We dropped Sapphire off for what was supposed to be a few hours, but with changing circumstances, ended up to be over night and well into the next day. I currently go to college in the morning so my availability will be the afternoons along with the weekends in the afternoon and night! I am also an avid runner who used to run with dogs from the shelter before I got my own so if that’s something you’re interested in (If you’re dog is a good breed for it, and the temperature is good) I would love to! I am currently in school and doing infrequent freelance work so my schedule is very open, and I have more than enough time to give your dog the attention they deserve. I do not take clients at my house, as my own dog is reactive and anxious. But I can take care of your dog in their own space! I am comfortable giving medication, feeding, and keeping up training regimens. I have experience using a variety of training tools through my foster work. If your dog is reactive, I know how to keep my head on a swivel during walks so we can create distance, and I know what to do if a reaction occurs.
About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs my entire life, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I share my life with Dulce, my playful and well-socialized 1.5-year-old pup who is spayed and fully up to date on all core vaccinations. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and accompanies me during full-day and overnight stays in San Diego. Because Dulce joins me, I accept bookings with dogs who are friendly and comfortable around other dogs. Many pups enjoy the added companionship, but I’m always attentive to each dog’s individual comfort level. Dulce and I maintain a calm, controlled environment, and I supervise all interactions between pets. I’m experienced with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels, and I can adapt to your pet’s comfort level—whether that means gentle socialization or separate spaces. Hana can be very anxious and temperamental, but Lori exceeded our expectations and was able to form a bond with her quickly. We usually avoid boarding Hana at larger facilities because she becomes overwhelmed and overly anxious. However, Lori was able to provide Hana with much more intimate care where she felt safer. Lori provided daily updates showing us that Hana was active and well taken care of. This made it much easier to feel at ease while we are on vacation. We will certainly be using her again.”

About: I have had many dogs and help take care of many dogs. I have never had a problem and dogs are always happy with me. Respectfully will only watch dogs that are friendly, loving, and not aggressive. I work full time from home so can be with your dog all day :) happy to walk them and play with them through out the day. They wouldn’t have to be locked up all day. I’ve had multiple dogs throughout life and currently have a rescue dog. She loves dogs and is very happy to make new friends. She will do great with your dog too
