One of our pups is super timid and can take a while to warm up. Not this time! These two must have the magic touch, sending multiple pictures of her accepting belly rubs and giving kisses. Just as awesome: Some sitters will just send ‘proof of life’ shots showing that they are walking the dogs. But Xotchitl sent daily pictures of them in and outside of the house and interacting with them personally. Overall, Xotchitl made us feel at complete ease while on vacation - which doesn’t always happen. Can’t recommend her enough!”

My chihuahua came to stay with Serenity over the 4th of July weekend. Communication was excellent. We did a short meet and greet. I received several updates a day with pictures and details about walks, meals and cuddles. I can tell my little fur baby had the best sleepover. Thank you Serenity 🩷
Jordan is perfect! York had some unexpected allergies happening during the boarding and Jordan was about to notice the issue and took the action right away, (yes she has a cone at her place, amazing!), also Jordan sends out photos every day, with a very smooth communication! Overall we really appreciate Jordan’s help watching York and we believe York also had a good time staying with her, will definitely come back next time when we are out of town!
Stephanie and Ben took wonderful care of our doggos and communicated with regular updates. The dogs were comfortable with them right away and they clearly had a great time while we were away. I feel grateful for finding them and hope they can help us again in the future.
Jordan was so pleasant to work with! I received ample communication and was provided with many photos. I appreciated all of the notice with what they were up to and flexibility regarding an early pick up time. Will definitely be utilizing Jordan for future boardings! ☺️
They had clear and fast communication which made me feel better about leaving my dog for the first time. They were sweet with her even though she was too anxious around the other dogs to pee. They were even willing to bring her down to try again on separate occasions to help her with her individual needs, all in all the stay for my dog was good she just couldn’t handle the extra dog company which is on us- now we know ! Hollyanne and Donovan are amazing!! 100/10 would recommend. They a such great job with my rescue staffy who has extra physical/emotional needs from a traumatic past. Hollyanne and Donovan took it in stride and truly provided a comfortable, loving environment for him. They were super thorough with understanding Buster’s needs. They sent lots of pictures and videos and I could tell that Buster was not only doing well, but thriving! Buster got along great with their sweet, friendly dog. I was happy to be able to just focus on missing Buster while I was away, and not worry about his safety and well-being. I would absolutely book with them again!!
We had a great experience with Kaleigh. She took great care of our dog. She gave our dog her meds on time and took her out to play. She sent pictures that gave us a lot of ease. If we’re ever in SD again, we will definitely book Kaleigh again. Thank you so much for a great experience.
