She suggested meeting beforehand which left us with the best impression and gave us such peace in our decision to choose her as our sitter. “10/10 cannot recommend enough! We were so nervous and sad when we found out we had to leave our senior pup for almost 2 weeks. All of our worries went away the moment we met James and his girlfriend! They are so sweet and genuine, it was obvious how much they cared about the dogs they watch. We got daily pictures and videos and updates. They made sure to treat Koula like she was their own and did everything they could to make the 2 weeks feel like a home away from home for her. She seemed so settled and comfortable in every pic/video. We will definitely be using again for future stays.”
