“Jor-el was a fantastic house sitter! We were out of town for a few days and our two senior pups were in very capable hands thanks to him. I appreciated that he took the time to meet us and the dogs beforehand and asked plenty of questions to make sure he understood our preferences and could provide the best care. While we were away, he sent regular updates with pictures and was very responsive. He spent a lot of time with my dogs and it was clear he enjoyed being around them. When one of my dogs had a medical issue, he was very communicative and even went to the pet store to grab a medication. He was also flexible and more than willing to accommodate our schedule when we changed to an earlier flight. I would totally book with him again and highly recommend him to take care of your pups. “We have had several bookings and I am never disappointed by these two. This time was for the birth of our first baby, they were super flexible on this booking because we weren’t sure when I would go home since I required an emergency C section. It was an extreme relief in hospital to not have to worry about our first fur babies since we have no family here to help us and we constantly said “thank god for them” while in hospital. They left the house exactly how we had left it for them and better which I appreciated so much since I couldn’t move first day home let alone clean up after anyone. Our dogs always seem so happy with them and never behave weird when we get back. 100/10 so grateful to have found them.
