and play with their many toys. When I take care of dogs in another home I make sure the owner gives me clear insight into their pets day to day routine. I make sure to know the ways to leave and access the house. I make sure to know their potty routine, crate routine, and food routine before hand
“Kendall was fantastic, incredibly communicative and responsive. We received feedback from our neighbors that it looked like Kendall and our dog were having the time of their lives!”

“Teresa is officially my dog’s favorite dog sitter (mine too)! After a weekend family emergency came up, Teresa saved the day and quickly jumped in to help housesit. She was so patient and Ella instantly took to her. I received the best video of my dog hopping along on a walk, happy as ever - not missing me all that much. I was at ease knowing she was in such good hands and that Teresa was well versed in managing dogs with special needs. I highly recommend Teresa and we look forward to having her back in the future!”

“This is the best dog sitting experience I have had in awhile! Allison is very detail oriented and i felt comfortable with her right from the meet and greet. I have two cattledog mixes, and she made sure that their energy needs were met but also they got their snuggle time too! She gave plenty of updates and we came back to a clean and organized home. I had no worries and was able to enjoy my time away. I cannot recommend her enough and i look forward to the next time we need to book her again in the future.”

“Jaylynne was wonderful, would absolutely book her to housesit again for our dog. She was on time, followed all instructions, and was great about sending pics and updates.”

“Shelby took great care of my pup and house while I was out of town. She accommodated a very last minute request and I came back to a happy dog and very tidy house. Would recommend!”

““I had a wonderful experience! My dog warmed up to Esha surprisingly fast, which says a lot. She took great care of Togo and gave him everything he needed while I was away. She sent plenty of photos and kept me updated the whole time, so I always felt at ease. Her communication was excellent. Highly recommend as a dog sitter!””

“Highly recommended! We needed a dog sitter on somewhat short notice for a week long trip away and Jared came through! We have used the Rover app several times to find sitters in the past and Jared is now on our preferred-sitter list. He was very responsive prior to the booking, and was able to meet with us twice before hand. During our time away Jared took great care of our pup and our home, he kept us updated on need to know information as well as shared pictures and observations. We will definitely book with Jared for future trips :)”

“Krystal was great! Smart, professional, and easy to work with. Our pets (2 dogs, 1 cat) were happy and healthy when we returned. We would absolutely use her again. Thanks!”

“Heather was AMAZING with our 8 year old mini golden doodle. She kept him busy and well taken care of and kept us posted with lots of pictures! 10/10 would recommend- but don’t try to take her from us. She is now our go to dog sitter”

About: Hi there! I took a break from Rover a few years back to focus on school, but I am back and excited to work with your fur baby! I have been working with dogs and cats of all sizes, breeds, ages, and temperaments for the past 10-15 years. I’ve volunteered at Helen Woodward Animal Center, SD Humane Society, SD County Shelter, and Chula Vista Animal Center over the years. Male or female, Chihuahua or Mastiff, Bengal or Persian, 2 months or 15 years, I have worked with them all and am ready to give my heart to your pet! The safety and happiness of your fur baby is my number one priority and I will be there to complete all scheduled walks, potty breaks, and TLC time💕 Whether it be one night out, a weekend trip, or a regular daily visit, I would love to meet your baby and be your go-to sitter! Please let me know in your first message if your fur baby is still in training. My rates may be higher if yours is still teething, potty training, etc. Let’s meet first for longer stays to make sure we’re a good match! Please message me the day(s) and time(s) you will need a sitter and we can schedule a time for a meet and greet beforehand! Many of us are familiar with white covered floors from stuffed toys, water dishes being tipped over, or accidents in the house. I ensure that the space is clean for your fur family and human family before leaving your home! Water and food bowls will be filled so that your baby is comfortable after I’ve left!

Susan took wonderful care of our 8 month old golden retriever. We had never used a dog sitter before and it was our first time leaving our puppy, so we weren’t sure what to expect and we are so pleased with our experience. Jordyn was absolutely amazing! Excellent communicator, flexible, and went above and beyond taking care of my puppy all day in a last minute booking. Jordyn sent lots of pictures and updates of their day together which made this first time Rover user at ease and happy to see my pup having such a great day. Highly recommend!!!

Tina provided excellent care and communication while taking care of my cat while I was out for town for 4 nights. I was super nervous because my cat can be anxious and very needy but Tina really impressed me with her skills during our meet and greet, ultimately making me feel very comfortable leaving my cat in her care. She provided excellent communication throughout my trip on how my cat was doing which put me at ease. I highly recommend Tina for your pet’s care!

Madison is awesome! My dog loves her and everything went perfect during her time pet sitting for me. She sent me pics and updates of how my dog was doing and that made my trip worryless. You should book Madison if your someone that wants zero stress leaving your dog at home while you go away, then you should book Madison.

We had a wonderful experience with Jared and highly recommend him. He took exceptional care of our sweet, mellow lab and treated her like part of the family. We received frequent updates and photos every day, which gave us great piece of mind while away. Communication was excellent, and it was clear our dog was getting lots of attention, care, and affection. We will definitely will book again in the future!

Jaylynne took care of our old kitty for the second time. I appreciated receiving all of her messages, updates, and pics. It's tough for an old cat to have any change whatsoever, and having Jaylynne stay at our house really helps (both me and the cat). She's good with our kitty, and she was able to give the cat medication. Also-Jaylynne helped us when our trip home was delayed. I really appreciate her flexibility.
