“Anjelica was great! She was very communicative providing updates throughout my trip and responsive when I reached out. My dog and cat were obviously very well taken care of. The house was in great shape when I returned. You’ll be glad you booked with her!”

“Paige was able to watch our pup last minute when he got a mild case of Kennel Cough and we had a trip planned. She gave us updates, administered meds, and gave Finn lots of snuggles. We are SO thankful for her, and 10000% would recommended her to anyone!”

“Sarah was able to fill in at the last moment when we had a sitter cancellation. Initial request, explanatory texts, and meeting our new pups all transpired within a couple of days. She was sensitive to our new dog’s uncertainties as they experienced a pet sitter for the first time at two months since their adoption. Sarah rose to the few challenges that came up while keeping us well informed with texts, photos and videos. And the dogs, even the skittish one, soon accepted her as one of their own.”

“I cannot recommend Joanne enough! I had a last-minute family emergency and she stepped in to take amazing care of my dogs. She was incredibly communicative, kept me updated the whole time, and my dogs absolutely adored her. It gave me such peace of mind knowing they were in great hands. I will definitely be booking Joanne any time I need a sitter!”

“Monica was INCREDIBLE! We definitely plan on working with her again. She took such great care of our new puppy and our older dog, and they both have unique care needs. She stayed at the house and we returned to not only a clean house but happy dogs! She stayed in touch every day and we could tell both dogs were happy with her.”

“William house sat and stayed with my husky for 4 days. Everything went smoothly, he's a great communicator, and my dog was well taken care of. I would welcome him back again. Thanks!”

“Abigail made me feel so comfortable with the constant updates. She kept our dog in her routine and managed her reactive behaviors. Will definitely be booking her again!”

“My old dog Frank enjoyed having Vanessa/Arlett stay with him. She was so nice and responsible, and sent multiple pictures each day and let me know how he was doing. She followed my instructions, and asked how to modify things when needed. I know Frank would be happy to see her again!”

“Monica is amazing! She is so patient with my little man (who is very grumpy and does not like strangers). He has warmed up to her pretty quickly, and I have been using her for a months now. She is always so sweet to my boy. My boy is needy and old, and I give him a lot of dressings with his food (fish oil, glucosamine tablet, liver toppings, and homemade food). Monica follows all the instructions I give her on how I like to care for my child. She is very attentive and always leave my house cleaner than she when she arrived.”
“Once again, it was a pleasure having Izayah come watch our baby boy, Zuma. Zuma was really excited to see Izayah and we got good pics and updates throughout the time he was with him. Thanks for taking care of our sweet boy!”

About: I have 10 years combined working with kittens and doggies. I’ve trained cats, but also dog walked and pet sit for 1 year. Happy to help! I’m available full-time to care for all fur babies both cats and dogs. It is my passion and happy to help many fur parents in San Diego. I take care of pets from the safety of their own home, by first doing a meet n greet so I can make sure we are a good fit, then I make sure to follow all directions from there fur parents. For dog walking and drop-ins, I make sure areas are secured before coming into their space and taking them out.

“I recently been pled claudia for overnight stay for 8 days. This is the longest we been away from out dogs. Two husky's. She sent me pictures and texts as to what they did every other day. My dogs looked happy and relaxed. When I've had family look after them they are always anxious and stressed. Claudia, played, walk them and fed them while we were gone. I felt comfortable and enjoyed our vacation even more knowing they were in good hands. I will use Claudia for all future dog sitting/walking services. ”

“Crystal took great care of our Mini Schnauzer, house sitting for us for a week. She provided photos daily, as requested. And the house appears to be even cleaner than we left it. We will definitely request Crystal for our future doggy care needs.”

About: Hola, I am Pet sitter to amazing 3 dogs, they have thought me show much. I have been their sitter for 3 years. I play hide and go seek with all 3 and even make some arts and crafts. I would love to watch your pets. If you would like to have a met and greet before so pet can interview me and see if they like me. I work 32 hours from the office, but I have more than enough time to play with the fur babes. The pets' needs and well-being come first always. I always prefer to watch pets in their own environment; it gives the pets more comfort while their owners are gone. It gives a pet a feeling of a safe space and helps them relax.
“Yesenia is fantastic! She cared for our kitties like they're her own. One, in particular, was going through some health challenges, and Yesenia took extra care to tend to her medication and special diet. She also played with them and kept us updated throughout, including lots of pictures.”

“Great sitter!! She went out her way to make sure my pups were taking care of. She is very detail oriented and like a ray of sunshine. Will definitely book again and highly recommend!”

“Vanessa did a wonderful job taking care of our pups! I think they already miss her. She kept us in the loop and sent lots of pictures. I know they appreciated all of the walks and cuddles. I totally recommend Vanessa for any house sitting services.”

“We used Dee for this first a few weeks ago. She's absolutely great. We just moved to San Diego and have to build trust with a new dog sitter and Dee was great. Our dog is not the easiest and she even offered suggestions to help him. Thank Dee for taking such great care of our fur kids. We looking forward to future sittings. We really did appreciate you and we were at total ease with having you watch them.”

Southcrest pet parents share their Rover experiences
Monica was fantastic! We needed a sitter for a few hours while we were visiting San Diego and staying at the Hotel Del Coronado. Our pup instantly liked her, which is fairly unusual. Lots of updates, photos and videos. Will use her again the next time we’re in town! Highly recommend for helicopter dog parents 😆

Haley was so great with our dog, Binx! She was highly communicative and provided daily updates and cute pictures. She even took him on a doggy adventure to explore a nearby neighborhood. She spent a lot of quality time with our dog which is what he needs. She also left our apartment spotless when she left. We definitely plan to book her services again - we can tell Binx loved her.

Lana was nothing short of amazing and has undoubtedly become a member of our family. She was available in relatively short notice for a week-long trip abroad. Our Ariel is a very shy, quirky girl that has special needs. Ariel connected with Lana faster than we anticipated, which really put us at ease. Lana was an excellent communicator and shared lots of updates and photos during her stay. There were a few days of exceptionally stormy weather that caused some minor damage on our back deck (broken and overturned flower pots, patio umbrella, etc.). Lana handled the situation with grace; she cleaned everything up and prevented any future damage or unsafe conditions for Ariel outside. Lana even adapted to some last minute changes to Ariel’s care plan. Ariel developed a skin and ear infection days before we left which necessitated some additional medical care. We were welcomed home to a happy girl, a fresh house, and a wonderful note. We won’t hesitate to use Lana again in the future, she’s a gem.

Abigail took care of our highly reactive dog and did a terrific job when we went away for the holidays. She sent pictures daily and kept us updated on how he was doing. Teddy can be difficult with new people and she was patient and let him warm up to her. We are so appreciative. We highly recommend and will use her again.
I'm so glad to have found Marie! She was a great fit for my dog Farley and is a wonderful communicator. It can be a little nerve-wracking trusting your pet and home to a new person - Marie has been extremely reliable and put me at ease during the week I was away. I came home to a very happy dog and a thoughtful handwritten note.

We had an amazing experience! He was incredibly attentive and took such great care of both of my dogs — they were happy and relaxed when we got home. He also kept the house in perfect shape, which we really appreciated. I’ll definitely be booking with him again in the future!

Joseph watched Atreides, my pup, at my house and was great with him! We’re working on some behavior training and Atreides is a very large dog which Joseph handled really well. He also took great care of my place while I was gone and sent update messages and photos.

Sammy was great with our 8YO female mix breed. She’s responsible, attentive, and trustworthy to all aspects of house/dog sitting. We’ve had her stay overnight with our furry fool a couple times and we’ve always come home to a happy pup. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Sammy again for any dog care needs.
