This was Franklin’s first time staying with Xóchitl so he was a bit anxious the first day and night but she was communicative and kept me updated once he was settled in. She sent lots of pictures which showed he was having a good time cuddling and relaxing on blankets and begging for food 😛 she has a nice home and outdoor space was nice. Xóchitl was great!
Second time with Xochitl and she was amazing yet again! Highly recommend

We were stuck in a hard place. We were eut of state and the dog sitter fell through for our 15 month old Beagle. Xochi stepped up and was a Champ. A very kind lady who worked at understanding him and what worked with him. Communication was excellent. She always let me know if there was something that could help out that I had forgotten. He got lots of walks and attention. She sent plenty of cute photos to show him at different times of day that he was well cared for. I highly recommend her!
We are so thankful to Xochitl for taking such amazing care of Fluffy during his 5-day boarding stay while we were out of town. Knowing Fluffy was in such loving, patient, and trustworthy hands gave us so much peace of mind. Xochitl treated him like family, making sure he was comfortable, happy, and well cared for every day. Fluffy also had so much fun playing with the other puppies, which made his stay even more enjoyable. When we came back, he was relaxed, healthy, and clearly happy, showing how much he enjoyed his time with her. We truly appreciate the love and attention she gave him and highly recommend Xochitl to anyone looking for a dependable and caring pet sitter!
Xochitl did an amazing job with our two pugs! Pugs are needy and she handled them brilliantly. She was patient and understanding even though they were more to handle than her usual dogs. I will book with her again, if she'll have us!

Schedule
I am an avid animal lover and enjoy the the everyday tasks of caring for any furbaby. I'm my family's petsitter. Currently I have a flexible schedule allowing me to assist others with the care and attention needed for their pets. My daily life is full of lots of cooking in and out of the home as I work with my husband on his business. We also have a small 15yr senior chihuahua mix who's in good health and enjoys sunbathing in the yard, very short walks and long naps under his blanket .

I have a small fenced yard and live in an HOA dog friendly community where I can take your dog for extended walks. We have wonderfully maintained green spaces with lots of trees and shrubs.

A typical day
I love to stimulate dogs physically and mentally. Stimulating their curiosity with all the smells encountered on the walks. Practicing simple sit and heal commands and instilling a sense of calm and confidence when encountering other dogs on walks.
