I grew up with two border collies, one named, you guessed it... "Lassie". I had another border collie named "Duchess" throughout high school and owned several cats as well, including a Siamese named "Lucy". Over the years I have been a pet sitter for several cats and dogs and horses in vermont, USA. I pet sat Dogs and cats in Brooklyn, NY. I also pet sat chickens, a turtle and dogs in the Los Angeles area. As well as pet sitting dogs in Spain and England during extended international travel.

I am detail oriented and love to take care of pets for people. It’s a great break from work for me. I just need a list of pet care info, ideally printed out if possible to be able to read over and double check as needed to make sure I give your pet the best care possible.

I’m so happy Robert came to stay with our pets while we were away. Not only is he responsible and trust worthy, he is exceptional with animals. He has a very calm demeanor and is dedicated to giving the best care possible. We have an 8 week old puppy, two cats and fish. I don’t have extensive knowledge on puppy care, being a first time dog owner. Robert took it upon himself to research in order to set her up for success. I felt like Robert taught me so much just from his own interest in providing the best care for our pup that he could. Every time I saw Robert with our animals on our way in and out he was always so engaged with them. He was very communicative while we were away, sending photos and updates. He woke up throughout the night to make sure our puppy was let out to relieve herself. He made sure our cats were in before sunset to avoid coyotes. The one time our cat would not come in on time, he let me know and then he went out to go find her. He let me know when she was safe in her room. I’m so grateful for Robert and I know my pets are as well!

Hi! I am a filmmaker living mostly in my van and based in southern California. I work mostly remotely so pet care fits in very easily into my day and is a nice break from work. I have produced hundreds of videos for national and international clients over the years. I also love animals and have pet sit in the USA in Los Angeles, Vermont and in Europe in Spain and England.
