While I was away, Julia sent multiple pictures every single day and kept me updated with daily texts. It made such a difference knowing how they were doing and seeing them happy and comfortable as this was our puppy's first time away from us. I’ll admit, I was a little hesitant at first since she didn’t have a ton of reviews—but WOW, she completely exceeded all expectations. She was also super flexible with drop-off and pick-up times, which made everything so convenient. If you’re looking for someone who is caring, communicative, and truly treats your pets like her own, Julia is the one. I will 100% be booking with her again!”
