“Melanie watched our very active lab at our home for 5 days. She communicated daily and matched his energy with long walks and active playtime. She was conscientious and made us feel so comfortable while we were away. HIGHLY recommend!”

About: Hey, I'm Jack! I grew up on a family farm surrounded by animals, which gave me a lifelong love for pets. My roommates and I currently live with two rescued dogs, so I’m very familiar with the daily care, attention, and patience every pets need. I’m 27, work from home full-time, and live an active lifestyle in Pacific Beach. Because I work remotely, I’m able to spend plenty of time with pets throughout the day—whether that’s walks, playtime, or just keeping them company. Every pet has their own personality and needs, and I do my best to understand and accommodate them. I’m dependable, easy to communicate with, and quick to respond to messages. I’d love the chance to meet you and your pets!
“Gina is a great pet sitter! She sent lots of photos throughout the night, and my dogs looked so happy and comfortable with her. She took them on an evening walk, followed all instructions perfectly, and was very communicative and friendly. I would absolutely hire her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable pet sitter.”

“Roberta went above and beyond to make us feel at ease about our pets while on vacation out of the country! She was very communicative prior to the booking & even scheduled a meet + greet to get to know our two energetic aussies. While we were gone she sent great updates and a lot of pics/videos, which we loved. We would re-book with Roberta anytime and recommend her to everyone!”

“This is our second time with Dustin and again he was amazing! Our dog really loves him, and he is so respectful and responsive, and takes great care with our pet and our home. 5 stars!! We will rebook him for sure!”

“Emily was great with my two dogs. She went above and beyond to take good care of them. She made sure they were well cared for and was in regular communication. Thank you!”

“Averi was an absolute dream sitter for our big dog! She was very thoughtful, gave him lots of love, kept us updated with photos - and even stayed an extra night when our flight got cancelled. We returned home to a clean house and happy pup! Will definitely be booking again!”

“Diana puppy sat for us over the weekend and we are so grateful! She sent a bunch of pictures and videos throughout to let us know our baby was doing well. I really appreciated that she was willing to stay over so that our puppy was more comfortable. Will absolutely be contacting Diana again in the future!”

“Annie was great with our senior dog and cat. She was communicative, attentive, reliable, and responsive. We had an excellent experience using her services and would recommend her to anyone!”
“Kendall was awesome. He took my dog on countless runs, I can’t believe how much energy this guy has! And kept me updated with lots of photos and videos. Would definitely book again, highly recommended.”

“George was amazing! Very professional, trustworthy, flexible and friendly. He gave us daily updates of Bunker including pictures and videos that reassured us Bunker was in great hands. Thank you so much George! 100% recommend & will book again in the future!”

“We couldn't be happier with Karen. This is our 2nd time with her house-sitting with our fur babies while we are out of town for a few days. She shows up on time, sends pictures while we are away so we can see how happy our girls are during our absence and communicates often. One of our girls did not want to eat her dinner one night and Karen let us know, asked for our input on what she might try to entice her to eat and was able to finally get Betty to eat up. Her extra care and concern for their well being gives us peace of mind and confidence that our babies are being well taken care of while we are away. Thank you Karen. We are looking forward to your next visit!!”

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats since I was 14. I have been responsible for feeding, cleaning, and walking pets. I get so much joy out of spending time with animals and care for them as if they're my own. I work full-time Mon-Fri and I leave for work at 10:30am. I am available to walk or drop-in any time before 10am. I am flexible on the weekends, open to any time. I do not have pets at home which is why I want the opportunity to get some puppy/kitty love in my life. I grew up with two dogs and was one of their primary caregivers until I moved away.
“Jamie took excellent care of my home and my pup! I came home to a very calm and happy girl and so appreciate Jamie’s updates while I was away. I will definitely be reaching out to her again!”

“Amanda watched my one year old yellow lab for an evening, two days after her spay surgery. I felt incredibly comfortable leaving her to care for my post surgical dog! She gave her medication as needed and sent me lots of updates/pictures which made me feel so happy and even more comfortable. Amanda is super kind and you can tell she has a genuine love for dogs. She also took time out of her day to come and meet us before our dog sitting date! I would definitely recommend Amanda.”

About: Animals have always been an important part of my life. I have raised two cats from kittens over the past 5 years and have hands-on experience caring for pets with medical needs, including giving medications and insulin injections. In addition to caring for my own cats, I’ve regularly dog-sat for friends and family, helping with walks, feeding, playtime, companionship, and overnight care. I treat every pet like my own and focus on making sure they feel happy, safe, and loved while their owners are away. I work full-time on a hybrid schedule, which gives me the flexibility to accommodate drop-in visits, dog walks, and house sitting. I work remotely on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, allowing me to provide pet care throughout the day, including walks, potty breaks, feeding, and companionship. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I work in the office but maintain a flexible schedule and am available for morning, evening, and many midday visits. I am also available most weekends and am happy to work with pet parents to accommodate their pets’ routines and needs. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I can walk and crate dogs if needed and am experienced in following established routines. I also have experience caring for shy cats and understand the importance of patience and respecting their boundaries. I strive to create a calm, stress-free environment and will keep you updated throughout my time with your pet.
“Nicole is absolutely incredible. We came down to SD for our wedding, and had her stay with our pup Leia while we were gone getting married! She was more than willing to schedule a Skype call ahead of time to "meet" Leia, and graciously stayed with her all day while we were gone. Any time we're in SD again, we'll be sure to call Nicole. We loved the pictures too! <3”

“Shelby sat at our home with our dogs. They warmed up quickly to her and we're very happy she sat for us. She left our home tidy, and we will book her again for sure in the future.”

Maria was an amazing dog sitter! She sent me photos every day, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She was also incredibly flexible when my connecting flight home was canceled and I had to stay another night. I really appreciated her understanding and willingness to help on short notice. I would absolutely recommend Maria to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and communicative sitter.

Gina was phenomenal with my sweet/senior labrador retriever, Penny. Super communicative before and during the period she took care of Penny, and sent photos and updates as well. Clearly has a fondness for dogs, as well as experience with senior doggos. Penny loved her from the moment they mer. Couldn’t recommend Gina more highly and will definitely be going to her first should I leave town again!

Katlyn did a fantastic job watching our two pups while we were in Europe. It is always a little nerve wracking leaving your dogs with someone new for the first time, especially when you will be so far away. However, Katlyn made us feel 100% comfortable and was very detailed and careful taking care of our babies, including one that comes with lots of extra instructions. We will absolutely use her in the future and highly recommend her.

Aleksandra had an excellent rapport with my dogs from the beginning. They quickly settled down during the meet&greet and she was not rattled by them. She was attentive to instructions and asked questions as needed. Most importantly she was prompt and reliable. Very good at reading an understanding the dogs communication. The stay went well.

Roberta is hands down the best rover I’ve ever had. She watched both of my pups while I was out of town. My boxer Toasty is very anxious and takes forever to warm up to new people and within an hour he was giving her kisses. She kept me updated with tons of photos and videos of them on walks, playing with toys, and she even got them pup cups! I could tell they were genuinely having the time of their lives. And when I got home, the place was spotless. Couldn’t recommend her more highly.

I booked Catalina last minute for house sitting and she was great with my two dogs. She was prepared and arrived the day of booking, on short notice, for a quick look around the place and took notes. She also managed one of the dogs having separation anxiety at night.
