From our first meeting Tyler was a great communicator - walking us through his whole approach to care, training, and boarding. That continued during Copper’s stay with text and video updates showing how comfortable and engaged our pup was with him and the rest of the pack. It was easy to tell how observant and attentive Tyler was to our dog’s needs through his updates and seeing his interaction with Copper during drop off and pick up.
