She was flexible to accommodate my specific requests. She was attentive to my dogs needs and observant of their behavior and actions. She is honest and caring. When one of my dogs threw up some bile (morning acid reflux), she was transparent and open enough to let me know. This helped me come up with an alternate food/diet for my dogs for future visit. She sent me text updates and pictures throughout their stay. She is very helpful and easy in communication. My dogs were treated like family by Sandi and Ryan. I feel safe and comfortable leaving my dogs with them.”
