There were a couple of items left at Kimberly's house afterwards and she was really great about following up and getting them back to us. “Nanako & Dustin were wonderful with my 18 year old geriatric dog! I received many updates thru out the day that allowed me to rest easy that he was happy and relaxed in his temporary home. The home was calm for him and he seemed completely at ease there; would not have happened at home with multiple dogs. I am so thankful that Nanako was super flexible as he is an early riser and woke extra early on the morning of Daylight Savings time very early; she handled him so well making sure he got his food and medication when needed with many walks mixed in.
