“Xochitl (and husband) were amazing! I’ve used a lot of Rovers over the years, and she is at the very top of the list. From the first time we met her, it was clear that they were dog people. One of our pups is super timid and can take a while to warm up. Not this time! These two must have the magic touch, sending multiple pictures of her accepting belly rubs and giving kisses. Just as awesome: Some sitters will just send ‘proof of life’ shots showing that they are walking the dogs. But Xotchitl sent daily pictures of them in and outside of the house and interacting with them personally. Overall, Xotchitl made us feel at complete ease while on vacation - which doesn’t always happen. Can’t recommend her enough!”
About: I grew up in a very dog oriented family. All kinds and sizes from German Shepard to small Chihuahua. (Almost everything in between)my family and I treated our dogs as family. I can treat your pooch as such when he/ she comes to visit or vice versa. I love to spend extra attention making a dog feel secure and confident around me and his/her environment to my best ability. My schedule is very flexible which is ideal for pet sitting. I have class online Tuesday and Thursday (remote) I have a lab on Thursday for only 4 hours. I have a banquet job which is only 5 hours later in the evening. I have two very responsible pet loving roommates. One actually referred me to Rover. I have a fenced off secure backyard plenty of room to run around. They have compete access to the house and have two doggie doors where they can go out and go potty. For extra safety I have roommates to make sure everything is going amazing. On top of that I have amazing neighbors readily to help if needed. Everything is safe and secure as always.

Mo and Eugene were wonderful as sitters for my elder dog. Giddy requires full-time attention and especially so since he was recovering from a UTI. Mo and Eugene went above and beyond, providing exceptional care and love, including administering his daily antibiotics. They were highly attentive to his needs. They are excellent communicators, and I truly appreciated receiving regular updates, photos, and videos throughout the stay. I highly recommend Mo and Eugene; anyone would be lucky to book with them.
Anya was the best dog sitter! Bailey did really well at her house which made me very happy as I had never boarded her boarded her outside of my home before. I got regular updates, pictures and videos and could tell she was getting the attention and love she deserves. She was well cared for and will be going back to stay with Anya this weekend!
Kelly rocks! My dog gets anxious away from home and Monique created a calm and welcoming environment. He's also a picky eater but takes oral medication everyday. She was able to ensure he was taking his meds and eating. It was such a relief having someone so wonderful and attentive watching him while I was away. I also appreciated all the communication-lots of photos and texts describing daily walks and activities and anything that was out of the normal. Can't recommend Kelly enough!
Emmanuela was such a good sitter to our 2 year old Great Pyrenees mix. We are new to San Diego and were anxious about leaving our baby with strangers. But when we met Emmanuela she reassured us we would receive updates and that he would go on plenty of walks with her and her boyfriend. This made us feel even better knowing he’d have a couple watching him like he usually does at home. Since moving from Texas, our boy has missed his balcony time and he got plenty at Emmanuela’s.
