“Marie is a wonderful sitter for our girls and our home! Very considerate and followed all directions to ensure our two shepherds were taken care of to the same level of love they are used to. Very quick to communicate any issues and kept us apprised of how the stay was going with photos and a few notes! Would happily book Marie again in a heartbeat to watch Arrow and Stella!”
“Emily has been dog sitting/house sitting for us for years. She loves dogs and dogs love her too. She’s very responsible and trustworthy. She loves hanging out with dogs and taking them for walks and playing with them. Our dog is always so happy to see Emily! And while we are very happy that our dog is happy we are especially happy that we can enjoy vacations knowing our dog and house are in good hands.”
“Daisy is a life saver! Our puppy got sick while we were on vacation in Hawaii and she went above and beyond to make sure our puppy had the very best care.”
“Natasha is AMAZING. We have trusted her with our pups for 3 trips and she is nothing short of awesome! She’s so communicative and our boys love her! While it’s hard to leave them, it’s a little easier knowing that they are in such amazing hands!”
About: I've been taking care of pets since I was 10 years old. Friends and family members have recommended me to take care, feed, and shower their pets. I have currently been taking care of pets and puppies on my own for 4 years already. Im currently working part time, so that makes me more accessible to supervise your dog. Also for any trips or days of taking care of your dog we can negotiate just give me a call or text. I have a back patio fenced around where your dog can currently play and enjoy his time at my home. I also have 3 dogs than can make company for him.
“Dalia did an awesome job taking care of our energetic husky! We were on vacation for 9 days and she updated us regularly on how he was doing.”
“TLDR: Chuy (Jesus) was an amazing pet sitter and I highly recommend him! I just moved down to South San Diego about two years ago and all of my other family and friends who usually watched my two senior dogs moved away or weren't available for my planned family trip to Baja this summer. I was pretty nervous about leaving my two old ladies (12yo Yorkies) with someone I didn't know, especially since they have some medical problems and special dietary instructions. One of my dogs has had cataract surgery and needs eye drops twice a day and the other has lost most of her teeth so she needs her food prepared specifically so she can eat them. My sister also has a cat (Tequila) that needed medication twice a day for a illness he has, and Chuy had no problems making sure he was able to take them. Chuy was super responsive when I first started looking for someone and was more than happy to come by and do a meet and greet. I had a great vibe from him at the beginning, so I went ahead and booked him to stay at my home for 5 days and 4 nights. I left Chuy a detailed guide on how to take care of my pups and the kitty, where everything was in the house and emergency contact numbers just in case. During my time away there were honestly no issues at all. He sent updates when I asked, sent over some pics of the pups, messaged me when he had questions and left the place exactly as I left it when I returned. If you have senior pets or pets with specific instructions I really recommend you book him. I was honestly nervous about leaving them but I am so glad I did because I found someone down here I can trust with my girls when I need to be away for business or leisure. Thanks again Chuy!”
“Celeste is amazing! A true professional and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She is amazing with our furry friends. Hands down the best!”

About: Hi, my name is Nancy and I have been an animal lover since I was a little girl. We had dogs, cats, rabbits, birds growing up. Interactions with animals comes instinctively. I was always asked to be the animal sitter for neighbors, friends and family. Currently, I spend time daily feeding feral/community cats. I also get them spayed/neutered. I have a soft spot in my heart for these homeless animals. I am currently working part time, so I would have plenty of time to play with your animals. I also love to walk. I lived on the same block as my older sister for 16 yrs and we use to walk our dogs every morning before going to work. My favorite cat Boots use to also walk with us part of way! I live in a duplex and have a back yard. I have some rescue cats that have access to inside and outdoors. They always have fresh water and plenty of dry/wet food. I am kind, compassionate, responsible and care deeply for animals. Taking care of animals would be fun and a good fit in my daily lifestyle.
“I recently had the pleasure of working with Alynna as my dog sitter for my beloved pup, Milo. I cannot express enough how wonderful Alynna was with Milo. She showed great care and attention to her, making sure he was well-fed, exercised, and loved during her time with her. Alynna was incredibly professional throughout the entire process. She was always on time, communicated frequently with me, and showed a deep understanding of the needs and personality of my dog. I felt confident and comfortable leaving Milo in her care, knowing that he was in good hands. .I highly recommend Alynna as a dog sitter and would not hesitate to work with her again in the future. Thank you, Alynna, for taking such great care of Milo!”
“Pinky gave the best care to my dog, Cammie. She was kind and accommodating to Cammie’s needs. Cammie’s an older dog and can have unpredictable needs at times. Pinky also kept me up to date with all of Cammie’s happenings, including multiple pictures and videos every day. I was able to rest and relax on my vacation knowing Cammie was receiving great care. Highly recommend and I will definitely be using Pinky again.”
“I had Ashlee stay at the house with my crazy rescue pup and she did absolutely amazing. Got lots of photos and video updates so I was never left wondering how he was doing. He had an absolute blast with her. She was also a great house guest, everything was left clean. 100% recommend”
About: I was raised with pit bulls and bully breeds my whole life, and volunteered at the local animal shelter growing up. Animals are where I find my peace. I am currently a full time student/single mom, with 3 friendly puppers of my own. I have time to accommodate around your needs and schedule. I have a fenced back yard, and security cameras to monitor all areas of the house. Whatever different comforts or habits your pup is use to will work for me.
“Amazing! Christina is so friendly and to could tell that she just loves dogs. She was responsive and sent updates and pictures throughout her time watching our dog. I would absolutely book her again!”
About: I have had the pleasure of caring for pets of friends more consistently over the last 10 years. In addition, transitioning into personal assistant work over the last few years has allowed me the opportunity to expand my knowledge of senior dog care. When you can't be there, you can trust me to treat your beloved pets as if they were my own! I work Wednesday through Sunday from 7-3pm. Outside of that, I consistently have early mornings and evenings free with bonus daytime hours on Monday & Tuesday! I can't wait to come over and spend quality time with your beloved pets. I love cuddles and am equally excited for more playful moments. I love to snap and send you adorable pics and updates. I am happy to accommodate any feeding and medicinal needs. I eagerly accept instruction and feedback so I can only improve with time.
“Francine watched my furbabies at my home, and she was absolutely amazing, responsive, and respectful. She was punctual, clean, and took wonderful care of my dogs.”
“October 27, 2021 Hear, Rover, I am thrilled at this opportunity to shout the good news about Kirsten K.! Kirsten is a dog lover. I would say since age 4 Kirsten has been in a home with a pet dog. As she grew older, she took a more active part in their care, but all the while, she took part in loving them. Responsibility is a hallmark of Kirsten K. When called on, Kirsten is ready and able to deliver all she can within the limits of her capabilities—which, for this outstanding young woman, are few. Customers of Rover.com can feel at ease knowing Kirsten is caring for their pooch. Presently, she has a dog. He’s a happy, well-fed, well-cared for guy. She is fully able to provide superlative care for dogs in her charge. That overused word, “awesome,” does apply here. I marvel at her pluck, dedication to task, and dead serious approach to her work. She is a single mom whose number one focus in life is her beautiful daughter. She is an honest, punctual, hard-working, and sober woman. If you have Kirsten as a friend, you are lucky. If you have Kirsten as a granddaughter, you are blessed. Sincerely, Kevin E. Kays”
